Excellent lunch, very fair price, amazing asparagus risotto, very tender braised meat, very very good millefeuille, kind and extremely helpful staff just a bit of a wait between the appetizer and the first course..... 10/05/2026: I'm editing in response to the owner's embarrassing and imaginative response to my review (I'm reposting it a second time): One of the few worst experiences of my life. I'm used to going to restaurants often, and I've been to this one several times when it had a restaurant-like closing time, but this restaurant seems to have changed, and it's truly a disgrace in every sense of the word. Absurd closing time (10:30 PM). We arrived at the restaurant at 9:00 PM. They put us in a dark, smelly, and cramped corner. I went to the bathroom, and it was really tiny and dirty (an awkward little square where it's hard to move). We ordered, the wine arrived, and at 9:30 PM the appetizer arrived. At 10:20 PM, the Florentine steak we ordered arrived. We hadn't finished eating yet, and the waiters kept coming to the table asking for our dishes at 10:40 PM. The first time we said we were still eating, and the second time they took the dishes away because there was still meat at 10:50 PM. Then we were drinking wine, and the lady came over at 11 PM sharp to tell us we had to leave. I should point out that the lady, the owner's wife, came to ask us to leave. We spent a total of €165 (to eat in a totally quiet place that turned out to be a real nightmare, and to collect the money, they came to our table with a card machine while we were eating). WE ORDERED THE SECOND BOTTLE OF WINE AT 10:50 PM AND THEY DIDN'T TELL US THEY HAD TO CLOSE, SO WE HAD TO DRINK THE CONTENTS OF THE BOTTLE IN ONE gulp, WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD US THEY WAS INTENDING TO CLOSE RIGHT AWAY, BUT THEY MADE US BUY A 33-EURO BOTTLE EVEN THOUGH THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE ABOUT TO DO. (If someone spends 165 euros on food, they probably don't have any money issues and they certainly don't want to eat in a place with all this hassle, let alone ask you for a discount when you didn't even give them time to eat.) Side dishes, dessert, coffee, and liqueur? Who did you offer them to? Because we weren't even given side dishes, much less a bottle of water that should have been included in the price we paid, because the water and the side of potatoes were taken away quickly. Let alone dessert, coffee, and liqueur (never seen them before), and it's embarrassing that you write that they served them because it's absolutely not true. Literally a SCAM because I paid for food that was stolen from me. Then, instead of apologizing, they continue on their way. Rude, arrogant, and overbearing. Shameless and shameless. A real nightmare because if I have to spend that much, I certainly won't go to a place where I just go and stuff myself in a hurry. Oh my God, what an INCONVENIENCE, A VERY BAD experience. Not to be repeated. The owners are terrible. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. For a quick meal, it might be okay, but in a place like this, with this kind of treatment/behavior, it's fine to spend 10-20 euros per person, not 165 euros! HORRIBLE. AN ABSOLUTELY UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED. AWFUL SERVICE AND REPREHENSIBLE, PLEASANT BEHAVIOR. The even more absurd thing was that they called the lawyer (we train here) three times just to get us to delete the review. If you can't take criticism, then close your doors. I paid €165, not the lawyer, so there's no point in calling her to put pressure on us. You really are a real shame.

04/06/2026: I have to revise my old review, where I was harsh and left only a few stars due to some disappointment with the pizza dough and the quality of the meat... it's nice to reevaluate places over time and see how they're committed to improving. The pizza is back to excellent quality, and above all, I LOVE the gnocchi alla sorrentina made in the wood-fired oven!

12/06/2026: The food was very good (we tried more than just the pizza). The prices were reasonable. A big plus for families with children is the large playground with a playing field, an inflatable slide, and various rides.

12/06/2026: Highly recommended! I've rarely eaten such good "Fritto Misto." The house wine is also drinkable, the service is attentive, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I got a table without a reservation, but it's safer to book in advance.

03/05/2026: Such a fantastic place! A quiet corner in Venice with a truly relaxing and authentic atmosphere, perfect if you want to escape the busy streets and enjoy a proper meal. The service was excellent — very polite, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling intrusive. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The seafood pasta was outstanding — fresh, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, especially the seafood, which was beautifully prepared and well balanced with the pasta. A great spot for anyone who appreciates good food, good service, and a calm setting. Definitely a 5⭐ experience and a place I would happily return to!

19/05/2026: Into our 3rd week touring Italy and tried this restaurant. And oh my, we experienced the best authentic pizza thus far. My wife and I ordered two types and both were incredible! Flavor, flavor, flavor! We had to take the last piece with us so we could enjoy it again for breakfast. The staff was busy as the place was packed, yet we were accommodated immediately when ordering desert and extra napkins. We ate there again for lunch the next day and enjoyed their grilled fish and homemade pasta (spaghetti ragu). BTW, the house red was silky smooth with a range of bold flavors and very slight walnut like finish. We were surprised that we both wanted to return for lunch, but agreed it was that good! Prices were less than expected, but the value was far beyond what we paid. Worth the visit... or two!

28/06/2026: I returned after a while and had a good, well-topped pizza. The drinks were a sore point: I asked for a bottled beer, but they brought it to me already opened and at room temperature. Instead of replacing it, they brought me ice... no comment. When it came time to pay, I even mentioned it to the cashier, who, apart from a "sorry" and a "I don't know if they have refrigerators," charged me the price as expected. I don't know if I'll ever return to this place.

04/06/2026: The pizzeria, whether it's there or not, has changed management and is no longer an à la carte restaurant/pizzeria, but simply a pizzeria. However, they offer a wide selection of pizzas, and both the pizzas and desserts are delicious. The table service is fast and friendly, with the staff providing the right amount of customer service. Recommended.
