07/04/2024: Living nearby, I have never stayed in the hotel but I have often used the takeaway service. Last Friday evening, however, I had dinner with some friends in their restaurant. I started with the idea of ​​having a pizza, my other friend with fish but then we all three ordered meat... Well, in addition to fish, they also know how to cook meat. I had meatballs with sauce, with a side dish of sautéed turnips and baked peppers, accompanied by an excellent house red wine. To finish on a high note: a thousand leaves with salted caramel topping, coffee and gentian. In summary: an excellent dinner with impeccable table service and the kindness of Mr. Domenico, which is always the icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

The service is attentive, the raw materials are extremely fresh, the preparation of the dishes is expert and accurate. The scampi steak with chopped pistachios is excellent, the raw meats seasoned but without excess, the frying is light and tasty. The well-made wine list, with a good availability of regional and Italian wines. In short, a restaurant to keep in mind.

05/04/2024: A dinner on the trabocco where you pay mainly for the location and sitting. Yes, because you have to be ready for a fixed menu (€65 per person) and being at the table for 2 to 3 hours... there was a lot of downtime, probably linked to a kitchen that was too small. The dishes were pleasant, small portions, all served in flat plates placed on a deep plate, therefore very uncomfortable. The overflow, however, is very fascinating!

05/04/2024: Very refined in furnishings and table service. Good and well-finished dishes also in terms of visual aspects, fast and attentive service with kind personnel. Perhaps a bit of the rustic and traditional aspect of the world of trabocchi is missing in the dishes served, such as the second course and the traditional Abruzzo dessert.
