23/03/2025: Last Sunday I celebrated my son's eighteenth birthday at La Locomotiva restaurant and I must say it was a truly special experience. There were about twenty of us and they reserved a room all for us, which allowed us to spend lunch in complete tranquility. The food was exceptional: fresh, tasty dishes with generous portions. Every course was appreciated by everyone! A special praise goes to the staff, who were extremely courteous, attentive and available to satisfy our every request. Mr. Fausto's advice was truly precious and perfect for our lunch. Thank you so much for helping to make this day even more special for my son and for our entire family! Anna

22/02/2025: Esperienza pessima. Il parcheggio è minuscolo infatti una volta entrata sono rimasta incastrata con la mia macchina per più di 20 minuti. Quando disperata entro al ristorante per farmi dare una mano e chiedere di spostare le macchine il proprietario alza la voce come un incivile e risulta essere pure scocciato nel farmi uscire dal SUO parcheggio in cui il passaggio era ormai bloccato. Risolto il problema dopo SOLO mezz’ora la cameriera, infastidita dalle mie lamentele suppongo, decide bene ti tenermi la porta aperta per sbatterla in faccia a me e alla mia amica per poi guardami male tutta la serata manco fossi al liceo. Il servizio ancora peggio. Solamente per ordinare abbiamo aspettato quasi venti minuti, altrettanto per gli antipasti; una mia amica arrivata in un secondo momento ha chiesto CINQUE VOLTE che le venisse portato un banalissimo supplì, arrivato dopo altri venti minuti. Non ci tornerò mai più anche solo per la cafonaggine del proprietario. In compenso la pizza è buona (ci mancava solo quello).

30/03/2025: The restaurant was chosen by the Alfa Romeo club who invited me to spend Sunday with them. Welcoming atmosphere and good food also in relation to the "fixed price" agreed with the establishment. Appetizer, 2 first courses, second course and dessert with water and wine included. I think you can't ask for more...

06/04/2025: We didn't find a place on the fisherman's island and we found a place here in the little corner, also guided by the excellent reviews. Table of 11 people all enthusiastic about lunch. Well done for service, quality and courtesy. We'll see you again

25/02/2025: Bueno, qué pequeño restaurante fantástico, nos recibieron con los brazos abiertos por el personal en nuestra primera noche en Roma y qué bienvenida! La comida era deliciosa, el ambiente era cálido y amable lo disfrutamos tanto que volvimos a la noche siguiente (habría estado de vuelta anoche, pero era domingo y no estaban abiertos tristemente) probamos Bruschetta, pizzas, raviolis, pasta, tiramisú y pastel de la abuela ... todo delicioso! El personal era increíble y nos trataron como amigos en cada visita, recomendaría este restaurante a todo el mundo.

I went on a Saturday evening and had a good time, tables arranged appropriately, quiet environment, impeccable service, welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. I ate turbot which I seasoned with excellent olive oil. Advised.

05/04/2025: I start from the fact that I have been going to this restaurant for more than 40 years, my parents took me there when I was a child, I believe that today of all the restaurants I have frequented they are not at these levels, real tastes, all fresh and all local fish, Impeccable service, very clean, dishes as you can see are fantastic, and no with a prawn and all choreography, this is not a restaurant to appear here you eat and you eat really well, the TOP I like to eat fish because it tastes like fish, I love seafood both raw and cooked, but without adding fruit or vegetables or anything else that isn't seafood, I love smelling the true scent of the freshness of the sea. A spaghetti with clams must taste like clams... but this can Only those with an excellent palate can understand this, thank you for giving us these all-natural delicacies, compliments to all the staff.

18/03/2025: We booked last minute and they found us a seat straight away even though the restaurant was full. First courses simply delicious and I must say also abundant. Friendly staff and typical atmosphere of Rome's pizzeria restaurants. I found the amatriciana pasta very good with the very crunchy bacon.

27/03/2025: Wonderful experience! The potato and sausage pizza is to die for, the service is quick and the staff are wonderful and friendly. Very accommodating and close to the Pantheon! The vibe is wonderful as well.

05/04/2025: Ristorante trovato tramite Google Maps. Ispiravano le foto e ci siamo andati. Abbiamo trovato un personale super accogliente ed educato, addirittura ci hanno aiutato nel trovare una sistemazione per la sera offrendosi disponibili nella prenotazione. Pizza davvero buona e ne siamo usciti molto soddisfatti. Vogliamo ringraziare in particolare modo Gabriele per il suo prezioso aiuto.

06/03/2025: The owner was very kind to welcome us even though we arrived at closing time at 2.40pm, without rushing us. We took a fried fish, a calamarata and a spaghetti with clams Bottarga and I must say that the food is very good and that the spaghetti with clams is the best in Fregene. Great guys, keep up the good work.

01/03/2025: The owner was very kind and helpful in welcoming us at a "limited" time (we were 2.30pm) on a rainy day with few people around. We ate very well, all the dishes ordered were excellent, the price was adequate and the service was excellent. It will be my/our point of reference in Fregene for eating seafood dishes.
