Good food.
Fast service and very attentive to customer needs.
Parking is inconvenient; you have to park outside the city walls and walk.
The price was reasonable considering the food.

Carbocrema:
When the egg is added, she throws the pasta on top and uses a flat ladle to stir it in a circular motion.
You can see and feel this process on the plate.
Congratulations.
28/11/2025: Open from 7:00 PM, the atmosphere is pleasant until it affected the return of the ordered food (risotto with unpeeled shrimp right with the claws). It is impossible to eat such a dish, undercooked rice that crunches in your teeth and all this in a red sauce. The restaurant has potential, but they need to reconsider the menu and presentation of dishes, including the attitude towards customers. No self-respecting restaurant will argue with a customer about the return / replacement of a dish.

27/11/2025: The atmosphere and staff are adequate and very modern, and the management is excellent. The selection of dishes is very wide and good. The outdoor area is excellent and very clean. I will definitely be returning to La Fornace!!
15/11/2025: The pizza isn't bad and the place is well-maintained, but it's too crowded on Saturday nights. I'll be back on a weekday.
I came back at a less crowded time... friendly staff and excellent pizzas. I recommend "La Fornace" pizza, with many different flavors.
Truly a confirmation of one of the best pizzerias, if not the best, in the Anzio area.

20/10/2025: We discovered it by chance with a few Google searches and were delighted. We all ordered a first course of spaghetti allo scoglio, which was exceptional and the price was excellent. For the second course, the mixed fried fish with cod, shrimp, and calamari was really good, not greasy, and plentiful. The atmosphere is family-friendly. I recommend it.

The restaurant is very large and has plenty of seating, a refined atmosphere, and a beautiful panoramic view.
I recommend it to anyone who's in the area; try it, you won't be disappointed.

23/11/2025: We'd been away for a while, but we were delighted to return with dear friends who regularly frequent this restaurant, famous for its seafood. What can I say? Everything was excellent. The raw fish was a delight, and all the raw and cooked appetizers were truly excellent and beautifully presented. The appetizer portions were so generous that we only managed to order the first course, an excellent spaghetti with clams for everyone. The wine list was also remarkable, and desserts were unforgettable. We'll be back.
03/11/2025: I ate really well! Nice waiters, and they served you a nice dish. Excellent. I ate it for free yesterday at lunch. You'll understand. I went home with a belly like a football.

01/12/2025: Today 29/11/25 Went to Andrea at Fiorentina to celebrate the 92nd birthday of my aunt (mother's sister) booked the soup but unfortunately it was not possible for me because I did not find the material to make it but we are not there, lost to my aunt I had RICE CREAM OF SCAMPI made which my aunt was enthusiastic about and not to mention spaghetti with clams, 3 fried dishes with fabulous cod, anchovies with vinegar, bruschetta AUNT was enthusiastic about it and already told me to bring it back (92) YEARS thanks FABIO LUIGI ETC

15/11/2025: Booked for a private birthday party, the rooms are large and beautifully decorated, the staff are plentiful and attentive, and the cuisine is pleasant and traditional: artichokes prepared in timbales. A giant homemade mille-feuille for dessert, and delicious white wine. Dancing and singing made for a wonderful evening.
12/11/2025: Sometimes it’s nice to treat yourself for no reason. And this time I had one — got a bonus on a website (it’s mentioned in the photo). I decided to stop by a restaurant and try something new. The pasta was really tasty, cooked with care.

03/12/2025: We arrived in Rome a month ago and wondered in here for our first restaurant meal. Today is our last day in Rome, and we decided to come back here, and the meal was at least as good. The beef was tender and tasty, the seafood pasta was amazing.

15/11/2025: This restaurant is ideal for a romantic dinner, as upon entering, you're immediately immersed in an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The chef deserves special mention, too, for his menu, which is impressive in terms of both the choice of ingredients, the preparation technique, and, last but not least, the plating.

10/12/2025: Fantastic! You wouldn't expect to eat fresh fish cooked this superbly in the capital, where we're so far from the sea. I enjoyed everything, the carefully prepared homemade desserts were perfect.
