Rustic, unique, well-maintained location, clean even in the bathroom, which I consider a restaurant's calling card 😊
Friendly staff, fast service even though the restaurant was packed, so much so that we waited until the 2:00 PM lunch hour. Excellent food, generous portions, good house red wine on tap. Just steps from the walls of this beautiful town, very convenient for visiting.
Excellent value for money.
For two, we had a first course, casarecci pasta with house ragù, and cheek braised in Amarone with polenta, both delicious and plentiful. Water, wine, and two coffees, €40 in total.
I HIGHLY recommend it.
11/12/2025: Group dinner with a pre-arranged menu. The appetizer, with giardiniera, prosciutto, and cheeses, was excellent and tasty. A good Pearà.

14/10/2025: I only visited the bistro, not the restaurant! The food and drinks are as high-quality as the prices. The service is stiff and at times arrogant. Regulars obviously get better service. The restaurant thrives on the lake view from high above and its expensive guests.

I was also amazed, as I already said to the owner, by the friendliness, the kindness, the kindness of all the waiters but especially the waiter who looked after us from start to finish.... We ate wonderfully and had a wonderful time. Good food, good wine, and, above all, excellent hospitality.
It's the kind of authentic place that makes you feel at home.
Absolutely recommended! A must-see if you come to Verona!

13/12/2025: I would have really liked to try the dishes of this lovely place, despite the warning from us of the delay, they told us only after having seated us that they could only serve fried dumplings and cold cuts, even though we saw second courses coming out a minute before being seated, what a shame.

21/10/2025: We sat down at this restaurant in the evening. It's in a good location, close to the water. The service was very friendly, and the waiter even gave us a bottle of olive oil at the end. I ordered swordfish and my father ordered trout; both were delicious. The value for money is also absolutely outstanding.
