06/08/2025: Sempre eccellente.. antipasto di crudo crudo ed ancora crudo ottimo ed accompagnato da un favoloso wasabi. Pizze gourmet eccellenti, l’omaggio alla regina Margherita ha un pomodoro sontuoso.

24/07/2025: Personale sempre cortese ed attento, ci hanno trovato un tavolo in pochi minuti, purtroppo rispetto agli anni precedenti dove trovavo una giusta qualità con dei prezzi onesti, riscontro un aumento di prezzi ma una diminuzione della qualità almeno nel reparto ristorante.

01/06/2025: *Ristorante Corallo, Lignano Sabbiadoro: the worst* My experience at Ristorante Corallo in Lignano Sabbiadoro was a real catastrophe! My family and I ordered a "4 stagioni" pizza and we got a "Fai da te" pizza! When I pointed out the mistake to the waiter, he responded with a sarcastic and rude tone, saying "Yes, that's how it is here". But the worst came when we ordered the house wine, which was served mixed with water! It seemed like it had been left open for 3 days, it was like a spray! What a shame! The service was terrible, the staff seemed to be composed of rude people with no desire to help customers. The response to our complaints was just a series of frowns and dirty looks. *Rating:* -5/5 stars *Advice:* Absolutely avoid eating at this restaurant! The rudeness of the staff, the lack of professionalism and the quality of the food and drinks are unacceptable. I strongly advise against this place to anyone! Go somewhere else!

22/07/2025: The food is good but I would avoid the calamarata with Gragnano pasta because it is not that good. I saw a lot of cream which does not suit the dish. Disappointed by expectations while I found the fried calamari excellent.

21/07/2025: A restaurant with a good location and a beautiful view of the mountains. The dishes we ordered were good, but the service (although friendly) and wait times could be improved: there was a sense of confusion in the dining room management and the very long waiting times for the dishes. I was disappointed that the waitress was unable to explain the dish when asked for clarification.
