06/04/2026: A very positive experience. We ate really, really well. The food was excellent, and the service was also very fast, despite the large crowd at the restaurant. I recommend booking because they're always full, precisely because the food is so good.
23/03/2026: Excellent seafood restaurant in Muggia, at the entrance to the historic center. I highly recommend making a reservation and parking in the underground car park, where a convenient elevator takes you up to the town.
Excellent, well-prepared, and very tasty seafood dishes, with friendly staff.

07/01/2026: A well-kept, if not exceptional, location, knowledgeable staff, and good food, BUT:
1. A complete lack of a menu (even when explicitly requested), therefore no prices or allergens (which is also completely non-compliant).
2. An exorbitant bill: €104 for two verbally agreed-upon starters (one of which was requested without tomato sauce, although it was included) and a glass of wine.
The bill wouldn't have been a problem if there had been a menu.
It's a shame, because all the menu items are there for a quality restaurant, but it suffers from a lack of real skill in service and adherence to the rules.

19/04/2026: We returned to this pizzeria (2 adults and 5 children) after having been there on other occasions. Unfortunately, this time the experience was truly awful, almost surreal.
The pizzas were so-so, nothing special, the pork shank was inedible (dry and stringy), and the steak was a decidedly negative experience, the smell alone was embarrassing. The gnocchi with goulash also left a lot to be desired.
I'm sorry to leave a negative review, but I think this kind of behavior is implicitly inviting me to express my discomfort and dissatisfaction with what happened.
TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT, THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO IT
17/04/2026: The place is very nice, but parking is difficult because the pizzeria doesn't have one. The pizzas are decent, but the bill is really high. Overall, an experience not to be repeated.

All seafood - generous portions but above all, flavorful, which we thoroughly enjoyed.
Excellent service and friendliness.
Spent just the right amount.

Seafood buffet, risotto as a first course, bluefin tuna and mashed potatoes, panna cotta and dried fruit as a second course, wine and water included.
The salmon was fabulous; we didn't like the tuna because it was too seasoned. Service was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable.

07/05/2026: Fish restaurant with a lovely terrace overlooking Trieste. Reservations are recommended. The service isn't the fastest, but very friendly; expect a bit of a wait, but hey, you're on vacation, so what?
We're not big fish and seafood eaters, but the antipasti misti, fritto misto, and spaghetti vongole were excellent, and the house wine was superb.
It was lovely.
01/05/2026: The terrace is right on the sea, and the staff is courteous and friendly. The menu features a varied selection of fresh seafood, prepared in an original way. Highly recommended.

11/04/2026: Pasta with tuna tartare, handmade butter, chili pepper, and garlic that tasted of nothing, just butter; cacio e pepe pasta with shrimp tartare that tasted only of pecorino cheese; shrimp "skewers" that were just a skewer for €16, nothing special.
Long wait times.
Bullshit wine on the menu that they don't have.
But the worst thing is that they're on the restaurant voucher list and then they don't accept meal vouchers! I completely discourage them!
05/04/2026: In the heart of Trieste. Warm welcome in an elegant and tranquil setting. Excellent and competent service. We started with the fantastic linguine cacio e pepe, with raw red shrimp. This was followed by a tasty grilled parago and baked new potatoes. Wines by the glass: Vitovska, Malvasia Friulana, and Friulano. A fine selection of Friulian and Julian wines is also available. Outdoor seating is available. We'll be back.
