23/08/2024: The service was impudent. The waiters serve the guests very efficiently, but the room manager is very rude to the customers. One person in our group did not receive food and despite several requests we were ignored. At the end we heard "that it's our problem and that it's like that in Italy." Additionally, fees for cutlery despite the high servetto I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

30/08/2024: This is in all our opinion the best meal we had in Garda. The food is amazing and reasonably priced. We were recommended by a local Italian resident as we were growing bored of the so so food along the front. If you are fan of fish you will not be disappointed from mussels to trout to pike - delicious! The pizza dough was authentically made and again our favourite pizza so far. Make sure you visit this hidden gem :) Grazie Casa Lady ❤️

21/08/2024: Ristorante alla fine della strada principale pedonale quindi risulta più tranquillo ma allo stesso stesso non sul lago direttamente . La cosa migliore che posso dire è che in questo ristorante ci sono tanti piatti senza glutine anche per persone celiache come me e sono tutti indicati con un bollino. Del resto servizio un po’ distratto, lento ma gentile.

17/08/2024: Excellent food, there was a small "mixup" with the seating, a misunderstanding but it was immediately resolved in an excellent manner. Beautiful location definitely recommended.

16/08/2024: In theory, an extremely great restaurant. Service ok - but has potential. Salad really needs improvement. You can also cut radishes into small pieces instead of making whole pieces. Completely dry - thanks to balsamic and olive oil there is some “moisture” in the salad. Bread in a bakery bag is also not the way to serve bread in such a location. A bread basket would make a massively better feeling. It's the little things that can quickly satisfy undemanding guests. Wine is great! Toilets, on the other hand, are incredibly bad. Rarely experienced such a disgusting toilet option. Please do something here!

21/08/2024: We returned to this place for dinner about ten days ago because we had enjoyed it in previous years, but this time I can't say the same. In particular, we had the unfortunate idea of ​​having 2 grills, a dish which, according to other reviews, is clearly to be avoided. Overall the meat was of medium quality, nothing exceptional especially compared to the cost (€25) but in one of the dishes, the piece of chicken had a terrible smell not to mention the taste... After placing it on a small plate we informed the staff who brought it back, also noting down our table number and we believed that they would promptly take steps to remedy it in some way (because mistakes happen to those who work, but it is the promptness in resolving the problem that makes the difference), instead, apart from the verbal apologies, they didn't bring us anything to compensate for the part of the dish that wasn't "edible" and they still charged us for the dish at full cost. Sin!

21/08/2024: An environment that I have known for some time, (even if I don't know the owners) I always go there very willingly, the child was happy, pizza in the shape of a mouse and very good, we were definitely satisfied with everything we asked for, meat cooked like good request, (here the knife didn't cut well and I used my son's pizza knife😅) but this is not a problem, nothing prevented me from asking for another one... in all this, the boy who served us promised our son was given a gift if he behaved well, throughout the dinner the child was good, at the end he showed up with some sweets and also let him choose a toy car for himself and one for his younger brother...this is pamper and keep the customer. Very kind and well-prepared staff and service guys. Outside they also have a small playground to entertain the little ones... other than recommended I can't say anything else...

29/10/2024: Tuvimos una cena romántica bajo luces apagadas junto a un canal lleno de góndolas flotando silenciosamente. Una deliciosa comida en Ristorante alla Conchiglia. El servicio era excelente y el entorno al lado de un canal era suntuoso. Compartimos una orden de tomate y albahaca bruschetta y tuvimos grandes porciones de cerveza helada. Un gran comienzo de nuestra comida. Mi marido tenía pasta carbonara (bacon, pecorino, romano y parmesano, huevo). Compartimos una ensalada de cena. Tenía pasta al pesto con tocino. Recomendamos encarecidamente Ristorante alla Conchiglia!

15/11/2024: Just left, had dinner alone. I entered out of curiosity, looking for something simple, and as soon as I entered I realized that fate had reserved something more sublime for me. Girl in the room (sorry I don't know your name!) elegant and welcoming. The paper served by the glass is excellent. The "Terra" tasting menu is delicate and refined, but again compliments to the girl. And to all the Hesperides, both front and back. The library is excellent.

03/12/2024: A passeggio ci siamo avvicinati a questo bel locale in piazza Bra, splendidamente affacciato all'arena di Verona. Accomodatoci all'ombra del sole caldo di questo insolito fine ottobre, abbiamo chiesto una Spremuta d'arancia e un Crodino e poi per sfizio una focaccia al rosmarino. Devo dire che la focaccia è stata veramente una piacevole sorpresa e il servizio di gentilezza eccellente. Conto onesto, bello il posto, buono l'aperitivo. Torneremo sicuramente.

07/12/2024: Welcoming reception. Nice, large, warehouse-like restaurant. The atmosphere of this has clearly been preserved. Nice staff and good price-quality ratio. Extensive menu. Fast operation. We will definitely come back here. 👍
