05/08/2025: An excellent restaurant with a spectacular menu. The pizza dough is excellent, as is the quality of the pasta, served al dente, and the sauce, which immediately reminded us of the sensational flavor of our grandmother's. The restaurant was recommended to us by a relative of ours in Rome, who generally provides "inaccurate, often misleading information, from inaccurate or nonexistent sources, but is unexpectedly reliable in his gastronomic opinions" (quote). Anyway, it was a decidedly positive experience, with good service and a price consistent with the quality.

10/07/2025: The first thing that strikes you is the refined and meticulous attention to detail throughout this restaurant, not to mention the attentive staff, who cater to every single request with distinction and professionalism. The highlight was undoubtedly the seafood cold cuts, a blend of flavor and imagination. This was followed by the sea urchin and truffle first course, which was simply sublime, and finally the sea bass in salt, a hit with everyone. Extra points for the white wine served at "ice-cold" temperature, accompanied by an ice bucket to cool down on those scorching July evenings. What can I say? This place was a pleasant discovery, and we'll definitely be returning!

We stayed at an Airbnb close to the airport and found this spot through The Fork — great reviews and a solid value discount convinced us to give it a try. So glad we did! The service was warm and welcoming. We navigated the Italian-to-English translations with Google Translate, and the lovely (and beautiful!) lady who served us was incredibly thoughtful — especially when it came to our kids' food allergies (eggs and nuts). She ensured everything was safe and even arranged a custom order of spaghetti with tomato sauce, paired with a delicious Bistecca ai Ferri (grilled steak). Our youngest said it was the best pasta he had in all of Italy! Portions were generous, and everything we ordered was packed with flavor. The Friggitoria Napoletana was a fun and tasty starter — a mix of fried treats. I had the Scialatielli Zi Catarì, which was absolutely delicious and came recommended by the staff, who clearly know their menu. We also tried the gnocchi with porcini mushrooms and clams—such a unique and amazing combination. The steak was juicy and well-cooked, and two of our kids finished with classic panna cotta—the perfect ending. This area seems to be known for seafood, and everything we tasted was fresh and fantastic. 27/07/2025: I had dinner with friends last night. We'd let them know there was a vegan person at the table and they said they'd do something to accommodate me, and they did. In all my years as a vegan, this is the first place where I've felt like a customer and not an inconvenient burden: attention, care, and commitment accompanied the dishes brought to my table. Super flavorful, original, and beautiful to look at. I want to point out that the restaurant was packed; others would have solved the problem with a generous portion of grilled vegetables and pasta with tomato sauce for the kids. If all restaurants were like this, dining out would be wonderful. I'll definitely be back.

15/07/2025: Materie prime buonissime ma sopratutto cucinate con rispetto senza sopraffarne il sapore naturale. Porzioni abbondanti,non lasciatevi prendere la mano, meglio tornare una seconda volta. Ambiente informale ma non trasandato. Conto in linea con il menù. I dolci sono spettacolari.

22/06/2025: There were four of us for lunch at this restaurant overlooking Lake Bolsena and we were completely satisfied. The location is truly suggestive: tables with a view of the lake, a relaxing atmosphere and a nice breeze that makes everything even more pleasant. We ate calmly, taking advantage of the good weather and the company. The service was a bit slow, but it was the first of May and the place was really full - that's to be expected, the wait was accompanied by the courtesy of the staff, always kind, smiling and helpful. The food lived up to expectations: tasty dishes, well presented and with fresh ingredients. We tried both lake dishes and traditional dishes and everything was much appreciated. Overall, a pleasant experience and worth repeating. Ideal for those looking for a quiet break with good food and a view that alone is worth the visit. Recommended!

21/07/2025: We visited this restaurant on Thursday, July 17th and Saturday, July 19th. During both dinners, we ate the chef's seafood appetizer, cod with cherry tomatoes and crostini, fried calamari and shrimp, shrimp cutlets, tagliolini allo scoglio, sea bass-stuffed ravioli with clams and cherry tomatoes, berry panna cotta, and coconut and Nutella cake. We were offered an entree while we waited for our orders. The food was all delicious, with special mention for the ravioli and panna cotta. The restaurant has a very large indoor dining room and an outdoor area. The service was attentive and the kitchen well-organized. Recommended.

27/07/2025: A romantic spot nestled in nature where you can enjoy primarily seafood dishes, from classics to the chef's own reinterpretations. The menu, as it should be, follows the seasonality of the catch, ensuring the ingredients are always fresh. There's also an alternative meat-based menu, which I personally haven't tried. You can dine indoors or out. There's limited on-site parking, but it's easy to find a spot just outside. The staff is always courteous and helpful. Prices are lower than average for the quality and ambience, but portions are generous, especially for the starters, which is always appreciated. Highly recommended!

23/06/2025: As always I am writing a very detailed review also because I really enjoyed this place. It was my birthday on 06.21.2025, and we went for lunch. We booked. We were greeted by the staff with great kindness and made to sit on the patio with a beautiful view of the sea, and lots of fresh air, the table was set very elegantly, as soon as the waiter arrived, very nice and kind, he took our order. I must say that everything arrived very quickly... we chose: spaghetti with clams, rating 8 with so many clams that the dish was huge, risotto with scampi cream, rating 9, seafood gnocchi, rating 8. Then we tried two different types of cod on the advice of the waiter, I must say both were excellent... I have never tasted cod in those two ways... served with elegance and beauty, because even the eye wants its part, rating for the two cod dishes 10!!!. My daughter preferred a nice plate of scampi... excellent rating 8. Then the final treat was the sorbet.... very special because GREEN APPLE SORBET.... EXQUISITE!!! NEVER TRIED BEFORE.. A GEMS OF THIS PLACE! and finally... we hadn't brought the cake... and the owner Stefania sent us a cake just for us with a dedication that I have to say was excellent, rating 9. In short, everything was perfect. Everything was excellent. I absolutely have to go back! You can't go wrong because you eat really well here. Thanks to all the staff!
