13/08/2024: Excellent restaurant, the food is very good and the staff is very friendly.

13/08/2024: Ups and downs. Locale: the 5 stars given to Ambiente. The outdoor garden is really beautiful and overlooks the lake, the inside of the place is also very welcoming. Service: I want to believe that last night they found themselves under with the staff (3 people with all the outside tables full), because otherwise they would have to give a 2. Despite being nice and able to put customers at ease, the three guys who were walking around among the tables they struggled to keep up with everything, going slowly or making wrong orders. 25 minutes before ordering even just a drink, a side dish delivered together with the first starter, the aforementioned side dish (baked potatoes) then brought again together with the tagliatelle, all of which arrived cold (tagliata and potatoes). We're not there at all. Food: here they shine. The minus star is only due to the fact that some dishes (tagliata and potatoes) arrived cold. But guys; excellent fried fish balls, fried anchovies that... wow! I would have had 4 plates of those alone! The steak, even though it was cold, was really good. Wine list: very wide choice between whites, rosés and reds. Considering that they offer both land and sea dishes you will always have a good combination. Prices: the two of us spent around 100 euros (50 each). But it's very honest if you add three fish-based starters, two second courses (whitefish and black angus), two side dishes and a good bottle of wine. The view/location is also worth it. Conclusion: honestly I will return, perhaps in a different period, but they certainly deserve at least another visit.

31/07/2024: Excellent fish restaurant, CLAMOROUS scampi cream (the real one without cream but made with fish bisque), simple appetizers without many frills, genuine hostaria wine, the only flaw was the lack of ice, super honest prices, also worth mentioning is the linguine cuttlefish ink with lemon zest! Well done, well done 👏🏼

17/08/2024: We were in Rome in late May. We ate here two nights in a row, which says a lot about the variety of the menu and the price point. Terrific weight staff. The experience was wonderful from beginning to end.

06/08/2024: When Sicilian cuisine intertwines with Roman, definitely must be experienced. You know the place will be serving amazing meals when it’s not a tourist trap and the focaccia alone are on another level. Bread is the ultimate test in Italian restaurants, so imagine the rest?

11/08/2024: I tried it as a pizzeria, nothing to say, the pizza, Roman type, with flowers and anchovies is very good. Also tried the supplì, those too were worth tasting. The restaurant is in an old building and has been set up inside so as to keep the old arches and architectural details of the original building visible, also adding this element to the good food.

05/07/2024: Exceptional, a place where you eat in an atmosphere of times gone by. Attentive service, smiling and helpful staff. Corn on the cob in guacamole sauce, a touch of originality.

17/08/2024: Excellent restaurant by chef Marco Coppola and his wife Jessica. A true luxury to have a restaurant of this standing in Trevignano, a cut above all the others. It's not on the lakefront, but you have to go there for the carefully chosen and carefully selected raw materials cooked in an excellent manner. The environment is very nice and warm with large seats that respect the privacy and distance of customers. Very fair prices. All of a very high standard.

09/08/2024: Da premettere che vivo da 19 anni in zona e il locale ha sempre soddisfatto le mie aspettative in termini di qualità e preparazione. Siamo tornati ieri sera con una coppia di amici, ci mancavamo da un bel po', abbiamo preso dei fritti e la pizza, tutto molto buono. I fritti perfetti, per niente unti, ben croccanti e di ottima qualità, le pizze tutte perfette, nessuna sbavatura in quanto a cottura condimento etc. Unica nota stonata, scoperta poi nello scontrino, sembra una sciocchezza, ma credo faccia la differenza, 2€ di servizio a persona a corredo di un prezzario delle pizze non proprio economico, si parte da un minimo di 7.00 per una marinara ( che nel Napoletano ancora viene servita al tavolo a 4.50 ), fino a un massimo di 13.00 per le pizze "speciali" su cui, per carità, nulla da eccepire. Giro molti locali, e il consiglio che mi sento di dare è di rivedere a ribasso, magari utilizzando anche i decimali, un 9.50 € fa un altro effetto rispetto a un 10 € . Ad esempio se il servizio al posto di 2€ fosse portato a 1.50€, sono certo che farebbe una certa differenza. Cosa comporta di così drammatico rinunciare a 2 euro di incasso su un tavolo di 4 persone ? Oppure decidere di applicare uno sconto, al superamento di una soglia di spesa media pro-capite, ad esempio, ti sconto il servizio se superi i 25€ di spesa a testa, cose così. Di formule per sorprendere positivamente un cliente e indurlo a tornare e a parlarne bene con amici il giorno dopo ce ne sono tanti, basta fermarsi un attimo e riflettere. 08/08/2024: A desire for real Neapolitan pizza (but not only that) with a view of Lake Bracciano? A very pleasant team, efficient and attentive service, family atmosphere and quality. We go there regularly in the summer after swimming in the lake, always with the same pleasure :)

27/07/2024: The owner Giuseppe is very nice, the waiters very professional and very good. I ate an amatriciana which was a spectacle!!!! Excellent red wine. It was the first time but I will definitely be back on my next trip to the capital. I gave it 5 stars but it deserves more. What can I say? Highly recommended!!!! Go and you won't regret it.

21/07/2024: Accueil plaisant dans ce restaurant où l’on a vue sur la cuisine ( qui n’est pas ouverte mais entièrement vitrée). De l’amuse bouche au dessert, sublime voyage entre Rome et Tokyo. Si vous êtes dans le quartier, n’hésitez pas à pousser la porte de ce restaurant.
