04/06/2025: My husband and I just spent the weekend at the Helvetia Hotel in Porretta Terme (31/05-01/06). The hotel is well-kept and elegant, as are the rooms, large and with attention to detail. Excellent cleaning. Friendly and helpful staff. The icing on the cake is the beautiful SPA, created from caves in an air raid shelter; a very suggestive environment, with soft lighting and background music, which makes everything romantic and relaxing.... open until 11:00 pm... the kit is available in the room, with: bathrobe, towel, slippers and cap. I can't wait to go back.... I RECOMMEND IT....

23/07/2025: A pleasant place perfect for an evening with friends or family. The pizzas are excellent, and the first and second courses are equally good. The staff is friendly and courteous. In the summer, you can dine outside.

12/07/2025: A good experience, though some dishes could be improved (the speed of service doesn't match the cooking time, for example; the pasta is very flavorful, too many closed clams, and the dessert (cheesecake) isn't the best, just to name a few things that could be improved). Overall, however, the experience is good. Good fried food, good couscous. Prompt service. Nice wine list.

09/07/2025: In questo locale siamo stati accolti da personale gentilissimo e abbiamo mangiato davvero bene. Abbiamo preso tagliatelle al ragù e ottimi tortelloni. Ci sono stati offerti anche biscottini e limoncello.

04/07/2025: Excellent pizza in my opinion among the best in the area, in terms of the quality of the products used and the type of dough, it far surpasses many other highly advertised pizzerias. The only two small flaws, if we really want to talk about perfection, are the too much sauce and the fact that the pizza should be cooked that little bit more, but just a little... For the rest, I repeat, excellent quality product! The staff is very kind and uniquely courteous, it feels like being at home. Well done!

22/06/2025: On the advice of a friend we went to this place. Excellent pizza, top quality products and a wide selection of beers. The only downside is that the environment is very noisy. However, I highly recommend trying this pizzeria

03/07/2025: One of the best pizza restaurants I’ve ever been to and one of the best in Belgona. The atmosphere was great and clean, no bugs wandering around the hygiene is amazing and the people that work there are extremely kind. I would definitely revisit if I could 👍

28/06/2025: I had a great time, the staff was kind and attentive. Affordable prices for everyone, the pizza dough was delicious, soft and the pizzas were stuffed. I recommend going there. 🫶🏻 The area is quiet, so you can easily have a chat because you are not "invaded" by the noise.

28/06/2025: Was a disaster.Mu wife is vegeterian and I told this very important issue to the waiter before ordering the meals and that is why we ordered taglietelle wit tomato sauce instead of with ragu.After dinner we went to our room at savoia hotel regency.At 3 p,m my wife woke up with an unbearable abdominal pain snd diarrhea.She was almost dyimg.Sünce I am a doctor,I tried to do my best.The symptoms continued at least 2 hours.This is unacceptable for a restaurant like Garganelli..What a horrible night

28/06/2025: We ordered two pizzas for delivery. The service over the phone was perfect. The delivery man's terrible food made us go to pick them up in a very bad mood. The most notable thing, in my opinion, was the quality of the food. It was our first time eating pizza in Italy, and it was inedible. Anyway, I hope you improve.
