17/05/2024: Unfortunately rely on Google. Walked up especially in the blazing sun. Closed. But it shows up as open on Google. No notice beforehand or on site.

03/04/2024: One of the places I remember very fondly. Laid back, family friendly and great for large groups. Really hope it opens back up as a restaurant. Look out for fireflies on the way up. Any news you can share on when you are re-opening the main restaurant?

06/08/2024: Okay, but nothing special. Affected our more tourist hotspot than anything else. This means that the flair is missing. And not very cheap in terms of price.

02/08/2024: The food tended to be delicious - after all, penne all'arrabbiata is a dish that you can't go wrong with. At first we sat on the bank until a strong wind came up and the curtains spilled our Coke into our food. Just when the food was served and we couldn't taste it yet, this mishap happened. Of course, such incidents can happen, but the waiter only took my husband's dish to replace it, even though my pasta was also soaked in cola. When asked, my plate was removed in an unfriendly manner. Eventually we both received new dishes, but without the wait staff adequately communicating with us. Rather, we had the feeling that we were being dismissed. The 'main waiter' (recognizable by his white shirt) left a particularly condescending impression and was by no means friendly. The other waiters also seemed to be working under enormous time pressure. I would never imagine working there under such circumstances.

01/11/2023: Très bon rapport qualité / prix. Très bonne adresse. Les pennes al arrabiata hummmm. Je conseille vraiment d'y aller.

18/10/2023: Ein schöner Platz direkt am Gardasee, der bei schönem Wetter zum Essen unter Sonnenschirmen einläd. Gute italienische Küche, die so bemessen ist, dass sowohl Vorspeise (geteilt) und Hauptgericht als auch Nachtisch (geteilt) zu schaffen sind. Der Rotwein (Bio und aus der Region) war mit 23 Euro gut und paßte zum Essen.

12/08/2024: Poor and disorganized service. The waiter who served us at the beginning, and correctly recommended a Veronese wine (AlbinoPiona-Custoza), once the order was taken, went to another table. The waiters who came behind made us wait between courses for too long. The pasta was good (Macheroni con ragù e Ravioli con formagio e pomodoro) was good, however. Advice: do not order the Tieamisù made on the spot (frankly dispensable). If you can afford it, cross the sidewalk; They will dine better in the restaurant across the street.

07/08/2024: Very pleasant restaurant in a small, timeless street. We were very well received, the service was top notch! The waiter recommended the wines without ever wanting to sell us the most expensive wine on the menu, we ate very well (the homemade tiramisu is a pure delight, no offense to the purist). In short, a great time.

22/06/2024: Prenotato con THE FORK : alla richiesta dello sconto applicato del 10% invece del 20% il personale ha risposto in modo sgarbato! Dicendo se mi doveva offrire la pizza e che lo sconto è del 20% solo sul cibo… con altri commenti… Un appunto: c’è modo e modo di rispondere e la cortesia non è riscontrabile in tutti. Pizza Napoli molto salata… bottiglia di acqua da 0,75 cl 3,90 euro, coperto 2,50 euro. Lascio giudicare a voi i prezzi (ch ecc mi sembrano salati anche quelli… ma magari mi sbagllio!). Non ci tornerò più e tanto meno lo consiglierei. Acceso ventilatore gigante sopra la testa, poi spengo x fortuna (dopo la mia richiesta).

04/03/2024: I went for a work lunch break last year, this year I went back... despite myself I have to bring it from 5 to 4 stars. I ate the first course very well, but the second course (steak) was almost inedible. A steak primed and full of fat. I hope it was an exceptional case, a mistake. The service was very friendly and sunny. As soon as you enter there is a bar counter on the right, a little further on on the left a large room for dinner, on the left the bathrooms and a small room for lunches (see photo). Work menu €14 first course, second course, mixed side dishes, water, coffee.

25/12/2023: We went here for Christmas lunch and were really satisfied. Excellent food, everything delicious, and super helpful and friendly staff. We will definitely be back!

06/07/2024: Un posticino molto carino con una vista mozzafiato sul lago di Garda dove l accoglienza è davvero di casa...una degustazione di piatti ognuno abbinata a un calice di champagne...entre di benvenuto molto buono il salmerino..antipasto di trota nn male...il risotto buonissimo peccato nn fosse così caldo come dovrebbe. Il branzino buono ma secondo mè la bisque copriva un po il suo sapore....il dessert nn ci è piaciuto molto ...pasticceria mignon si...ritorneremo per provare il menu alla carte...

13/06/2024: Salvo solo la location data da madre natura! Lo stabile è stato ristrutturato 30 anni or sono e si vede! Arredamento pomposo e vecchio all’interno, mentre la terrazzina esterna ha un arredamento altrettanto vecchio con tovaglie gialle e tovaglioli blu damascati pesanti! Piatti risicati ( vedi foto tentacolo polpo) a 18 ! Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo! Nella toilette stile antico c’è un bidone di plastica gigante x la carta! No comment!

10/06/2024: Che dire, la pizzeria nr.1 a Verona, la pasta e’ incantevole e gli ingredienti sempre freschissimi, un menu sintetico ma ben modulato, locale easy, ma non lo guardi tanto perché pensi a gustarti la tua pizza e a godere di ogni morso! Personale attento e veloce, unico neo, ma ci si abitua, chiudono presto….e quando arriva l’ora non puoi far altro che muoverti a finirla!

07/07/2024: Finally a pizza made properly! The pizza is good. It's very filling and you won't finish it unless you're very hungry. Rooms to be modernized. Very kind staff. For pizza you wait a little longer than usual because it takes longer to cook but it's worth it! Fully satisfied!

14/07/2024: A Negrar per motivi di salute, abbiamo cenato 2 sere consecutive. Locale carino, personale simpatico e gentile, cibo buono. Unica pecca solo un cappero, anche se grande nel vitello tonnato, per me che amo I capperi, è poco.

22/07/2024: Conosco questo ristorante e la ‘location’ unica in zona.. pet belleza, silenzio , suggestione….ogni volta e’ una bella conferma.. qualita’ ottima, gentilezza del servizio eccezionale, tutto duperlativo! Conto incluso… x amatori!

13/07/2024: Sehr sehr unfreundlich! Anscheinend nur High Society erwünscht. Wir wurden einige Male vom Tisch verwiesen, weil angeblich reserviert ist. Und wenn man nur was trinken will dann darf man nur ganz abseits sitzen! Als wir zum Kellner sagten, dass es ein sehr unfreundliches Lokal ist, sagte er" ich weiß".

15/05/2024: Super leckeres Essen, super Preise, tolle Bedienung. Wir kommen wieder! Selten durch Zufall so ein tolles Restaurant gefunden und wirklich zu sehen 100% zufrieden gewesen ! Vielen Dank, wir freuen uns auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen!

06/05/2024: Premesso che, aldilà delle offerte, il locale in questione è più un bar all’occorrenza tavola calda che pizzeria, "Alla Vecchia Osteria" offre la possibilità di sedersi in piazza Betteloni, grazie alla presenza di numerosi tavolini all’aperto, dove consumare un rapido spuntino. Venendo all’esperienza personale, valide entrambe le proposte provate in compagnia di mia moglie e mia sorella, anche se la bruschetta gorgonzola e speck (8,00 EUR) non si è rivelata all’altezza della piadina stracchino e rucola (6,00 EUR); corretto il prezzo della birra alla spina (5,00 EUR), alto quello del mezzo litro d’acqua (ben 2,50 EUR). Chiudo con il servizio, non all’altezza di una località turistica come Bardolino, farraginoso nel prendere le comande e lentissimo nell’evaderle. Locale valido per uno spuntino senza pretese.

04/03/2024: BAD RESTAURANT TO AVOID! Two of us went there for 1:30 p.m. As soon as we were seated, an already quite elderly waiter made us understand by tapping his watch that we had to hurry up and order. For the antipasto (i.e. the starter) we choose salmon for €12, both the same thing. When ordering, this same man speaks Italian to us, sees that we don't understand and doesn't want to try English. We point out to him what we want, sure of ourselves. He sighed several times to make us understand that we were pissing him off for not speaking Italian! Then he asks us to choose a side dish: + €4.50 again! Since when is the accompaniment no longer included with the dish? We refuse, he makes a face and half growls. A cooked salmon comes to us, it seems strange to us. Note: 15€ instead of 12€. We suppose he looked at the menu wrongly and thought we wanted the salmon they offered as a hot dish. So our only meal since he had directly collected the menu: two pieces of salmon. NOTHING ELSE ! Disappointed, we didn’t want to pay them two desserts in addition. The very unpleasant staff stared at us meanly (always that old man) and kicked us out, shoving the bill under our noses when they saw that we were hanging around slightly (it was barely 3 p.m.). We hadn't even finished our glasses of wine even though we had still bought them a bottle. When pointing out the mistake in the dish to this gentleman, he was very irritated and rude, spoke to us very badly, not at all professional, we were annoying him, that's all. He made the salmon for 12€ so I didn't even tell him that they had counted the service twice, I saw that we couldn't get more. In short, although the salmon was good, it was a complete scam and they were super unpleasant, I RECOMMEND AGAINST. You will always find better!

01/01/2024: Excellent place ... We went with my girlfriend on New Year's Eve ... Enchanting atmosphere with a view of the Castle ... Well-plated and truly delicious food, the prosecco drunk during the evening was also excellent ... Waiters attentive to your needs of the customer who provided an excellent service during dinner ... We had to wait a little due to a malfunction of the ordering tablet but it was really worth it ... Excellent discovery ... Definitely worth trying ... Recommended !!!
