14/10/2025: We organized an event for 30 people. Excellent organization and maximum availability. The manager, although young, is experienced and knows his job. Excellent food. Special mention for the triple chocolate cake. The restaurant is elegant and has a stunning view. Recommended for events or simple lunches or dinners. Price is reasonable for the area.

14/10/2025: Stayed this summer, a charming place with meticulous attention to detail, a suite with a sea-view hot tub and breathtaking views. The breakfasts were generous and made with freshly picked produce. Kudos to Manuela, who took such great care of us. The garden is very well-kept; these past few days we've seen the passion of the gardener, a charming man with a Tuscan accent. In short, a place to unwind and be pampered by nature, relaxation, and Manuela's attention. Highly recommended!

20/09/2025: It really should be 6 stars! The concept is absolutely extraordinary – for us, in the best possible way! There's a surprise menu, where you have to choose the basic dish (meat or fish +/- vegetarian) in advance, and the chef then buys specially for that. Some of the ingredients come fresh from the garden. The food was simply perfect in every aspect (freshness, taste, appearance, quantity, etc.). You can feel the joy and the hosts' own standards. The atmosphere is informal and very warm. The location is a bit off the beaten track and very stylish. We had the perfect menu, including dessert and a digestif, and an unforgettable evening! 25/12/2025: Christmas Lunch 2025: I'm not a fan of holiday lunches and dinners in restaurants, partly out of tradition and partly out of annoyance for people who have to work during such important holidays. The fact remains that due to family commitments, we have to travel for the day to visit my grandmother and have lunch with her, and this year, for the first time, I had a truly wonderful Christmas lunch. Let me start by saying that we had already tried the restaurant previously, with excellent feedback, and today our expectations from our last visit were confirmed. For the first time, we were able to choose between the Christmas menu with dishes chosen by the kitchen or selecting our favorite dishes from the à la carte menu; so, I selected a first and second course from the à la carte menu (for those who are more discerning, please forgive the meat-fish combination). I started with lobster linguine and veal cheek for the second course, both excellent, with generous portions and sublime flavors. I'm not usually overly sentimental; but thanks for making me reconsider my Christmas lunches at restaurants! I'll be back soon.

15/01/2026: Genoese cuisine is excellently prepared. Flavor, ingredients, and digestibility are perfectly balanced. I recommend typical dishes with their traditional names: capone magro, a surprise for non-Genoese who might expect capon, but instead... Cod frisceu, and in this case, you need to either guess or learn a few dialect terms that immerse the tourist in the most authentic Genoese atmosphere. Mandilli (also a must here) with pesto, and everyone knows this one. Breaded and fried anchovies. The rest of the menu is discovered by sitting at the tables of this trattoria with its barrel-vaulted ceilings and unique location, at the end of a narrow alleyway, where the entrance is located, and behind one of the city's most beautiful buildings, Palazzo San Giorgio, in the area of ​​the Old Port, the Bigo, and the Aquarium. The quality, quantity, and price ratio is excellent.

As soon as you get to know them, you feel at home (so much so that they bring a table fan if you're hot at dinner). A regular stop every week. Try it and believe it! 01/01/2026: The restaurant is practically on the seafront, with the entrance on the mountain-side pedestrian street. There's parking nearby if you're lucky, depending on the time of day. Reservations are recommended, as it's always busy and you risk not getting in without calling. The fish is truly delicious; I recommend the fried fish, but don't order much else because it's so huge you might not be able to finish it all! The fish is fresh and perfectly fried. Despite the considerable amount, you don't feel heavy when you eat it, which is usually the case with this dish. The octopus and potatoes are amazing, and the desserts are also delicious, some of which are homemade. You're greeted immediately upon entering, shown to your reserved table, and served quickly, despite the busy restaurant. The food is good and excellent value.
