03/07/2025: Dinner with friends, a place recommended by acquaintances, a mainly fish-based menu, I enjoyed the stuffed zucchini flower appetizer and the octopus with potatoes. Out of the way but with excellent cuisine and good service

15/06/2025: Very chic and well-kept restaurant for being in the Portuensi countryside, excellent for making a good impression on customers and relatives. Extraordinary and very extensive menu, there is something for all tastes in terms of fish and there are not the usual three seafood dishes that you see around. Note of merit for raw fish, desserts and wines! I recommend the raw fish, the gratin appetizer, the roast octopus on potato and risotto with shrimp, burrata and lime.

20/06/2025: Spaghetti allo scoglio totally tasteless catapulted to the table after five minutes from ordering. The fried fish passable. Coffee not classifiable. Strongly not recommended, at least for what we had. Big disappointment

16/06/2025: In my opinion the spagnettone allo scoglio is not the main dish, just mussels and clams in practice and not very well cared for. Other fish dishes are good! Fair price.

17/06/2025: 4 July 2024 The first time, we stopped by accident. The second, for the good food, the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. A sunny environment, with frank and sincere staff.

03/06/2025: After celebrating my birthday at this restaurant, I asked for the remaining piece of cake to be kept in the fridge, with the understanding that I would return to pick it up two days later. When I returned, I was told lightly that the cake had been eaten by the waiters. I was very disappointed. It was a simple gesture of courtesy that I expected to be respected, and instead it ruined a beautiful memory. Too bad, because overall the restaurant is not bad.

10/06/2025: Very nice restaurant but one small drawback. I went here for pizza, because the waitress didn't even give us the menu of the day, she gave us the à la carte menu directly. So I can only rate the pizza, which was excellent. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the menu of the day; it must have been excellent, because everyone around us had this menu, but not us. 🤷

22/06/2025: It's a nice location, you have to cross a bridge to get to it which is rather fun. I had the pumpkin ravioli which was tasty. The staff were friendly and attentive. If you are in town, I would recommend it!

06/06/2025: Pleasant and the food is good. It is located on the edge of a canal, near the Ponte di Borgo, in the historic center (to enter, you have to cross a small bridge...). It has internal tables (on the 2 floors) and external tables (on the canal edge) and mainly offers local cuisine dishes (very well executed..). I found the marinated mix very good (amazing eel...). The staff is courteous and friendly and the prices are fair.

01/07/2025: We chose this place from the Michelin guide website. Once we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the owner. The place is very clean, minimal, really well-kept. Unfortunately, the food didn't excite us that much. As an appetizer we had fried gnocchi with ham, accompanied by cheese and pickled onions. To tell the truth, the amount of cheese and onions did not correspond to the number of gnocchi and slices of ham: we practically had to eat some gnocchi without cheese because there wasn't enough. The ravioli stuffed with carbonara and asparagus, in our opinion, didn't pair very well and didn't convince us. Instead, we liked the spaghetti with ragù. The desserts were average. There isn't a wide selection of wines, so don't expect rosé or particular labels. The bill is in line with the service, but not entirely with the quality of the food.

09/07/2025: Unfortunately, it used to be one of my favorite places, but this time... Fritto misto without bones, calamari, 2 shrimp, 4 slices of zucchini 🙃 Music at a deafening and incomprehensible volume The person sitting next to me at the outdoor table was bothered by the smoke What a shame!

03/05/2025: Stile ed eleganza si uniscono a spiccate professionalità e passione nel creare pietanze sempre squisite e nel garantire un servizio impeccabile ed attento, offrendo sempre piatti di estrema qualità e bontà. Siamo ritornati a cena in tre questa volta e abbiamo sperimentato la degustazione di "ispirazioni" da 10 portate. Tutte quante davvero eccellenti e l'effetto sorpresa dello chef ci stupisce come ogni volta. Rimane in assoluto uno dei ristoranti migliori di Ferrara. Elisa e Stefano

03/06/2025: Bad experience at this pizzeria, the person who took the order was very rude without even apologizing for the pizza that arrived when everyone had finished eating. Service is very important, I think that certain people should not be in contact with the public.

02/06/2025: Siamo stati a cena sabato 31 maggio e sono passato nel tardo pomeriggio per capire se avessero trasmesso la finale di Champion dell’Inter. Faccio questo preambolo perché non mi era mai capitato che il Propietario si facesse in quattro per risintonizzare il Tv su tv8 e permettermi di vedere la partita ( …. Poi sappiamo come è finita….) Quindi menzione speciale per la gentilezza nell’organizzare la mia cena. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente con un plauso particolare alla frittura di pesce. Delicata preparata a regola d’arte leggerissima ed abbondante. Locale che consiglio vivamente per la grande professionalità del Propietario , CONSIGLIATISSIMO !!!

30/05/2025: Excellent value for money. We ate spaghetti with clams, fried fish, and a mixed roast, all fresh and very good. Next time we will return for an overnight stay. The owner Massimo is a helpful and kind person. We highly recommend it.
