14/02/2026: Typical Genoese old trattoria. Trofie with pesto and filled anchovies were excellent. But I read in the menu some plates with cream that's never used in Genoese cuisine! Very strange indeed. Fast service and very nice location in the heart of old town

01/02/2026: When I hear that a restaurant should make us feel at home, I'm always a little perplexed. I've often wondered what a restaurateur really needs to do to achieve this feat. Today I was at this wonderful restaurant for lunch, and without artifice, they gave me the answer. I realized that feeling at home isn't a matter of decor or a constructed atmosphere, but of sincere attention, the natural gestures of food made with love, and noble simplicity. Special mention to Zenamisú, a dessert that transforms a Genoese breakfast into a sublime version of tiramisu. Thank you for this memorable lunch!!!!!!

29/03/2026: I returned to this restaurant after many years and found the same refined atmosphere, welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent cuisine that I remembered. Original dishes yet rooted in our Genoese tradition, high-quality seafood, and a well-stocked wine cellar. This restaurant is always a sure thing, on every front!

06/04/2026: It could have been better… Of all the culinary experiences I've had in my life, I think this one ranks near the bottom of my list. To begin with, the first impression was ruined by the awful smell of fried food as soon as we walked in the door: to be clear, "fried" doesn't mean the smell of fish in a restaurant, but rather the stench of used oil, as if the dining room had been set up directly inside the kitchen! When we politely asked, "Good morning, is there room for three people?", the staff slumped and said, "I don't know...", as if we weren't welcome at all and the restaurant was full. In reality, only a couple's table was occupied, and to top it all, our greeting wasn't returned. Fortunately (or should I say unfortunately), despite countless minutes of silence, they managed to assign us a table, but when we saw the glasses, our eyes widened. Not only had they been poorly dried and therefore full of limescale, they were also completely dirty, almost as if they hadn't been washed. My friends and I even worried about being rude by asking for a change, but the situation was quite unhygienic: so, after asking for a change, they brought us new glasses, which weren't even much better than the others in terms of cleanliness, and what's more, they were wine glasses (when we only had still water to drink). We also had other basic requests, such as at least some cutlery or a pasta dish without pieces of foil inside... but we let it go; it wouldn't have been worth it, especially since the staff from the start was neither welcoming nor particularly helpful. On the other hand, there's nothing negative to say about the food: even if the quality wasn't the best, we managed to eat well. Another plus point of this restaurant is definitely the portions, which are directly proportionate to their price (which may initially seem a bit excessive). We struggled to finish two plates of pasta between three people. To be honest, I wouldn't go back...I just hope they can improve on these "little things" that would really make a difference!

07/03/2026: A surprising gem. The cuisine is attentive and authentic; the service is kind, welcoming, and extremely fast. The restaurant was beautifully designed for a young birthday celebration, but I would also recommend it for couples' events (Valentine's Day and anniversaries), family graduation lunches, baptisms, and confirmations. Recommended for those looking for an Italian restaurant: the tablecloths and handkerchiefs are still made of cloth.

I would improve the service; it's inattentive and sometimes rude. I understand it was packed, but the diner shouldn't lose out. The quality/price ratio is medium-high.

09/04/2026: We ate at the restaurant for dinner on Wednesday, March 8th. Excellent service from the waiter, who was very knowledgeable and tactful with everyone. Excellent traditional Ligurian cuisine. Highly recommended! Well done!

08/04/2026: This restaurant is located on the Rapallo seafront, with a beautiful panoramic window. It also has a (small) outdoor area. Service is quick and ordering is easy. Those who prefer the à la carte menu order from the waiter; those who prefer the all-you-can-eat menu write down the quantity and number of dishes on a piece of paper. The waiter will then take note, and the food will arrive shortly. Desserts, service charge, and drinks are not included. The quality is very good, and the staff is friendly. The price is average. It's worth a visit, especially since the cuisine ranges from Italian, Chinese, and Japanese dishes.

06/04/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. We were greeted very warmly by the owner, who seated us even though we hadn't booked. We opted for fish, which was very fresh and excellent. Great location, fresh food, and friendly service.

06/04/2026: "Discovered" thanks to my partner, I was pleasantly satisfied, pet friendly place for 2 small dogs, top fried anchovies and if the fish is not good you can taste the octopus too, excellent stockfish accommodated not to mention Edo's ice cream which incites crime :), perfect service.

05/04/2026: We arrived for lunch on Easter Sunday, and even though we hadn't booked, we still managed to find a table. The staff was immediately very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming, with attention to detail and a pleasant atmosphere. All the dishes we ordered were excellent and beautifully presented. A truly positive experience: I highly recommend it.

The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, but reservations are required (€30 per person, first course, second course, and dessert).
