30/03/2026: It's been a while since I've been to this restaurant, and I have to say it's truly improved, even though I've always had a great experience. Everything we ate was excellent. The various fried dishes were impeccable, dry, and without any oily aftertaste. If you like artichokes, try these: the Jewish-style artichokes and the fried ones are sublime! The service was meticulous and attentive, without being intrusive. Well done! I'm so glad I booked Easter lunch with you!

15/03/2026: Excellent and very digestible pizza, delicious specialty pizzas, excellent fried foods. The waiters were all very kind and fast. The atmosphere is simple, perfect for a nice evening with friends. The only problem was the background noise, which made you have to raise your voice to speak, perhaps because it was Saturday and there were a lot of people, and that in itself says a lot. Nonetheless, we had a good time.

10/03/2026: The restaurant is a bit isolated and under-advertised, but perhaps that's precisely why it offers an unforgettable experience. The food is excellent despite the limited number of dishes. I recommend it for romantic lunches and dinners. The prices are also reasonable for the quality of the food.

01/05/2026: We wanted a seafood dinner, but the best dish was the focaccia. The fried seafood was truly mediocre, the paccheri with mussels and pecorino cheese was all empty, the paccheri was cooked incorrectly, and there was too much tomato. The octopus was tasteless. Not recommended for seafood, but perhaps OK for a pizzeria. Friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere.

You're greeted with courtesy, helpfulness, and professionalism. It's an almost old-fashioned courtesy and a professionalism that many other restaurants try in vain to replicate. The dishes are varied, delicious, and delicious. I always love coming back.

08/03/2026: We visited Clivo Bistrot 3 or 4 times during our stay in Rome. We had an amazing time and got to enjoy delicious food, drinks (coffee, wine, etc.) and desserts (cheesecake is insane!) at every visit. The place makes you feel warm to the heart, and everyone was absolutely kind to us - specially to our 15mo. Will definitely come back in our next trip to Rome, THANKS!

28/01/2026: A very simple, typical neighborhood place. Rating: 6. The Neapolitan pizza is truly excellent, both in terms of the dough and the toppings, with fior di latte and a drizzle of olive oil. The size is also impressive. It's well-cooked in a wood-fired oven, with a soft crust and perfectly cooked thanks to the perfect leavening. For me, the Margherita is the best, even better than some pizzerias in Campania. Rating: 9. I can't comment on the rest of the menu. The service is young but very friendly and efficient. Rating: 8. Excellent price. It deserves 4 stars for the type of place and the quality of the pizza.

19/04/2026: I'm returning to this restaurant after 10 years, and I have to say the quality is still very high, and the value is excellent! Unfortunately, not everything was perfect: one young, polite waiter and one older, rude, and surly, and that's unacceptable in a restaurant like this.

11/04/2026: I dined recently, and I rarely leave a review, especially immediately after the experience. Unfortunately, despite the beautiful location, the dinner was marred by several negative aspects. First, we had made a reservation specifying that we would bring a dog, but we were still seated in a corner. I would have preferred greater clarity: if dogs are not welcome, just say so; I would have understood and appreciated it. Second, the service was disappointing. With the exception of the younger waiter, who was friendly and helpful, the older waiter was rude and unprofessional. From the beginning, we were treated with little attention: we weren't even poured our wine (which in itself isn't the problem), but above all, we noticed unequal treatment compared to other customers. We arrived at opening time, and yet a table that arrived 15-20 minutes after us received their dishes much earlier. This gives the impression of favoritism toward some customers. Considering our order was simple (a pizza and a boiled pumpkin with fondue), the wait was unjustified. Furthermore, the pizza I'd ordered (broccoli and sausage) arrived incorrectly, with sautéed chicory. It wouldn't have been a big deal if it had been handled better, but I think when you pay for a service, you deserve to receive what you order and appropriate treatment. I was disappointed to have to point out the mistake to the younger waiter, who was the only one who was polite. However, when paying, we weren't given any discount for the error, which I would have considered fair. For completeness: we sat down at 7:45 PM, ordered shortly after, and received our dishes around 9:00 PM. In conclusion, a disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant, especially if you're not a regular customer or if you have a dog.
