11/05/2025: Over the last 15 years, Civitavecchia has significantly improved, especially in its seafront restaurant offering, giving us real gems that have become a source of attraction for local and non-local Movida on these splendid spring evenings. In this context, the CAPRASECCA Restaurant stands out! In particular if you want (when available) a SPAGHETTO WITH SEA URCHIN which will surely make you come back.... well... try it and we will probably be table neighbors.... PS: EXCELLENT AND FRIENDLY SERVICE

03/05/2025: Venerdì 2 Maggio con una coppia di amici siamo partiti da Orbetello per andare a provare questo locale a Civitavecchia , consigliatomi da molte persone. Che dire , tavoli sul lungomare, una piacevole brezza e pietanze ottime ed abbondanti . Personale gentile e disponibile nell’illustrarci e consigliare i vari piatti . Ho provato una specialità del posto, tagliolini polpo e pecorino , eccellenti e super scarpetta . Gli altri antipasti misti di pesce e dopo un pescione al forno per tutti. Buon vino e buon caffè, non sempre scontato. Conto assolutamente onesto , ci rivedranno presto . Emilio

14/06/2025: A hidden gem for seafood lovers. Service was excellent, and the cocktails were spot on. Great wine list with something for every budget. We had the tuna tartare over potato, fresh and flavorful. The sea bream fillet was clean and delicate, dressed with just lemon and olive oil. Pasta was rich and comforting, and the artichoke was a standout. Honest, well prepared food in a cozy setting. Highly recommended.

09/06/2025: First there is the welcome made with sincere courtesy, then you order and the service is completely available to the customer's needs, for example when we asked for a first course to share they immediately offered to take care of dividing a dish in two. And then comes the surprise of combinations of non-trivial flavors, of high quality and elegant presentation. Absolutely correct and competitive prices. Well done to Assuntina! We will come back soon to visit you.

16/05/2025: I definitely recommend visiting. I often go there with friends to grab a bite. They have delicious and unique pizza, and the food overall is really tasty. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.

06/06/2025: The grilled calamari was perfectly cooked. Tender, yet some chewiness. Seasoned just salty enough. Olive oil did not take away the freshness of the squid. My only complaint was 2 was not enough when they were this good. I also have grilled veggies that are prepared exquisitely. The veggies had a grilled aroma, and cut to similar sizes and mixed with herbs and olive oil. My wife and friend had pastas of clams sauce and Bolognese sauce. They both raved about their sauce and the al dente noodles. The wines were excellent and the bread was crusty and soft. Excellent meal! The wait staff were very attentive, yet not intrusive.

09/05/2025: Without words… From 9.30pm to 11.30pm the spaghetti with clams finally arrives but... upon arrival it is very raw... We immediately notify the owner who responds to us With a sarcastic smile that everyone was eating the pasta and that the brother, we assume, is The chef said that it was cooked... and therefore it shouldn't be remade 'but it should be eaten like this or alternatively we had to get a second one because he wouldn't make the first one again. It seems absurd to me to have to pay to eat what the person decides Restaurateur or passing by uncomfortable people when we often go out for dinner and we have been to this same place several times without it Never complain. 15/06/2025: Le linguine con il polpo erano deliziose: polpo morbido, sapori autentici e un profumo che conquista. Il servizio è stato attento e gentile, sempre con il sorriso. Il ristorante è accogliente, curato nei dettagli e con un’atmosfera familiare che ti fa sentire a casa. Davvero una bellissima esperienza!

16/05/2025: Excellent fish dinner accompanied by a very good glass of wine (which if the staff sees my review I would be curious to know the name 😊 we were on Monday 12th). Very kind, helpful, professional and attentive staff. They gave us lots of excellent advice not only for food but also for our stay in Minturno, we will definitely be back!

12/05/2025: I had a wonderful experience at Villa San Giorgio! When I arrived, one of the staff members kindly said “No English,” which at first I misunderstood as “No service for English speakers” — but it turns out he was just letting me know that he personally didn’t speak English. He then guided me to a seat and brought me an English menu right away, and another staff member who spoke English came over to take my order. So thoughtful and coordinated! At one point I needed a spoon, and although the staff didn’t notice, a lovely Italian woman at the next table saw me trying to get their attention and kindly spoke up for me. That small moment perfectly summed up the vibe here — warm, friendly, and welcoming from both staff and fellow diners. The food was delicious, the view by the sea made it even better, and overall this place is such a charming spot to enjoy a relaxing meal during your travels. Highly recommended!
