13/08/2025: A good pub where the food is only occasional. From that perspective, it's quite good. The service is unprofessional. The atmosphere is nice.

09/08/2025: Showed up at noon to plenty of empty seats and was still turned away. The middle-aged hostess was shockingly rude and condescending, barely even looked at me while speaking. I left feeling insulted and unwelcome. Don’t waste your time coming all the way out here — it’s not close to anything and parking is difficult.

07/08/2025: Caution! The cash register is broken, so it's cash only. I exchanged cash nearby... I found this place on YouTube. It's about an 8-minute walk from the station. The pasta is firm, al dente. A liter of white wine is perfect for quenching my thirst. I ordered octopus carpaccio, pasta, and seafood frites. I arrived around 12:30, and it was quieter than I expected. It's not amazing, but it's a delicious restaurant.

17/08/2025: Seafood restaurant located right on the shore of Lake Fusaro, overlooking the lake. The location is very quiet and connected to a bike path that almost completely surrounds the lake. The restaurant consists of a large indoor dining room and an outdoor terrace overlooking the lake. The dishes are excellent, and the staff takes great care in the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant. The prices are average, especially considering the generous portions. After lunch, I left the table feeling like I was about to burst 😂. I recommend it for a family or couple lunch or dinner. They also offer aperitifs.

17/08/2025: Excellent location and cuisine. The restaurant is very close to Lake Fusaro and has an outdoor terrace overlooking the lake. It's a haven of peace and tranquility. The staff is very friendly and attentive to their guests' needs. The portions are generous and the cuisine is excellent, made with fresh ingredients. I recommend this place for lunch, dinner, and even an aperitif.

28/07/2025: This was our favorite restaurant in the region. Beautiful view and service with delicious food. The dessert cart is one to remember and they even have zuppe englese.

17/07/2025: We were recommended by the hosts of La Villetta Manu and we came twice during our stay on the Amalfi Coast. Quality food and cuisine. Very attentive service, which is rare these days. Sea view from the restaurant and sunset as a bonus for dinner. Perfect parking. A very good, renowned establishment. We had a wonderful time.

21/08/2025: Unfortunately, Il Buco does not live up to its Michelin star. The food seems passionless. We opted for the “I trust you” menu because we wanted to see what creative dishes the chef would come up with. Instead, we just got random dishes from the menu. Nothing about the choices was inventive and we honestly would have saved money if we ordered those dishes directly. The initial appetizers were very bland — and so while we were initially interested in the wine pairing, we switched to just ordering a bottle since we didn’t feel like the pairing would live up to our standards. It also felt unorganized - we had about 3-4 different servers all at once. Above all, it was a fine meal. But it doesn’t deserve the amount of money we paid. I wouldn’t go back.

20/08/2025: Il Buco benefits from a nice location, and the initial impression created by the first dining room adds a distinctive and charming touch to the restaurant’s atmosphere. However, we were seated in a back room, which unfortunately lacked the same refinement and ambiance, making it feel more like an ordinary restaurant rather than a Michelin-starred establishment. Service timing was uneven. The amuse-bouche was brought out immediately as we sat down, which felt rushed, while the starters followed only after a 20-minute wait. The food itself was acceptable, but it didn’t meet the high expectations one typically has for a Michelin-starred experience—flavors and presentation were fine, but not remarkable. The staff were friendly and polite throughout the evening, which we appreciated. However, the overall service fell short of Michelin standards. Several small but important details were missing: dishes were occasionally served without explanation, no one asked about our wine preferences, and there was a lack of attentiveness in areas like cleaning the table properly between courses. Another distraction was the sound of the dishwasher during our meal, as staff began cleaning up for the evening. This detracted from the atmosphere and made the dining experience feel rushed and unfinished. In summary, while Il Buco offers a pleasant setting and friendly staff, the overall experience did not live up to Michelin-star expectations. Key elements in service, timing, and attention to detail were lacking, leaving us with a sense of disappointment.

04/07/2025: Splendida serata sul piccolo, ma accogliente, terrazzino nel pieno delle bellezze di Napoli. Personale cordiale, affabile, ma nello stesso tempo di altissima professionalità. Servizio ed atmosfera perfetti. Marcello, il proprietario, come se lo si conoscesse da sempre. Viviana, la chef, attentissima alle esigenze di ogni cliente, nel parlare dimostra tutto l' amore e passione con cui affronta il suo lavoro. Prepara piatti nei quali esalta i sapori di prodotti di altissima qualità. Esperienza molto positiva e che mi sento vivamente di consigliare.

28/08/2025: The space was spacious and airy, the atmosphere was upscale, and the pizza was delicious. However, even though I deliberately visited during an off-peak time, the staff was rather indifferent. The food prices were generally 2-10 euros higher than other restaurants. When I paid, they asked if I wanted to tip, but it wasn't worth it. I experienced the incredible magic of receiving 12 euros for a margherita, 15 euros for a tasso pizza, and 38 euros for a bottle of water. They didn't even give me a detailed bill.

14/07/2025: Wandering around here on Google Maps, I noticed this osteria thanks to its reviews, and I took a chance: I was right. We were pleasantly surprised. The place is cute and welcoming, and the staff is truly kind and helpful. The waiter was very thoughtful in advising us not to order a second course, given the appetizer and first course, and indeed, with these two portions, we were satisfied. The bruschetta and bruschettas are a bit salty, but overall, it's highly recommended, especially the house appetizer and the seafood scialatielli!

31/07/2025: Excellent experience, we were welcomed into the restaurant by kind and knowledgeable staff, very generous and high-quality mixed appetizers, excellent first and second courses, delicious desserts, excellent service, I highly recommend this place because they offer excellent fish at a fair price for the location, it will be a must-stop when we pass through Bacoli again, the only sore point is the parking, but there is private parking available a few meters away.

04/08/2025: Perhaps our favorite restaurant on our trip to Naples. We really enjoyed "Candele alla Genovese." It had a pure, local Neapolitan atmosphere, including its little Maradona altar, and was located very close to Garibaldi station.

30/08/2025: We're staying at the hotel next door, so we decided to stop by for lunch one day, and it was a great choice. Quality food, a fair price for Sorrento, and the staff was fantastic. We paid €58 for two people, including lunch and two 66cl Peroni bottles.

29/08/2025: This restaurant was recommended by our transfer driver and it did not disappoint.We ended up going 2 nights in a row for dinner. We had the chicken pollo, cannelloni, ravioli and spaghetti vongole (clams) and the affogato. We are thinking of coming back again and trying the pizza next. Very taste traditional food and lovely waitstaff.
