05/05/2026: Excellent choice for a sunny Sunday and lots of fish. Restaurant in the center of Frosinone Alto, based on fish. Booked 2 days in advance because it is always very popular. The restaurant has two rooms, one inside in a nautical style, and one covered outside. The service is fast and attentive, the staff are kind and friendly, the cuisine is good, simple and homemade, just as we like it, nothing sophisticated, original flavors. Good 🍷 on the staff's recommendation. Honest and average price but with good quality products. We will definitely be back.

13/04/2026: A cutting-edge osteria with interesting dishes. Some things stood out to me, such as the salmon-based homage to Pollock and the ravioli with octopus amatriciana, both delicious! Overall, the most popular dishes were the two first courses and the appetizers. The wine selection, which the chef offered us, was also very good.

03/05/2026: A wonderful experience, good value. We ate lake fish, especially whitefish (marinated, grilled, tartare, with pasta). The eel and trout were also excellent. The evening meal was delicious. I recommend making a reservation and asking to have lunch/dinner on the lakeside veranda.

02/05/2026: A beautiful place, but I get the impression that foreigners are seen as a source of extra income. One person’s meal was served much earlier than the other’s. The food was average. We didn't receive a bill or receipt, and the price was inflated; after adding up the prices from the menu and the final patent later, it turned out we were charged over 10 euros more than we should have been. We weren’t allowed to sit on the covered porch because we were told that the seats there “were reserved,” yet in the evening only one family showed up and took one of the many tables there. The same thing happened to the guests from Hungary and the Americans; they were also directed to tables under the trees. We think this was done so that none of the Italians would see the billing practices. The waitress wasn't allowed to take money from us; her boss came over to collect the payment. It’s a shame that such a beautiful place is so poorly managed. It's a beautiful place, but I have the impression that foreigners are a source of additional income. 08/04/2026: Easter Monday lunch. We had a wonderful time, the staff were very welcoming, and the quality of the products used was exceptional. A small flaw was that the first two wines chosen from the menu were not available in the cellar.

05/04/2026: We arrived at this restaurant because my daughter had finished singing in the auditorium, so it was also a little later. Despite this, we were greeted with a smile and kindness. The place is a little gem, the food was all excellent, and the staff was super attentive to our needs, given that we had a guest with a fish allergy. The first courses were mouth-watering, and the deconstructed courgette flower was fantastic. We will definitely be back, because it was truly a wonderful discovery!

31/03/2026: I went here with my partner. We had chicken meatballs, pasta puttanesca, and amatriciana for dinner. The puttanesca was really good, and the service was good, fast, and accurate. Recommended.

15/01/2026: It was my first time at this restaurant, and I have to say everything was impeccable. The fish was fresh and high-quality, the bread was good, as was the oil, wine, and pasta. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the dessert, as I didn't have it (because I'm already a sweet tooth). The staff was also very friendly, especially the waiter. I'll be back.

15/03/2026: We had the pleasure of dining at Antica Carrera, and I must say it was a truly special evening. The restaurant is elegant yet welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere that allows you to enjoy your dinner in peace. We started with the "Fantasia di Mare all'Antica Carrera" appetizer, truly rich and prepared with great care. Everything was fresh and well-balanced in flavor. The buffalo mozzarella with calamari and drops of pesto was also very interesting, an original combination that perfectly blends sea and land. Among the dishes that impressed me most was the seared salmon steak with mango coulis and Cyprus black salt: perfectly cooked, delicate flavors, and a truly pleasant balance thanks to the fresh note of the mango. To conclude, we tried the millefeuille with Chantilly cream and berries and the tiramisu, both excellent, light, and prepared with great care. All accompanied by a good wine that made the dinner even more enjoyable. A special thanks goes to Massimo, who clearly puts passion, care, and attention to every detail of the restaurant. Congratulations on his work: creating a place where quality, hospitality, and professionalism meet is no given. Thanks also to the waiters, always kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the evening. 15/04/2026: I went yesterday with a colleague and was really pleased with this restaurant. I had a fish appetizer and a fish risotto, both excellent. The service was excellent. I recommend it.

08/04/2026: The appetizers were excellent, with cod and baby octopus Luciana-style. We asked for the catch of the day and opted for baked sea bass with potatoes. It arrived dry and burnt. When we asked, the maître d' explained that for them, baked means first opening it, grilling it, and then baking it... I've never had sea bass from the counter like this... The waiters were very courteous, but the maître d' needs to rethink his job. Sometimes, just saying "sorry, I'll make you something else" isn't "I'd better leave"... "It's crowded here." When you ask for a catch, you bring it out first and then open it up in front of the customer.
