28/04/2025: Siamo stati il giorno di Pasqua, abbiamo prenotato per il ristorante “stellato” al momento della prenotazione non ci è stato detto che ci avrebbero dato il tavolo nella sala Bistrot da parte mia e della mia famiglia è stata una vera mancanza. Peccato non aver visto il ristorante “stellato” al bistrot ci eravamo già stati. Delusi.

16/04/2025: Pranzo Gourmantico ottimo! È stato interessante scoprire nuove combinazioni di gusti, cosa abbastanza comune in menu degustazione. Il servizio è impeccabile e stessa cosa devo dire anche del prezzo che comunque non è scontato anche se le portate non era le classiche di un grosso menu degustazione che comunque è anche disponibile. Il locale è veramente tranquillo e intimo con luci soffuse. Ci ritornerò per provare un altro menù.

24/05/2025: The waitress's rudeness was really inappropriate. We booked for 9pm, a table for 4 and when we arrived we communicated the delay of the couple of friends, a delay of a few minutes. We were rudely told that the kitchen closed at 10pm. Served without any desire by a girl who didn't even give us a polite smile. My bag was practically washed from the mussel sauce because, always her, she passed by almost leaving it. I had already been there in the past and perhaps I was lucky that the owner was there that day so it was a nice experience but this time I can say that we will avoid it!

Nowadays people use cash very seldom, and it's a pity that as the customer you want to leave the tip but simply can't because only cash is possible. Staff is kind of punished because of such rules.

17/05/2025: Very dissatisfied...we had reserved a table for lunch (we specifically mentioned our wedding anniversary and asked for a good table, a lady, yes, let's do it...7 p.m.)...we arrived at 7 p.m....he wanted to seat us on the terrace in the cold weather, but after a veto...out into the tent on plastic chairs...then we said we'd had enough, we were leaving...the waiter said, "Oh, we still have a table in the restaurant...", no words, not recommended."...perhaps...only for Italians...?? Very dissatisfied...had reserved a table for lunch (we specifically mentioned our wedding anniversary and asked for a good table, a lady said yes, let's do it...7pm)....we got there at 7pm...he wanted to sit us on the terrace in the cold weather, after a veto...out into the tent on plastic chairs...then we said it's enough, we're leaving..the waiter said "oh, we still have a table in the restaurant...", no words, not recommended."...possibly only suitable for Italians..?? !!!!! It gets even better...after this review, you're made out to be a liar. And it's ignored that you had a reservation.. Absolutely lacking self-reflection and very arrogant.. Sorry, should look in the book under service...and customer satisfaction without rip-offs...read it!!! Poor behavior towards paying customers. You have to be able to tolerate criticism even when you're on your high horse.!! !!! It gets even better..After this rating, you will be portrayed as a liar. And we ignore that you had reserved.. 10/06/2025: I had been there by chance last year and I had eaten very well; I wanted to go back bringing some friends and this time we didn't eat so well - pizza aside because the latter is good. (luckily 1 of us had pizza) We had 2 seafood scialatielli and 1 spaghetti with clams at a cost of 15 euros each; "normal" cost these days if however the dish is cooked properly, instead it was dry, the seafood consisted mostly of mussels - dry too - basically it lacked seasoning - for the spaghetti with clams the same method. The dishes seemed to have come out of the microwave. We were hungry and we ate them but they should have gone back to the kitchen and we should have left. Service: waiters kind and ready, however we Booked outside and once we arrived the place was inside. Well ...

27/05/2025: The pizza isn't even bad. Until you see that it's the waiters, and not the pizza chef, who fill the pizzas. Obviously without washing their hands. The pizza chef is also a real rude person, who yells and shouts at the waiters in front of the customers, even using swear words. The guys who serve at the tables are also nice, but the pizza chef and I believe the head waiter create a bad atmosphere. If you're lucky, sometimes the elderly mother also comes out to create a nice sketch. In short, a chaotic evening. The environment is spartan and not very well cared for, you can only enter in shifts on the weekend, canteen style. Prices are normal. But I would never go back given the very rude behavior of the pizza chef.

27/03/2025: Very nice, intimate hotel, well-kept rooms (although we got a different room with a different standard that we ordered), slightly out of the way, so there must be a car, beautiful view from the balcony with 2 chairs and a table, the cleaning lady took care of all the chaos we had created in the room after just one day, which is a plus, for breakfast, a bit of everything: cereals, jams, honey, all in disposable packaging, bread, fresh croissants and fresh you can eat enough coffee, everyone will find something for themselves, we didn't eat dinner so I can't give my opinion on whether they are tasty, the hotel has an elevator which is also a plus, overall I recommend this place

27/05/2025: Ambiente aburrido y comida mediocre Teníamos la intención de ir a otro restaurante, pero estaba lleno y ese propietario nos refirió aquí. Los platos estaban bien, pero nada memorable. Enviamos el pato de vuelta para ser cocinado más - - se sirvió casi crudo. El restaurante no tenía encanto y estaba muy vacío.

25/05/2025: Esperienza da non ripetere. Per la qualità delle materie prime e del servizio, prezzo decisamente alto. Servizio confusionario e poco attento. Al momento dell'ordine abbiamo dovuto ripetere più volte i piatti desiderati e indicare alla cameriera in che punto del menù si trovassero. Gli antipasti sono stati portati al tavolo accanto (che aveva già terminato il secondo) e rimandati in cucina; sono passati diversi minuti per capire che fossero nostri. Per quanto riguarda la portata principale, abbiamo ordinato un'anatra con cavolo e mele con aggiunta di polenta e una porzione di polenta taragna con funghi porcini. Anatra molto buona, polenta dura. I funghi sono arrivati con polenta normale anziché taragna, quindi è stato fatto notare al personale di sala e mandato indietro per essere cambiato. La cameriera che ha preso l'ordine è venuta a chiedere spiegazioni dicendo che lei aveva segnato polenta normale. L'errore è umano e capita a tutti, ma bastava gestire meglio la questione. Una volta arrivato il piatto abbiamo riscontrato la polenta taragna sufficiente (buona di gusto ma con pezzi interi di formaggio non sciolto) e i funghi probabilmente di quelli in scatola. La mia compagna ha specificato di essere intollerante al glutine e non ha ricevuto nulla per quanto riguarda il coperto, neanche delle semplici gallette. In più guardando il menù viene indicato un supplemento di 5 euro per la pizza senza glutine e di 3 euro per la mozzarella senza lattosio; praticamente una pizza in più, follia.
