14/09/2025: Absolutely amazing experience. Top notch nouvelle cuisine using the Italian classics. Don’t miss the Funghi Porcini, the Vegetarian Spaghettini, the Carbonara and the unique Panna Cotta with basil and olives. Super location, product, service and price-value.

01/09/2025: We were at this restaurant six years ago, and when we returned to La Spezia this year, we absolutely wanted to eat there again. The food felt even better. We were absolutely thrilled!
The staff was also very attentive, and the dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. For us, this is an absolute must on any trip to La Spezia. Thank you for the lovely evening and the delicious food.

The only flaw (in my opinion) is the fried food is a bit too dry.
The staff is friendly, very kind, and very professional.
The service is a bit slow, but the atmosphere is very pleasant, and you can easily wait and chat pleasantly without the noisy din that can be annoying in many restaurants.
A great place to enjoy excellent slow food.
Definitely worth returning.

25/09/2025: The pasta with sardines was delicious. Unfortunately, the pizza was burnt, and not just for us.
The staff was extremely hectic. Chairs were being carried back and forth. Before you've even swallowed the last bite, your plate was already being taken away. There were always people waiting, so you felt like you should finish and pay as quickly as possible.
25/09/2025: I've never had a pizza as good as the one at Da Severino, it's a spectacle!!!!
Soft, tasty, crunchy... what can I say, the BEST.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT...

They offer a fixed fish menu, but are flexible with specific requests (e.g., trofie pasta with pesto only for children). Friendly service.

We started with a glass of crisp, fragrant Vermentino, perfect for accompanying the delicate and well-balanced scallops on a potato cream.
Next, the Ligurian-style catch of the day, perfectly cooked and rich in flavor.
Friendly service, a refined, relaxed atmosphere.
We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back! Highly recommended.
