13/07/2025: An experience to forget. I had two vegetable pizzas with pickled peppers. I ordered them at 8 and they arrived at 10:20. Luckily, there weren't many people there! Pizzas -10, service -30, bill in relation to the service and food -50.

11/02/2026: Pierino is always Pierino A guarantee Excellent fish, although due to sea conditions, the availability and variety of fish were not as usual. Poor fish, cooked divinely.

19/12/2025: I used to go to this restaurant in July and August 2010, and it was (WAS) one of the best. Despite having been warned (and having read some negative reviews) that it was no longer the same, last night I wanted to return with some family members. What did I find good? The wine (Blangè), which I've known and consumed for a few years, while as for everything else... A TRUE DISGRACE!!! It's a shame I can't give less than one star.

17/02/2026: I joined some people for an aperitif and went to a table on a weekday evening when the place was practically empty. No waiter ever came to take an additional order; as a result, it ended up being too late for a quick drink. I would have gladly had something to drink given the time, but I find it absurd to have to seek someone's attention in the dining room.

01/02/2026: An excellent neighborhood café, well-maintained and welcoming. The space is bright, well-maintained, and perfect for both a quick break and a more relaxed moment. The coffee is high-quality, served with care, and the selection of pastries and snacks is always fresh and inviting. The staff is friendly, prompt, and professional, making customers feel at ease even during the busiest hours. The consistently clean spaces and relaxed atmosphere make stopping in even for a few minutes a pleasure. A reliable point of reference in the Morgagni area: simple, well-managed, and with a service that truly makes the difference.

14/03/2026: SCAM! We went for an aperitif and they charged us €12 for each Spritz. They ask if you want ham and cheese, and you say yes, thinking it's part of the aperitif, but it's not. They charged us €9 for a focaccia we hadn't ordered and €18 for a charcuterie board (supposedly sliced ​​and of dubious quality). Plus, a €7.50 service charge, which makes no sense for an aperitif. In short, we paid almost €40 more just for ordering the aperitif.

11/10/2025: I have to say it was a negative experience. It's a neighborhood pizzeria that also offers food. The place is very simple with modern, basic furnishings, but the downside is the service. Even though there aren't many customers, the wait for a simple pizza was excruciating. I thought it was an isolated incident, but over time it turned out to be a regular occurrence... pure slowness. The pizzeria is completely disconnected from the restaurant, and those sitting down have to wait forever to get a pizza. Those who want takeout pizza have an even worse experience... endless waits, with pizzas being put in insulated containers while they wait for all the orders to match. The result is that one pizza comes out of the oven and is put on hold, then other pizzas come out and go to the tables, then other pizzas come out and go to the delivery men, then other pizzas come out to complete the initial order from 20 minutes earlier... total chaos! You end up with freshly baked pizzas, some in insulated containers, and some cold ones that have been sitting there for who knows how long. I've never seen such poor, inaccurate, slow service. Despite all this, if you're lucky enough to have everything go smoothly and get a hot pizza, the quality isn't bad. You have the option of choosing between Neapolitan or Roman pizza, and the prices aren't in line with the context.

14/09/2025: Disclaimer: It says it's closed, but it's open. I had a coffee and a croissant and paid 4 euros. Simple service, a simple bar, unpretentious, stuck in its time, and paying 2 euros for a coffee seems excessive to me. Maybe because I'm a tourist? Goodbye.

11/03/2026: The room on the eighth floor was a disaster. Above us was the restaurant where tables and chairs were dragged across the floor every evening until after midnight and again from 7 a.m. onwards. Inconsiderate. So loud that we either woke up or couldn't sleep. The room was old and run-down! The walls were partially dirty, and one electrical outlet was even charred. Corners and edges were chipped and patched up haphazardly. The bathroom door was just a glass door you could lean against. The bathtub had a mixing valve for the hot and cold water. No shower rod. Annoying shower curtains. High step-in. Not exactly safe. The back wall of the bathroom was a frosted glass partition facing the room. Great! Very strange. Like it had been added later. Not a double bed as described, but two single beds. We didn't like that. But we accepted it. No hotel information in the room. An uncomfortable office chair with wheels was in the room. No armchairs or chairs. No shelves in the bathroom by the bathtub (you didn't know where to put your own toiletries) or around the sink. No German channels on TV. Mirroring German channels from my phone didn't work either; the phone was too old. Some of the light switches were purely decorative. The room was definitely not worth the "stars" it received! It's nowhere near comparable to German standards. Breakfast was okay. We missed having baguettes or toast. Lots of sweets, but that's typical for Italy. Otherwise, it was alright. The staff varied greatly. Some were efficient, others just wanted to be left alone. At checkout, they didn't ask us if we had enjoyed our stay or anything like that, but they wanted €10 per person per day in tourist tax. Ridiculous for such a run-down town. Let the tourists pay for it. In short: we can't recommend this hotel. The price/performance ratio is terrible. My voucher, which I "won" at reception when I checked in (it was some kind of internal perk), was stolen from my room. What a shame! The only positive thing was perhaps the location. Relatively central, but we don't really have anything to compare it to.

10/03/2026: "I am extremely disappointed with my stay at the Hotel La Griffe. After leaving our luggage in the luggage room, on the staff's recommendation, one of my personal belongings was stolen. Since then, despite our repeated requests, the hotel has provided no concrete answers. They keep passing the buck, and we are left without support or compensation. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, as the customer service has been completely inadequate."

18/09/2025: The very old wooden sunbeds in September cost €10 even for a few hours. Clean bathrooms and friendly staff.

23/08/2025: We had some leftover tenders and chips, and when we asked to take them away, they handed us a container with a completely indifferent attitude. We had to transfer the food into the box ourselves, standing over the garbage cans. Goodbye forever.

07/03/2026: I've been to this restaurant and I must say it was a lovely discovery. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, perfect for both a quiet dinner and an evening with friends. The fish soup is truly excellent: fragrant, with a flavorful, well-balanced broth (the bread could be improved, if I may make a suggestion). The service is friendly, courteous, and attentive, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the cuisine is quality. A place I'll gladly return to.

07/03/2026: After eating at La Santeria, I had to go home and continued to feel sick until the next day. I had the classic symptoms of eating something that had a problem. It's a shame because the service was friendly, the place was beautiful, but the food came first. A purge, and an expensive one at that. I'd also never had sautéed mussels served without croutons or bread, and instead charged for it separately.

27/12/2025: Very annoying waiter outside, extremely pushy, thought it was the restaurant next door. Portion is extremely small and food is below average for Rome.

26/10/2025: The worst. Better to stay hungry than eat in this place. Pizza is terrible. If I hadn't eaten pizza in other restaurants in Rome and only ate in this particular place, I would have thought that Italian pizza is a fairy tale. The prices are very high while the food is not worth it at all. But the service is even worse. They don't love what they do. They hate it and it shows. Stay away from them.

22/11/2025: The food is expensive and unremarkable. We ordered the fried fish, and everything was undercooked; even the lemons were moldy. We asked for a replacement, and all the waitress did was give us other lemons that were just as bad. The table wasn't clean either, and the waitress wasn't helpful.

22/11/2025: Very nice place, a bit old-fashioned but with a lovely view of the lake. Everything else was terrible: over half an hour for two mediocre first courses and a tasteless seafood salad, full of oil and with frozen fish. I wouldn't recommend it.

04/03/2026: Small, but I have an excellent breakfast here every day. Friendly staff. I've even won scratch cards a few times. Very convenient location.
