05/11/2023: Day visit to Capri, in the middle of a rainstorm, no umbrella. Gave up trying to kill time so arrived at restaurant bit earlier than opening. Staff could not have been more helpful, towels to dry off etc. Finally got settled and food, wine and service all exceptional. In particular, the risotto - best ever anywhere. Would love to revisit and try the dinner service.

03/11/2023: A hidden of the main path of this lovely little town is this place. Does not look like a lot, but is superb. Especially this little beautiful garden patio in the back. Excellent salads, pasta and pizza! Really among the best we had. More than worth it to walk a few more steps!!

31/08/2024: An excellent restaurant on Maronti beach, in Ischia. Very kind and attentive staff. I ate the pasta with mussels, lemon and cacciocavallo... the best I've ever eaten!! The sea salami mosaic starter was also excellent. Thank you!

23/08/2024: We spent a whole day at this beach establishment. Average cost of the umbrella being on the Maronti beach. Unlike other establishments, the umbrellas are well spaced, making it very comfortable to spend the day. The sea water is very clean, even though boats dock. We spent the whole day day, also booking a table on the terrace for dinner, with a fantastic view. Regarding the kitchen: The food is good quality, I appreciate the fact that on the menu they specify which type of fish can be frozen or not; The prices are quite high, but considering the view and the quality offered I would say that you can make an exception to the rule. The only flaw is the staff, too lazy!

16/08/2024: Food: Today being mid-August we wanted to spend the evening in the company of good food. We had everything but except this. The restaurant offered a land menu and a seafood menu. Most of our table had chosen a land menu which included a starter, a first course, a second course, Aqua dessert and wine. The cured meats were cut too double and were very dry. Unfortunately they were not eatable. Things contained in the menu established by the structure did not appear at all. The aubergine parmiggiana was aubergines cooked in oil. Something truly disgusting. Service: I would like to point out that when we arrived the restaurant was still almost empty. It filled up little by little. The young waitress who was responsible for our table was very rude. He chewed gum in his mouth disgustingly. We gave the order and she didn't even know the established menu existed. After that we booked drinks. She brings them! We requested large drink bottles and she brought the small ones. We pointed this out to her, but she arrogantly replied, now the drinks are uncorked and you have to take it. The appetizer arrives and many things are missing. Members of our table did not have the menu and booked second courses a la carte saying that these things had to come out together with the second course on the menu. However, the second courses also arrived together with the starter, but here too the side dish was missing. After the appetizer the staff was unable to clear the table. Given this, we waited more than an hour for something to happen, we left without eating anymore! The food didn't arrive and the waiter didn't really care. When it was time to pay we were the ones who said what to count and what not, because she didn't remember well. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the owner said that something like this could happen. It was a real rip-off!! ATTENTION!

15/08/2024: The festival of incompetence on all levels: Today, on August 15th, we were "guests" of this restaurant. Calling it that really costs me a lot because it was a truly terrible experience for everyone present. Service: When booking the drinks we ask for a bottle of Coca Cola Zero and a bottle of Fanta and this is where the first incompetent person in the person of the waitress begins to identify with herself: After a while she brings us the bottles of drinks and upon our indication that we wanted he replied that he had opened the large bottles by now and therefore we had to take them. After we had had the starter, the waitress in her shirt, in charge of our table, was unable to collect the dishes from our table. Presumptuous, arrogant and incompetent attitude. Food: We booked the Terra menu which consisted of an appetizer with cold cuts cut so double that everyone stopped feeling hungry. Unfortunately for them, after which we waited 60 minutes, we left the place. In these sixty minutes the gang of incompetents have not managed to remove the dishes from the table. The owner: the kingpin responsible for the gang of incompetents at the time of payment, instead of apologizing for the incompetence of his structure, states that an evening like this "can happen". Not recommended and truly a great shame for the restaurateur category.

03/08/2024: Accolti con grande calore da parte di tutto lo staff, soprattutto da Libero che con la sua gentilezza, simpatia e disponibilità ci ha illustrato le prelibatezze del posto. Cena fantastica dall’inizio alla fine (gnocchetti ai frutti di mare eccellenti) ad un prezzo più che onesto. Consigliatissimo!!!!

10/06/2024: The location was very easy to get to from our hotel, so we visited this restaurant twice during our week in the area. The food is very good indeed and good value for money. The pizza is excellent! The atmosphere is a little lacking and could benefit from the decor being improved, however, it is very clean and the staff are efficient. They have a good/wide menu and we really enjoyed both our meals there.

01/09/2024: The hotel is very good. But you need to be physically prepared to get there. We were dropped off by the transfer on the street, the cool guy comes to collect your suitcase and after endless flights of stairs, you arrive in paradise. Wonderful view, good room, well decorated, clean, I had a view of the sea, really wonderful. Good food, good drinks. It has a roof top. But there is no swimming pool. only a jacuzzi on the rooftop. Bring euros in cash to pay the City tax. They do not accept cards for this fee! I was scared.

28/07/2024: We had a wonderful stay during our honeymoon at this hotel. Hotel Conca D' Oro was the highlight of Positano for us. The staff, location and amenities were amazing and if you are looking for a great place to stay, we highly recommend Hotel Conca D' Oro. We are so thankful for the staff that took the time to get to know us and treat us so well, throughout our entire stay. What ana amazing place!

31/08/2024: Storico ristorante di Capri. Non ci venivo da dieci anni. Secondo me la qualità è leggermente calata. Servizio buono. Rapporto qualità prezzo nella media locale. Comunque resta sempre una garanzia. Consigliato

29/08/2024: Personale accogliente ma il menù da rivedere. Spaghetti alle vongole veraci 40 euro a piatto. Le vongole se vengono servite senza guscio sono senza carta di identità quindi il “verace” non corrisponde alla realtà!

04/09/2024: Beautiful trattoria that recommended B&B Emily suits to us, a few minutes from the station and the center of Sorrento (also recommended as a B&B) beautiful location with the sea under your feet, sea view, very kind staff, helpful, excellent service and excellent food, in particular Sorrento style gnocchi and the local fish catch highly recommended for those who want to eat well near the sea and not spend a fortune on lunch or dinner! I'll be back another time before leaving Sorrento 🥰🥰💪💪🙌🙌🥳🥳

16/08/2024: Elegant, fresh, clean place. The food is excellent, 4 of us took 4 different dishes and all ate very well. The staff is prepared, kind and fast. The facade doesn't do it justice, but if you pass by here you absolutely must come and eat there! P.

23/08/2024: Very bad experience, I strongly advise against it! Owner rude and arrogant towards the public, he railed several times during the service, addressing ours and other tables shouting in the middle of the room, a really bad show, especially for the children present. Not quality food, fish sold as freshly caught but clearly farmed, stringy in the mouth. Spaghetti with sea urchins without sea urchins. Eternal waiting time. Truly bad publicity for the island of Ischia.

29/08/2024: Sapri has various structures but this one is worth trying. We ate a seafood starter and two salads, water, wine and a dessert and spent around €60. I must say that the dishes offered are carefully prepared in terms of food, proposal and presentation. The wine list is also good. Sapri's problem is obviously parking. In late summer it was not necessary but booking is advisable. You can eat inside or outside. The proposed offer should be improved, in particular that of meat which recalls noble cuts but given the prices there is no reference to the breeds and quality of the meat. Fairly structured wine list but prices are always out of control as happens in restaurants, more than double the normal market price. Recommended place.

25/08/2024: Excellent product... and well I believe it!!! An appetizer, two first courses, a bottle of wine...€90, GOODBYE... A courtesy... if you write friarielli... we are friarielli.. Spaghetti with clams €20 of course it's not good!!!! And then please, the crust that is crust... not. A slice of bruschetta bread €8 Good but very overpriced!
