25/06/2025: Had lunch yesterday with the family, first time we went to this place recommended to us. Everything was excellent from the appetizers, all excellent, my son had the mussels, very good. We had a cold appetizer and two gratin. Second courses of fish were excellent, the girl who served us, very kind, but all the staff, friendly and professional. I recommend it to everyone, we will definitely be back... Well done

10/07/2025: We went to eat tonight, July 10th. They welcomed us very kindly and pampered us all evening. We had mixed grills, perfectly cooked meat. The desserts were excellent: millefeuille and cream puffs.

20/05/2025: Really pleasant experience at Rueda Gaucha on a quiet Monday in June. A couple's dinner. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The meat is the real star: tender, tasty and cooked to perfection, accompanied by tasty side dishes and attentive and friendly service. Excellent value for money too. Ideal for those who love grilled food and want to treat themselves to an evening that is different from the usual. Highly recommended!

26/06/2025: We went for lunch as a couple and the waiter immediately welcomed us warmly making us feel at home. We ordered fish and immediately after without having asked for it we were brought a schiaccino, which accompanied some really good octopus alla Luciana and a first course of fresh shells made with sea gurnard, saffron and burrata. All a delight, I highly recommend it. As true Sicilians we were amazed.

23/06/2025: Monday night, few people in the restaurant but we waited more than half an hour for three pizzas. My pizza margherita was inedible: dough that had risen little and badly like chewing gum, very little mozzarella fiordilatte, almost non-existent and there wasn't even a basil leaf as indicated on the menu. More than a Margherita it seemed like a marinara. I left it all on the plate. They wanted to remake it but I wasn't hungry anymore. But they made me pay for it. Dirty fork promptly changed
06/06/2025: Really very interesting to review this favorite place For any type of event for any reason you want to go in the sense you can eat or just for a drink, but the very optimal characteristic of this place is above all the good smile and the very kind welcome of the owners of Salerno origin and I hope I wrote it right ... Interesting location and with a very large room .... Very good the red LEFFE beer. Everything good from the kitchen to the bar and finally the pizzeria ... This rating would be fine has 10 stars but Google only offers 5 ... Reachable with the line 1 3 7 9 10 When I can I go too ... Oh by the way at the Campana d'Oro they sell products Salernitania.....

28/06/2025: We went to dinner last night. Everything was perfect! I really go to restaurants a lot but I have to say that the three canals is one of the few discounts where you can find zero-mile fish and traditional and original recipes that are really well done. Let the chef Giorgio advise you and he will be able to tell you about all the qualities and characteristics of his fantastic raw materials. Even the plating is really gourmet and the quantities are just right
26/06/2025: Good food, also trying to be modern in tastes, but nothing exceptional, especially for the price, excessive!!!!!! In the area there are elite restaurants that for the same price excite your taste buds with matching wines.

20/04/2025: I have been to this place several times and have always had a good time. Today Easter 25th I repeated the experience and the opinion is always excellent. I took the angus millefeuille and the meat was very tender, a real delight. The friendly and competent staff. I definitely recommend.

18/05/2025: First of all, it must be said that the service here was excellent, as was the (modern) atmosphere, the bread, and the choice of wines by the glass (as well as the pairings). The prices seem more than reasonable for the level of cuisine that the restaurant aims to offer. As for the cuisine, there are perhaps a few things to complain about. The amuse-bouche/welcome plate: simply adding a little za'atar or pepper to a steamed beetroot and celeriac does not transform them into a dish (not even a welcome one), neither in terms of taste nor in terms of appearance. The pasta with blue crab bisque: I understand that no one likes to clean the crab, but simply making a bisque without even recovering the meat seems like a shame and a waste to me. And it is even more of a shame to serve the so-called bisque with a pasta that is not al dente but actually crunchy. The amberjack with bok choy: here, unfortunately, we are bordering on the limit of acceptable. Soft skin, overcooked fish—stringy effect that is not alleviated by the lack of any sauce. Speaking of sauces, the choice of soy sauce for the bok choy turns out to be unoriginal. The quail: excellent choice of raw material, not very easy to find in non-starred restaurants. Too bad, however, for the cooking of the breasts, on which the skin remained white (and the fat intact instead of being melted). Impeccable, however, the cooking of the wings. The combination with the sweetness of the dates is also good, although I would have hoped for more acidity to freshen the dish—a task that here is entrusted to the puntarelle, which however get lost in the sweetish sauce. In short, a disappointment, unfortunately, from a culinary point of view. From a place and a chef like that I would have expected more technical expertise and innovation. That said, the environment together with the service remain very pleasant, and the bread together with the selection of wines deserve applause.
25/04/2025: It was our first dinner experience in a Michelin starred restaurant and I have to say it was really interesting. We liked the combination and cooking of the food and above all the taste. Spaghetti alla guitar with wild garlic...excellent! I never even thought I would eat and appreciate red turnips😊. Even the wines paired well and pleasantly.
