08/06/2026: We had pizza and some fried food. For those who love thin, thin pizza, it's definitely excellent. The toppings are generous, the ingredients are high-quality, and the pizza is very light and easy to digest. Some of the fried foods we ordered were also light. Very good and tasty. The supplì were good, but they could improve the cooking of the rice, which was a little too al dente, but they were delicious nonetheless (this is the second time we've tried them, having already ordered takeout!). We'll be back to try the restaurant as well as the pizzeria. The staff was very kind, helpful, and friendly. The atmosphere was very nice.

04/06/2026: Enchanting place! We celebrated my partner's 60th birthday yesterday and it was a great success thanks to the professionalism of the staff, the delicious food, and the beauty of the location. Highly recommended, even for an evening with friends (the pizza is very digestible and well-leavened!) The prices are very fair on everything, and in the summer the outdoor area is perfect, although it is covered, from which you can enjoy the magnificent greenery surrounding it! Another positive note is the speed of service and the kindness. Top!!

09/06/2026: For me, food comes first, then comes the service, and then the setting. Needless to say, the place is historic in Ostia, and I have to say, very nice. Of the fish appetizers, I only liked the soute and the fried anchovies. The spaghetti with clams was swimming in oil, but ultimately decent and I must say plentiful. The potato-crusted sea bream was delicious. The service was very, very friendly, especially from the waiter Emanuele, who also recommended a good wine.

19/04/2026: I'm returning to this restaurant after 10 years, and I have to say the quality is still very high, and the value is excellent! Unfortunately, not everything was perfect: one young, polite waiter and one older, rude, and surly, and that's unacceptable in a restaurant like this.

11/04/2026: I dined recently, and I rarely leave a review, especially immediately after the experience. Unfortunately, despite the beautiful location, the dinner was marred by several negative aspects. First, we had made a reservation specifying that we would bring a dog, but we were still seated in a corner. I would have preferred greater clarity: if dogs are not welcome, just say so; I would have understood and appreciated it. Second, the service was disappointing. With the exception of the younger waiter, who was friendly and helpful, the older waiter was rude and unprofessional. From the beginning, we were treated with little attention: we weren't even poured our wine (which in itself isn't the problem), but above all, we noticed unequal treatment compared to other customers. We arrived at opening time, and yet a table that arrived 15-20 minutes after us received their dishes much earlier. This gives the impression of favoritism toward some customers. Considering our order was simple (a pizza and a boiled pumpkin with fondue), the wait was unjustified. Furthermore, the pizza I'd ordered (broccoli and sausage) arrived incorrectly, with sautéed chicory. It wouldn't have been a big deal if it had been handled better, but I think when you pay for a service, you deserve to receive what you order and appropriate treatment. I was disappointed to have to point out the mistake to the younger waiter, who was the only one who was polite. However, when paying, we weren't given any discount for the error, which I would have considered fair. For completeness: we sat down at 7:45 PM, ordered shortly after, and received our dishes around 9:00 PM. In conclusion, a disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant, especially if you're not a regular customer or if you have a dog.

20/05/2026: Excellent pizzeria, varied pizza menu and the pizza is very similar to Neapolitan pizza, recommended for those looking for a Neapolitan pizza at a good price in Ostia.

11/05/2026: By ordering through Just Eat, I was able to sample two delicacies from this restaurant and pizzeria. They were both delightful to look at and to taste. The dough was tasty and light, and the toppings were excellent, as you can see from the photos, where you'll find the Mortazza and the Nerano. Excellent value.

26/09/2025: Most affordable ❗⭐ 12 €❗ First stabilimento I came to, the sign outside said umbrella and deckchair (lettino) 17,-. I walked north towards the pier. Other stabilimentos were 18,-, 20 I think, 25 and 30❗🙄 Now, off-season? I went back to Plinius, first lady said 17,-, then the other 12,-❣️ Clean bathroom, clean cold shower I think, few people. Maybe call first for pricing?

05/01/2026: A wonderful discovery, excellent staff, a unique, warm, and welcoming location, especially the cellar where we had our aperitif, with its niches carved into the tuff rock. The dishes were one surprise after another, with unusual flavor combinations that truly made a difference, not to mention the freshness and quality of the ingredients. I will definitely be back.

08/05/2026: Beautiful... Very beautiful!! Sincere... but above all, genuine! Authentic flavors and passion make the difference, and truly do. What's there is super fresh and delicious.... They know their stuff in the kitchen... really great. There's no need to explain or describe... you just have to stop by and taste... And then shake hands with the chef and the lovely manager. We'll be seeing you again soon!
