11/10/2025: I have to say it was a negative experience. It's a neighborhood pizzeria that also offers food. The place is very simple with modern, basic furnishings, but the downside is the service. Even though there aren't many customers, the wait for a simple pizza was excruciating. I thought it was an isolated incident, but over time it turned out to be a regular occurrence... pure slowness. The pizzeria is completely disconnected from the restaurant, and those sitting down have to wait forever to get a pizza. Those who want takeout pizza have an even worse experience... endless waits, with pizzas being put in insulated containers while they wait for all the orders to match. The result is that one pizza comes out of the oven and is put on hold, then other pizzas come out and go to the tables, then other pizzas come out and go to the delivery men, then other pizzas come out to complete the initial order from 20 minutes earlier... total chaos! You end up with freshly baked pizzas, some in insulated containers, and some cold ones that have been sitting there for who knows how long. I've never seen such poor, inaccurate, slow service. Despite all this, if you're lucky enough to have everything go smoothly and get a hot pizza, the quality isn't bad. You have the option of choosing between Neapolitan or Roman pizza, and the prices aren't in line with the context.

13/07/2025: An experience to forget. I had two vegetable pizzas with pickled peppers. I ordered them at 8 and they arrived at 10:20. Luckily, there weren't many people there! Pizzas -10, service -30, bill in relation to the service and food -50.

15/12/2025: As soon as you enter, you immediately feel at ease in this beautifully furnished Sicilian-style building. The dining room is spacious, bright, and quiet. It's a shame about the plastic tables and chairs, which, while beautiful, clash with the luxurious atmosphere. The food is truly excellent, both in flavor and presentation. We tried the appetizer, first course, and dessert and were satisfied with everything, even the service was very attentive. The only downside is the price: for a lunch consisting of an appetizer, two first courses, a dessert, and water, we paid over €80.

14/12/2025: I would have given -0 because the owner isn't very fair. I had booked three weeks in advance to be sure of getting a seat. Toward the last few days, the restaurant changed my reservation from 9 pm as planned, moving it to 7 pm. In that case, we spoke to the restaurant on the phone about canceling the reservation. In the afternoon, they called me back to tell me they had managed to move it from 7 pm to 9 pm. Of course, I was happy. THE GOOD THING IS TO COME 😡. Yesterday we went to the restaurant. I picked up the phone and saw that they had changed the THEFORK discount percentage from 40%, which was supposed to be 30%... at that point, tired of this whole situation, I canceled the order. Then the restaurant sent me a message, insulting me and wanting to be right 🤦‍♂️. Then, reading other reviews, I saw that it's a bad habit that I have!!! ((Lies have short legs)) ([Smart Guy]]🤔 The only unprofessional thing is that the restaurateur always finds excuses to justify himself, instead of saying SORRY!!!, as he replies in all the reviews and I'm sure he will do the same here.......

27/10/2025: I took two friends to try this restaurant, where I'd never had lunch before because it was always busy and required a reservation. This time, I managed to plan ahead and made a pleasant discovery. The welcome was warm, the interior is beautifully presented, the staff is polite and friendly, and there are three fixed-price fish-based menus, all expertly cooked and in excellent quantities. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

20/08/2025: Air conditioning too low. Old lobster Presented by the shell and turned partially empty. Price raised at the cash register compared to the menu price.

22/10/2025: Excellent food and service, super professional and friendly staff who recommend delicious wines and dishes. The portions are quite generous and the food is truly top-notch. Highly recommended.

03/07/2025: I knew this place because the pizza was delicious and Neapolitan. Tonight, while we were sitting, we discovered that they changed management a couple of days ago. We ordered 2 margheritas because from the look of the 2 owners we felt like we were at the Addams family's house. Terrible pizzas. When we got to the cash register they even told us that we had to pay in cash. Just for the record... when customers arrive they have to be notified in advance of the POS malfunction. And if we didn't have cash they held us hostage?????? Scary

15/06/2025: Rude staff and not up to the task of running a restaurant. After having had misunderstandings between the dining room and the kitchen and not having offered us adequate service rather than finding a compromise they started yelling at us. Really bad experience.

22/08/2025: The best fish restaurant on the Lazio coast, a little "expensive" but the goodness, the quality and the prestigious cellar justify the cost.

19/08/2025: Two stars only because the memory of the last 20 years is excellent, but we must accept that time is a tyrant and give way to the young. An evening to forget, both for the quality and the service.

05/08/2025: Ottimo ristorante, si presenta veramente molto bene sia per la posizione con vista mare che per l’accoglienza. Tutto è molto pulito ed il personale è cortesissimo. I bagni sono ben tenuti ma meriterebbero un restayling. Si mangia bene anche se probabilmente il pesce non è locale anche se siamo ad Ostia. In ogni caso le linguine all’astice erano buone, solo un po’ più di sale non avrebbe guastato. Eccellente il dolce. Non altrettanto la bieta. Insomma si mangia bene ed il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo.

12/05/2025: Siamo venuti in questo ristorante per cena. Già all' entrata ci siamo trovati molto bene, il posto è luminoso e molto accogliente. Gli ordini sono arrivati e subito e nonostante abbiamo ordinato 5 piatti diversi, ce li hanno portati tutti insieme. I camerieri sono molto gentili e il cibo è molto buono. Consiglio.

12/05/2025: Negli anni ci sono stata più volte e mi è sempre piaciuto, ieri sono rimasta molto delusa. Servizio totalmente disorganizzato: i camerieri che non sapevano dove portare i piatti, il vino l’abbiamo dovuto chiedere 3 volte e dopo aver chiesto di metterlo in ghiaccio non è stato fatto. Abbiamo preso i primi di pesce che erano un lago di olio all’aglio e basta (allego foto di quelli che dovevano essere spaghetti con vongole). Mi dispiace molto, ma è un grande no.

22/11/2025: Very nice place, a bit old-fashioned but with a lovely view of the lake. Everything else was terrible: over half an hour for two mediocre first courses and a tasteless seafood salad, full of oil and with frozen fish. I wouldn't recommend it.

22/11/2025: The food is expensive and unremarkable. We ordered the fried fish, and everything was undercooked; even the lemons were moldy. We asked for a replacement, and all the waitress did was give us other lemons that were just as bad. The table wasn't clean either, and the waitress wasn't helpful.

I loved the seafood pasta dinner, the appetizer, and the ice cream and tiramisu dessert… Franco was very professional, polite, and smiling; honestly, the best waiter and service I've ever experienced. I recommend him to everyone. It's absolutely worth the price. Thank you again.

05/12/2025: My carbonara wasn’t just swimming in sauce it was drowning in it. Plus the sauce was not equal to others I have had. I love CARBONARA but this wouldn’t make my top ten list. The waiter was nice. He did ask me why I hand eaten the bacon. Well, it just wasn’t right for me. You on the other hand might like it. They had indoor and outdoor seating. The hostess was nice. They did have a nice wine selection. The name IL VINETO means the vineyard.
