13/12/2025: It's one of our favorite restaurants when we stop on our Italy-Austria trips. The quality is simply excellent. From appetizers to first courses, second courses, and side dishes. And when you think you're full, dessert arrives... the crispy yet soft millefeuille with vanilla ice cream is simply sublime. They're worthy of representing Italian food, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

10/01/2026: I'd like to give it 6 stars, but alas, it's impossible. It's a refined and elegant place. We were in the area and discovered it by chance, but we couldn't have been luckier. The service was welcoming and professional. The food was absolutely incredible. The creamed cod melted in your mouth, and the "capannina" appetizer was truly excellent. For our first course, we tried the paccheri with calamari, cherry tomatoes, and Taggiasca olives, and they were truly sublime. Congratulations, we hope to return in the future, and this time it won't be by chance!

07/01/2026: It's taken me a while to write this review. I'm torn, but also disappointed by some impressions, which unfortunately I've reaffirmed from time to time when I frequent the restaurant. Some of the food seemed good, while others tasted like "cooking with leftovers" (e.g., meatballs, ragù, some side dishes, and even the bottles of wine, which are brought already opened). This wouldn't even be a bad idea these days, but it should be declared, including an explanation of what types of leftovers are used. I'd add, as others have already noted, that the menus promised for certain occasions often don't match the ones actually served, which are generally of a lower quality, while the price, alas, doesn't change. The service also varies greatly depending on the day; when there are more people, the wait becomes longer, making the experience less pleasant. I'd say that, in terms of value for money, perhaps the restaurant is trying to present itself at a higher level than it actually is.

31/12/2025: I loved this place, having been coming for years for their delicious gluten-free pizzas. However, I was truly disappointed a few weeks ago when I returned and realized they had changed management. I first called to make a reservation, but they told me they were currently full and that I'd have to wait at least an hour for the reservation. Since I really wanted to eat their gluten-free pizza, I decided to wait anyway, but when we got there, they told us they didn't recommend ordering pizza because it would take at least 45 minutes to an hour... What a disappointment! I was hoping to make up for it with a gluten-free pasta dish, but unfortunately, even though it was listed on the menu, it wasn't available that evening. Bottom line: since I can't eat gluten, my only option was a salad, which was way overpriced. In fact, I noticed the menu was the same as the previous management, but the prices had increased by at least 30%. After many years of loyalty, I've sadly decided to let it go and never return.

20/09/2025: Delicious food, wonderful, friendly female chefs. Even without Italian, we managed to understand each other 🤣 I recommend trying the meat patty!

21/12/2025: Despite having a table reservation, we waited over 30 minutes before being seated. Furthermore, one waiter in particular was extremely rude when clearing the table (hastily/hastily clearing the plates, waving his cutlery, and clearing the plates away while the customer was finishing). And, when we tried to tell him that the pizza was overcooked and hard (almost inedible), he completely ignored and spoke over the customer who was trying to express herself. Not recommended.

13/10/2025: A traditional and welcoming trattoria, with authentic, fresh fish and traditional dishes just the way I like them, all delicious. The friendliness of the family management is very welcome. It's a great place to stay and enjoy delicious fish and meat dishes. The fish is incredibly fresh, as in Marano, fishing boats arrive every day with freshly caught fish. Every dish is delicious and cooked with excellent recipes and according to tradition. The price is good and reasonable. I recommend this trattoria, located just a few steps from the center of Marano Lagunare. 😊😋

24/01/2026: Overall, a pleasant hotel, with a special mention for the receptionist who was very welcoming and professional. However, our winter stay during the holiday season was a bit disappointing: the hotel restaurant was closed and the general atmosphere lacked vibrancy. The place felt empty and soulless, which significantly impacted our overall experience. It had good potential, but the circumstances and the season were clearly not ideal.
