10/01/2026: We dined here during a short stay in Orvieto and had a wonderful time, feeling right at home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the setting is very familiar. The traditional dishes are excellent, and the entire staff is very friendly. Congratulations!

04/11/2025: We had lunch here on our last day in Orvieto. We had focaccia with prosciutto, stuffed rabbit with a side dish, and pavlova. The food was very good, the place was very nice, and the service was attentive. Everything was great.

17/10/2025: We booked with The Fork. Excellent welcome. An unsolicited entree kicked off the meal. We asked for a carbonara with a pasta substitution, and they accommodated us without further ado. However, I found the carbonara a bit disjointed, although good. But my 10/10 goes to the Argentine Angus steak with soy sauce reduction. A stroke of genius.

13/01/2026: Well, well, well... Offering simple (sometimes too simple!) but well-made cuisine... excellent service and a good wine selection!... fair value for money, immersed in the historic center of Orvieto!... beautiful, beautiful!!!

26/12/2025: Today my girlfriend and I had lunch at this delicious trattoria. We were extremely happy with the courtesy and the excellent food. A wonderful visit to Orvieto, concluded with a delicious lunch.

09/03/2026: Evocative setting, in a cave. Smiling, kind, and attentive staff. Food quality 10+! The cured meats and cheeses as appetizers were delicious. The grilled meat was plentiful. The suckling pig was tender and delicious. Trust me, it's a must-try if you want to eat and feel good ☺️

07/03/2026: This evening I went with my pregnant partner to this unique restaurant, carved into Etruscan caves. The welcome was excellent, the staff were incredibly courteous (everyone was smiling). The dishes were generous and beautifully presented! We had polenta with capocollo and fondue as an appetizer (EXCEPTIONAL), followed by a tasting of cured meats, cheeses, and bruschetta (abundant and made with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors). Then we moved on to umbrichelli pasta with scallop and pistachio (delicious), and wild boar in a sweet and sour sauce with caramelized onion! To finish, a ricotta and cream casserole and a profiteroles to drink: two bottles of water and a bottle of wine came to €80 (a more than reasonable price for the location and the good food). The cleanliness of the place, the attention to detail, and the customer service were all truly perfect! A special thanks to Sandra, the owner, and Luana, the waitress who served us. They were kind, helpful, and courteous! An evening to remember, for sure. Thank you ❤️

30/11/2025: We came back for the second time... The first was a good experience but today failed... If I ask for something without chili pepper because I can't eat it and if I eat it I'll end up in the hospital, the waiter wasn't at all attentive to my problem because he was annoyed if I pointed it out with a huff... Then the hair in the dessert is true, it can happen but even there he was annoyed because it was pointed out, positive that they didn't make me pay for it but didn't even apologize... Disappointed... If they had got up and left it would have been definitely better

23/11/2025: Chanced upon this nice little restaurant, actually there's many seats inside. It's November and the temperature is 6 degrees Celsius so we sate inside. We ordered 3 pastas 1- Umbrichelle Amatricina 13€ 2- Ginocchi 4 Formaggi 13€ 3 Pappardelle Al Raggi ( recommended) 13€ Lamb Chop 18€ 5- 1 local red wine 4€ 6- Mineral water 2€ 7- Coke Zero 4€ 8- 3 pax at 2€ each Very nice cozy Resturant Friendly staff, looks like family owned Food was great. Restroom is clean too

09/01/2026: Delightful accommodation. The hotel is located 15 minutes from the city and has a beautiful view. I stayed there in the winter, and at that time it's not possible to enjoy the outdoor spaces because of the cold and rain, but it must be spectacular in the spring and summer. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very kind. The restaurant is a show in itself and worth it! The wines are delicious!

10/01/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. We ate well. Tagliatelle with black truffle was truly delicious. The Orvieto Chardonnay was excellent. The wild boar with polenta and the mixed boiled meats were equally excellent. The desserts, both the castagnaccio and the ricotta cake, were truly delicious. The price was in line with the quality of the ingredients. Definitely worth trying.

16/12/2025: I was passing through Terni and was looking for a place to have dinner alone. I chose this osteria based on the reviews. I agree with what others have said: a welcoming place, an attentive and friendly host, good food, and a fair price. A place to return to.

24/11/2025: I was here last Saturday. I wasn't familiar with the place, but it was a pleasant discovery. The owner welcomed us with a smile and, even though we hadn't booked, he let us dine (there were three of us). For my first course, I had the caserecce with pumpkin, bacon, and parmesan. Spectacular! For my second course, I had delicious pork ribs with BBQ sauce. I also had dessert: a cinnamon crumble with cream and pears—not bad! What can I say... I recommend anyone passing through Terni to stop here. Very good dishes at fair prices. I'll be back.

23/02/2026: Great experience! We stayed as a couple over Valentine's Day weekend, taking advantage of a Smartbox offer. We found a warm and friendly welcome, and the room was spacious and tidy. The Valentine's Day dinner was delicious (especially the braised beef cheek), and the live music was a pleasant touch, in addition to the handmade decorations in the room. They truly care about detail and their guests, and they exude enthusiasm and creativity in their work! The offer also included a cooking class, which was also very thoughtful and detailed, but above all engaging (and hands-on from the start!). Breakfast was complete and varied, even savory if desired. Overall, a truly wonderful experience, highly recommended!

17/02/2026: My partner and I visited this agriturismo for Sunday lunch, and the food was excellent, with authentic, high-quality dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't the best for enjoying the outdoors, but the place is truly stunning, and you can tell it's even more pleasant in the summer, thanks to the pool and the large, tranquil spaces. We can't wait to return when the weather is nice to fully enjoy everything this place has to offer. Highly recommended! ☀️

09/07/2025: A must-try. This restaurant has been open for about 70 years and has been run by the same family for generations. The hospitality is top-notch, and the food is superbly prepared. When the lady saw we'd really enjoyed the crostini with pâté, she spontaneously brought us another portion. I call this a little treat. I personally had the Italian-style appetizer, made with delicious local ingredients, but the incredibly delicious pappardelle with hare was a cut above, and then the guinea fowl with its cooking juices you could dip your face in. Superb! To top it all off, the homemade desserts were accompanied by coffee and grappa, which she left with the entire bottle. But the incredible thing is the prices. We're talking first courses between €6 and €9 with truly sizable portions, and second courses between €9 and €15—basically, prices stuck in the '80s, with truly high-quality food, believe me. So if you're passing through Narni, pop into Trattoria Tiberina in Taizzano and you won't regret it.

08/02/2026: Carlo is amazing himself. Simple bit most delicious food, warm atmosphere all year round. Its not a tourist trap for sure, it would be a pity to miss this place.

30/01/2026: Exceptional, everything was absolutely exquisite! The use of excellent olive oil was very noticeable in all the dishes, as was the use of high-quality ingredients. The handmade pasta was superb, and the vegetable soup was the best I've ever tasted. I'll definitely be back.

26/11/2025: Excellent venue and service....the price is out of line for the area where the restaurant is located. €49.50 for half an appetizer (4 slices of cold cuts), a small, very fatty steak...and a 1/4 carafe of wine for two and some bread...seems excessive to me.

04/10/2025: Unfortunately, the biggest problem today is the loss of the symbolic value of food. Most restaurants have become commodities, soulless consumer goods, just like the junk food they produce. But today I had the privilege of discovering a place where my emotions were amplified without limits, thanks to the wonderful people who take care of every detail of this wonderful place called IL RISTORO DEL FALCO. The owner, her daughter, a pizza chef, and Grill Master Adriano are geniuses, creators of emotions, a shining light that should certainly be a point of reference for all those who claim to love cooking, especially meat. Respect for tradition, expert use of raw materials, and mastery in combining them. This and much more is "IL RISTORO DEL FALCO", an incredibly welcoming place, full of love, purity, and true feelings that tell the story of Roman and Italian food and wine. Dishes rich in flavor that linger on the palate but, above all, in the soul and heart, filling the voids with intense emotions. Art, craftsmanship, and passion are the tools that live in the hands of Adriano and his sweetheart, and they shine through in every dish. Dishes that fully respect the flavors of the ingredients, which are enhanced by a combination of perfectly balanced elements. Two elements predominate: preparation technique and top-quality ingredients. Technique is a broad and expert demonstration of an Italian chef's knowledge of what the verb "cooking" meat means. This quality standard allows the customer to fully enjoy the flavors with perfectly balanced combinations that make every bite unique. Secondary elements are never placed to overwhelm the main element of the dish but always accompany it, allowing the palate to distinguish the flavors from one another. The staff's expertise will surprise you with every dish. The cellar is perfectly structured and offers a wide selection of world-class labels. A wonderful discovery, a new place to cultivate and a place to visit to enjoy a top-notch food and wine journey. Special mention for the tiramisu....for this dessert, words are beyond words, only emotions. But let's get back to the absolute queen, THE MEAT. It's spectacular and of superior quality. A Blue Rare...perfect. Ristoro del Falco is a temple of absolute taste, a place where you come not to eat but to taste. The attention to detail is obsessive and the service is absolutely precise. 15/03/2026: Bad service... the Italian waitress was always angry and rude. I ordered a mixed grill, which included a bunch of ribs, a sausage, and a thin slice of pancetta (poor pork), for €16. Small portions. I recommend the owners... Go to the IL LAGHETTO restaurant and see what they'll get on a mixed grill! For the same price. It's sad to see that everything comes from EUROSPIN. Not recommended!

15/02/2026: We moved to Terni about two years ago, and our eyes often fell on the sign on one of the busiest streets in the city. But for one reason or another, we'd never eaten here. We decided to go for dinner. Maybe it's because we love eating in trattorias/osterias, where you often find true tradition. Before entering, we noticed they've been here since 1904!!! Wow! The place is welcoming, it feels like home, and the staff reinforces this feeling! 100% friendly and professional! The food is DIVINE! Delicious local specialties, and we apologize, but we had to mop up the bread with the bread! Collescipolana-style gnocchi and Terni-style ciriole were preceded by barbazza and spallatta with pâté crostini! Homemade trifle and tozzetti (they were too authentic to be mass-produced!). Wonderful! Absolutely recommended! We'll definitely be back, maybe bringing more friends! 5/5 with honors!
