Friendly staff and convenient location for those who want to visit Naples, about 4/5 km from the Frullone parking lot with adjacent metro stop for the city center and all the places of interest. Convenient free private parking in the structure.

14/08/2025: A delightful restaurant in an enchanting location. Mimmo and his staff know how to take care of their guests, ensuring they have a unique experience. The menu features masterfully prepared Ischian specialties. What can I say? If you're visiting Ischia, this gem is a must-see.

14/07/2025: La location è ottima, splendida corte interna. I prezzi sono alti (soprattutto le bibite: acqua 4 euro), ma in realtà abbastanza in linea con la media di Pompei dove si tende a esagerare. Pizze ottime, e anche i fiori di zucca. Di certo il luogo e il cibo sono complessivamente superiori alla media degli altri ristoranti.

25/06/2025: Después de recorrer las ruinas de Pompeya paramos aquí para comer algo en nuestro camino de regreso a la ciudad. El anfitrión muy agradable nos encontró una mesa con aire acondicionado ya que hacía calor! O el camarero también recomendó un poco de jugo de naranja recién exprimido que era excelente! Las pizzas eran muy buenas también!

22/08/2025: The building is dated but well-kept and clean. The rooms are comfortable, although those with a sea view are brighter. The hotel offers free parking and a shuttle service to Sorrento, a town that unfortunately doesn't offer free parking to tourists, but rather pays for €2 per hour. The staff is friendly, and the hotel offers beautiful views. There's a bar, and the breakfast is plentiful and varied. I highly recommend it, especially considering the reasonable price for the area and the high season.

14/04/2025: Il ristorante gourmet del Grand Hotel Angiolieri si dimostra, come sempre, yno degli indirizzi Michelin più interessanti della costiera sorrentina. tre i menù: botanica (che è per vegetariani), anima (carne e pesce), signature (i piatti migliori del nuovo corso).

30/06/2025: Typical Italian seedy bar. No hello upon entering, no goodbye upon leaving. I have to get my beer from a fridge at the entrance. I pay and open it with my key fob because the bartender wasn't even moving. Avoid if possible. Edit to answer: I don't know the hours of each business. I went in because it was open, and it looked like a normal bar, with a bartender at the bar and everything. I asked if I could have a beer, please, in Italian, and the bartender, after looking at me with disdain, raised an eyebrow, pointing to a fridge. "What would you do? I'd get a beer." And after waiting a while, I asked him to open it for me. With a minimum of politeness and courtesy, nothing would have happened. But it's obvious I'm a foreigner. I'M MORE LOST THAN AN OCTOPUS IN A GARAGE. EDUCATION, PLEASE

17/08/2025: We went to Pizzeria Bella Napoli in Forio and had a truly delicious meal! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The location on the harbor, with the sunset in the background, created a magical atmosphere. The spaghetti with clams was tasty, albeit a little greasy. Overall, a very pleasant experience that we highly recommend!

14/08/2025: It's a shame about the unfriendly staff; we interacted with a lady who wasn't at all polite. We'd ordered an appetizer for two, a first course, and a second course. During the appetizer, we wanted to cancel the first course, but they wouldn't let us, saying the pasta had already been thrown away without asking the kitchen first. The pasta arrived 25 minutes later. I don't know any type of pasta that cooks in 25 minutes, nor did it arrive overcooked, so they definitely weren't already cooking it. All this just to make €20? The food wasn't bad, but kindness and empathy with the customer should always come first.

30/06/2025: Very delicious food, good service, very friendly owner of a restraunt. Paella was very good, a lot of see food and perfect taste of rise. Tiramisu is very delicious, lovely taste. Highly recommended place!

26/07/2025: We were welcomed by the waitress (forgot to ask her name) who seated us, Franco swiftly poured us a glass or complimentary prosecco which is probably the best we have had. The specials were explained which caused greater dilemma to the already delicious sounding menu. The food was fantastic, the service from Franco and the waitress was friendly and personal. Franco is knowledgeable and passionate about both the food and wine, perfectly pairing the wine to the food. Now the food… this exceeded the service, excellent. Good size portions too. The food was very similar in cost to local restaurants which are not even close in quality. Would definitely be our first port of call if we return to Sorrento.

21/07/2025: The night before we went, my girlfriend and I wandered through Sorrento, trying to find somewhere authentic to enjoy Italian cuisine. We walked past Ristorante Museo Caruso, and noticed it was a previous holder of a Michelin Plate award. Knowing that it has to have some quality behind it, we then checked the menu and couldn't believe how low the price was for items on the menu. The next night, we went to give it a try and were blown away! The decor was gorgeous, an homage to the founder's fascination with Enrico Caruso - a famous Opera singer. We were a bit confused as to why it was so quiet inside. We sat down and treated ourself to the 6-course Taster menu at €80 each - about half as much as you would usually pay for such quality. The service was fantastic, as was the food. Kicking ourselves we found it on the last night, as we would have probably gone again to try other things on the menu. A no-brainer for an authentic, delicious Italian dinner in Sorrento.
