25/01/2026: Unfortunately, I expected a lot, but... The appetizer was very good, but you can't call a dish you practically serve with a spoon a risotto. Plus, it was very salty, almost edible. The desserts were nothing special. The most unpleasant thing about the menu is the lack of an allergen list; in 2026, that's unthinkable.

18/02/2026: What we liked most was the service; the two ladies were very friendly and kind. The food was average, but the portions were small.

10/01/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the two ladies in the dining room were kind. We chose eel risotto, which was good, although I was a bit disappointed. Knowing pasta with eel sauce is a good choice, I expected a different flavor. Then the grilled eel was good, although perhaps a little too dry. Prices were reasonable.

14/02/2026: We're still seated, but I can't wait to write the review. It's an exceptional place with super-friendly, polite, and qualified staff. The tagliatelle with zucchini and speck are superb, not to mention the cappelletti in broth. We ordered the mixed grill, and I assure you, it's phenomenal. Overall rating? It's a Michelin-star restaurant.

21/12/2025: Nice place, nothing exceptional about the food. Otherwise, a huge disappointment. In a simple sentence: Unfair. The menu has normal prices, then they offer you off-menu items (the prices of which you don't know), but what do you expect to be in line with the rest? Then the bill shows 23 euros for an appetizer: ONE... and I mean ONE... octopus tentacles cut into three pieces... as if it were a Michelin-starred restaurant. Huge disappointment.

09/12/2025: The staff was active, well-organized, attentive, and kind. The food was excellent, the atmosphere very pleasant, the only flaw being that the tables were so close together that you could barely move.

13/03/2026: A quick visit to Ferrara and we stopped to eat here. Impeccable service, delicious food! Maybe a bit of a wait considering we were full, and at 1 pm, that's normal. We'll definitely be back!

The rating obviously remains the same, but I'd like to say a few words about this restaurant, which I've truly seen grow exponentially over the years. The cuisine is always surprising, with dishes featuring seemingly "odd" pairings that are truly perfectly balanced. The staff is friendly and very professional, with a special mention for the sommelier, whom I'd call an encyclopedia of wine and more, as he accompanied us through a Japanese-inspired menu with a wide range of beverages, from wine and sake to a cocktail and tea, all expertly paired with the various dishes. This restaurant is always an experience.

14/03/2026: Osteria del Marinaio – Quality and Freshness in Portogaribaldi Excellent value! We @maritoemoglieinviaggio stopped by for lunch during the week and were truly satisfied. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and quick with their service, which always makes a difference. We tried the fried anchovies with polenta—crispy and flavorful—the grilled sardines, always well-executed, and the Garganelli pasta with sole for our first course. The dish was good, although we found the cream in the sauce a bit questionable—a drier sauce would better enhance the delicate flavor of the sole. But it's just a matter of taste! An authentic, no-frills place where you can eat real fish at fair prices. We'll definitely be back before we head back to Southeast Asia—it's the kind of place you miss when you're on the other side of the world!

08/03/2026: We had a mixed fried fish for two, and it was truly delicious. It was made to order. They don't have a counter, but the fryer is always ready. It was crispy and flavorful, and truly delicious. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful; they even offered us a portion of fries. We stopped in during a motorcycle ride, and we'll definitely do it again!

23/02/2026: We were in the area for work, and even though I've driven past it a thousand times, I've never noticed it! We went there based on the reviews, and they didn't disappoint! I'll emphasize that the owners are top-notch, very good, and very friendly... and let's not even talk about the fried food...! My only regret is that I didn't discover it sooner! Thank you so much, guys, you're the best!

02/11/2025: In the area, among the best dining options A must-visit for quality and value; it's a self-service restaurant; you order and sit at a table while you wait for the food to be prepared. Mussels Taranto-style, served in a pot, are delicious. The mixed fried fish is top-notch, and the first courses are also good.
