Discovered thanks to Google reviews - it's located on a side street in Cogoleto. The best pasta alla norma I've ever eaten.
A simple but well-kept place.
Generous portions (thank you) - it reminds you of what it was like to go to a restaurant in the old days. No frills, good and plentiful food. Thanks for the surprise.
The house white wine is also excellent.

06/01/2026: Informal atmosphere, simply delicious typical Ligurian dishes, prepared with high-quality ingredients. The service is fast, not impeccable, but definitely above average.
I've visited several times for work, and it's always crowded with locals (and rightly so!)
It's always best to book by phone.
18/12/2025: I don't think I can add much to the well-deserved fame of this historic restaurant. The varied menu is rigorously traditional yet with original touches (try the toe drue stockfish), the wine list is very well-curated and varied, the service is excellent, and finally, the prices are "fair" for an excellent quality-price ratio. An experience not to be missed.

10/02/2026: A pleasant, slightly claustrophobic place. The service was friendly, if a bit chaotic.
The food was good (special mention for the trofie, with a good pesto and potatoes and green beans), but the brandacujun had too many potatoes and not enough cod (and not enough oil).
The bill was fair.

Everything deserves applause, including the service—well done!

15/01/2026: The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff are welcoming. The grilled calamari on a bed of lamb's lettuce was delicious.
The calamarata with octopus and radicchio sauce is noteworthy: a truly successful dish.
The purple potato gnocchi and hazelnut cheese fondue are also excellent. Very well balanced.
An honorable mention goes to the bread. Paired with Taggiasca olive oil, it takes very little time to finish.
Last but not least, the dark chocolate cake paired with Camatti Amaro. Highly commendable.
