I migliori ristoranti di cucina pesce in Roma

12/07/2024: Conosco bene e frequento il Clivo Bistrot da circa tre anni ed ho portato qui tanti amici che hanno apprezzato il posto e il cibo proposto, diventando poi clienti affezionati anche loro. Il luogo è molto gradevole, arredato tutto in legno in modo artigianale, con tanta letteratura per i bambini. Ho letto recentemente una critica feroce e anche poco gentile, mentre qui tutti sono gentili e lo chef Simo, in particolare, è sempre sorridente e accogliente con tutti. Abitualmente la gente parla piano ed è possibile chiacchierare con gli amici piacevolmente, cosa ormai molto difficile in quasi tutti i locali romani. Il cibo è genuino e Simo si vanta del fatto che usa esclusivamente pesce fresco, rifiutando qualsiasi tipo di componente surgelato. Anche la Paella, servita solo su prenotazione, è notevole. Basata su un impasto delizioso di riso sapientemente mischiato con abbondante pesce e cozze, è veramente gradevole . Non è un paella alla spagnola (anche se la Paella di Barcellona, Madrid o Bilbao offre tre versioni ben differenziate) ma viene interpretata con una impostazione nordafricana e la presenza gradevole di un moderato peperoncino rosso. Non parliamo poi degli antipasti: quasi del tutto vegetariani, con la presenza del baccalà: piacciono molto a tutti coloro che li assaggiano in quantità e la sera non hai certo bisogno di bicarbonato. A me e mia moglie non ha mai fatto male nulla!

08/07/2024: This place feels like home. We had an amazing experience here. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and welcoming plus they had all these beautiful illustrated books to look at and a corner for our toddler to interact with books and toys. In addition to all of these there was even a small toilet for toddlers! we cant wait to go back here <3

20/06/2024: The raw material processed by this small restaurant is sublime, the service attentive and courteous. The environment is typically for a couple and in my opinion given the small size what is inside must be taken care of down to the smallest detail and there are some negative notes. But I reiterate my opinion on the food which is fabulous.

24/08/2024: A fine luglio, siamo tornati al nostro ristorante preferito, ristorante di alta qualità. Il luogo è accogliente e curato e dotato di uno spazio esterno. Come accade tutte le volte, siamo stati accolti, serviti e coccolati dalle fantastiche titolari del locale, sempre gentili e attente ad ogni nostra richiesta. Oltre all'ampia proposta degli antipasti di pesce freschissimo, vi è l'opportunità di gustare una ricca selezione di primi e secondi, rappresentativi della cucina gastronomica dello chef. I piatti sono, infatti, frutto della profonda conoscenza degli ingredienti che, nelle sapienti mani dello chef si trasformano in succulenti inviti, tutti da assaporare!!! Eccellente!!!

15/08/2024: Sono stata oggi per la prima volta. Il locale è piccolino, il personale cortese ed efficentissimo ha saputo gestire perfettamente la sala piena nel pranzo di ferragosto. I cibi di qualità e ottimamente cucinati. Tornerò certamente.

28/07/2024: Delusione totale!!! La scorsa settimana Domenica 21/07 ci fermiamo a pranzo io e mia moglie, siamo stati bene cibo buono prezzo onesto servizio gradevole, scopriamo che la sera fanno anche pizzeria e ordiniamo da asporto 4 pizze buone. Felici di aver scoperto un nuovo posto dove mangiare e prendere le pizze da asporto. Ora viene il bello: Torniamo la domenica successiva 28/07 per mangiare una pizza al tavolo veniamo accolti e ci sistemano in un tavolo non apparecchiato aspettiamo 15 minuti e poi chiedendo ci dicono che il tavolo è pronto. Passano altri 10 minuti e siamo arrivati 25 minuti e chiediamo quanto tempo ci vuole per mangiare 2 pizze visto che abbiamo un impegno e la sig.ra proprietaria viene al tavolo e in modo educato ci dice che non sa i tempi di attesa e che potevano variare dai 20 ai 40 minuti, decidiamo comunque di aspettare dopo circa 2 minuti arriva il Sig. Il proprietario e ci dice in modo crudo e sgarbato che questo è un ristorante slow food qui non si mangia veloce così senza senso. Noi con molta educazione gli diciamo che abbiamo un problema dobbiamo andare a prendere nostra figlia e lui risponde: “Tutti abbiamo i problemi” anche questa risposta senza alcun senso per evitare la discussione in modo educato ci siamo alzati e abbiamo abbandonato il locale. Siamo rimasti senza parole anche perché come ho già detto la prima volta ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene e siamo tornati, abitando in zona potevano essere buoni clienti ma evidentemente il signore non ha né interesse e ne bisogno. Un mio piccolo suggerimento più educazione e rispetto con i clienti. Ripeto come all’inizio delusione totale!!!

27/07/2024: Stasera a cena in questo ristorante. Purtroppo l'esperienza non è stata piacevole. Tempi di attesa biblici e pizza stracotta... torniamo a casa estenuati dell'attesa e soddisfatti solo da un supplì... di sicuro non torneremo.

24/07/2024: The owner is very rude and arrogant. He is very judgemental. The food tastes bad. This is not for the upper class. Though he think his restaurant is one of the bests. There is not many visitors at the restaurant and the staff tried to lure us to a table. Very unprofessional. The owner behaves like a chimpanzee, and needs bananas to calm down. Goodbye Rome. 23/07/2024: Very unproffesional staff. We overheard them slandered other guests and made fun of them. The chef is very rude and arrogant. He could not take any polite criticism and got very angry and acted really rude. I’m shoked. He acted manic. It was like watching a patient in a psychiatric hospital.

03/08/2024: Let me start by saying it was the first time and takeaway. Not very positive experience, too expensive... 2 portions of seafood salad (rubbery fish definitely frozen and full of water) 2 portions of octopus with potatoes €48😑

The typical cuisine is impeccable, the small environment is welcoming and a real gem among the many taverns. But what I love is the professionalism and warm courtesy of these two brothers. Well done, well done, well done. You deserve the larger room, or maybe not, the family environment you have created is already perfect as it is. Chapeau 🎩

01/07/2024: The setting is truly splendid: elegant, impeccably clean and equipped with numerous services, including two swimming pools. The restaurant offers excellent cuisine, the bar is excellent with also diner service. There are tennis, five-a-side and padel courts available. The staff is pleasant and kind, welcoming you and making you feel at home.

16/11/2023: We came to eat in this restaurant on the recommendation of friends, I must say that we had a great time, the manager Jeton was very kind and friendly, he advised us on the best, we started with exceptional raw meats and then moved on to the first and second courses, top quality!! Cozy environment with a relaxing atmosphere. I advise!

02/11/2023: Yesterday with friends I went to taste the delicacies prepared in this restaurant located in Rome very close to Villa Borghese. I must say that the restaurant, small but welcoming and with the possibility of eating outdoors, made a wonderful impression on me. Very nice location and uniquely furnished. Very balanced, well presented and above all innovative dishes. It ranges from raw to cooked with balance and taste. Use of the highest quality raw materials. Excellent wine list currently being expanded. I can only advise you to stop by and above all let yourself be advised by the truly skilled Chef and the trained staff who are attentive to customer needs. Parking difficult but not impossible.

02/08/2024: Non scrivo mai recensioni, ma questa volta mi sono veramente arrabbiata. Conosco il ristorante da anni e rimpiango i tempi in cui avevano pochi piatti in menù e tutti buoni. Menù strapieno e senza senso ,ma quello che mi ha fatto arrabbiare è la qualità. ho ordinato una cernia al curry che tutto era fuorché una cernia. Una sottiletta secca e di sapore pessimo. Sono stata male tutta la notte. Ritornate sulla vecchia strada
