14/06/2026: A truly lovely restaurant, right on the seafront with a spectacular view. Dinner was excellently served. We ate divinely; the food was tasty and high-quality. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the waiter Claudio was friendly and impeccable. We'll definitely be back. Recommended to everyone. Emiliano from Bergamo.

Prices are lower than in neighboring establishments. Portions are average. I had ratatouille and pizzoccheri. Everything was great.
16/05/2026: I ate pizza here once, and I remembered not only the taste but also the unique atmosphere. The restaurant is located on the beach, offering a perfect ambiance, especially in the evenings.

18/03/2026: I returned to try it again after a good visit, but this time I wasn't satisfied.
I found the restaurant's walls stained and peeling.
The dishes were downsized, and the bill was too high for what you get.
The bread basket and breadsticks were excellent.
22/02/2026: This was my second experience here, and I have to say I had a great time again... the place is small and welcoming. I recommend the tasting menu for a surprise dinner... yes, to the Customer Care. Excellent products, delicate flavors.
Perhaps I could make a criticism, to be picky about some things regarding the renovation of the space... the walls, the chairs, which in my opinion could be improved, but just to find a flaw, that's it... Nothing to say about the service in general.
So, recommended especially for intimate dinners for the welcoming and quiet atmosphere.

L'Hotel Ristorante Ulivi

08/06/2026: We stumbled upon this delightful hotel almost by chance. It's dated but has modern, unique rooms! The welcome and parking were commendable, and the owners were particularly friendly. The breakfast was varied and tasty, including delicious homemade products made by the owner. Highly recommended!

11/05/2026: The occasion was an Alpine gathering, and since the day was rather gloomy, we holed up at this place for lunch.
Even though we didn't book, they were very kind. We had three fried fish dishes, very good, fresh, and not greasy. The value for money was very good, I'd say...we paid the right amount...we'll be back next time...thank you! We had a great time.

24/04/2026: Lovely dinner our first night in Genova. This restaurant has an amazing selection of wines to go along with a varied menu. The owner was very friendly and helpful, choosing a reasonably priced bottle of wine to go along with our meal -- it proved to be excellent! The restaurant is just across the street from the waterfront, a cozy and intimate space. We would definitely eat here again upon our return to Genova (itself being a delightful city and one we'd like to explore further).

09/05/2026: I've probably never eaten a pizza like the one I had at Baffo! I mean, it wins the award for worst pizza I've ever eaten, and it was even gourmet! 😩 Not only that, but even though I asked for the arugula to go without, it was still there...
We were in the covered outdoor terrace, not a welcoming, much less elegant, location.
I also didn't like the beer, and it was served at room temperature—terrible!
15/04/2026: I spent Easter on the veranda, enjoying an excellent menu from every perspective, served by very kind and hospitable staff.
I relaxed with my family and couldn't have chosen a better location. Highly recommended.

14/06/2026: A solid five! Both the fish (the pine nuts added a touch of sophistication) and the tender octopus were delicious. Beautifully served dishes on tasteful tableware, a very pleasant interior, and friendly and attentive service perfectly complement the outstanding cuisine.

05/02/2026: This summer I spent my vacation at "Domus Vittoria," a 19th-century vacation home in Sannicola (not far from Gallipoli), and the owner raved about the place. Since I was in Genoa, I took his advice and treated friends to dinner: excellent food and generous portions. The staff were very professional and welcoming.

15/05/2026: Unfortunately, our reservation was suddenly cancelled without explanation just one hour before! It's a shame; the restaurant's planning needs to be better! If there's no space available at that time, they shouldn't accept reservations in advance!
26/04/2026: We were staying at the hotel and wanted to try the restaurant. The view was magnificent, but we were very disappointed with the food, which we found quite bland, even the chocolate dessert. A disappointing €200 meal for two…
The aperitif at the Skyr bar, however, was very good.

29/04/2026: What an enjoyable last dinner in Florence before we head back home. From start to finish the service was attentive, exceptional, and they put you at ease. We enjoyed the amuse bouche and our ravioli and filet of sole mains and had to leave room for dessert. The food was beautifully presented and as appealing to the eye as it was to the taste buds. Thank you Osteria da Fiore for making our last meal in Venice so memorable!
19/04/2026: The food was great but the service needs improvement. Everything was going ok but the staff, except for the women, were condescending. We felt like we were imposing on them. We got our third close at all different time. Two in our party got it an hour after the others were completely finished. After waiting an hour we had to ask 3 times if our last course was coming! And again the staff made no apology for the delay and made us feel we were imposing. It was disappointing.
