28/01/2026: This was our first stay at the Shangri-la, and it was a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and very clean, with a large terrace and a comfortable bathroom. We were a bit far from reception, so we had to walk through the first building, then out into the garden and into the adjacent building. However, the location is strategic if you want to walk to the sports hall. The only downside is the welcome, which in my opinion could be improved a bit. Sometimes, a greeting and a smile are enough to make everything perfect.

28/01/2026: Polite and professional welcome..... the room was very clean.... in addition to coffee, tea, water, shampoo and shower gel, there were also toothbrush, toothpaste and bedroom slippers available... I will definitely be back.

16/11/2025: Met by chance thanks to social media, last night we had a sensory experience with 2 pizzas, one better than the other, artichoke and Trentino (potatoes and caramelized onion). What can I say? Top... we'll be back this time by choice ❤️

02/02/2026: It's a great experience. If you're looking for a good-sized coffee, delicious desserts, and wines, this is a great place. The first day we had a drink and a bite to eat here in the evening, and before leaving, we came back. And we'll definitely be back on our next visit. 🥰

24/05/2025: A place known by pure chance, but it was a very pleasant discovery. The welcoming and nicely furnished environment, entire room, veranda and in the summer also outside. The service bordering on impeccable, courteous, polite and helpful. The excellent cuisine, the fish is delicious, the fresh pasta excellent and cooked to perfection, fried calamari excellent, the best I have ever eaten, crispy and slightly greasy batter, which makes it light and not at all heavy. We recommend this place for anyone who wants to eat well and in peace. Honest quality and price

21/12/2025: They moved from Acilia to Casal Palocco. I ordered a takeout dinner and then I was charged €3 for delivery without even knowing! Then the prices went up dramatically! An inedible seafood salad! Only vinegar! A portion of gnocchi with scampi cream was everything but gnocchi and scampi!!!!! And a tasteless fried food!!! For the change, it cost about €60!!!!! (The chef must have changed) When they were in Acilia, the food definitely wasn't like this!!! Never again!!!! Highly not recommended
