07/04/2024: So how can I say… If you are used to 4⭐️ France hotels, we are on a 3⭐️. First of all, the staff at reception, in the room and at breakfast are extremely attentive and kind (PDJ buffet good). Adorable, attentive and very professional reception staff (my 5⭐️). In 2, very aging room, very very firm bedding/mattress (no mattress topper as you might be used to at Mc Gallery or Sofitel), I'm not talking about the bathroom (but the shower is nice). In 3, if your room is located on Via Firenze (extremely busy street), or Via Nazionale, leave the windows closed as it is very noisy. When you enter the room if the curtains are closed, the reason is that the sun shines in and it can be very hot (the air conditioning only works from 05/15)… In short, if you are used to the Mc Gallery universe, you won't be there at all (no turndown service in the evening), but the staff is top notch and the location is ideal for visiting... (Piazza Della Republica, IT Taxi Blanc or the Leonardo Express for airport, there is nothing better)… Ottimo soggiorno 🇮🇹

07/04/2024: I live in Rome and some of my family members came to visit me and stayed in this hotel. They got along very well. Central, 2 steps from Piazza della Repubblica. The restaurant was good and they also had an upgrade, highly recommended
