04/11/2025: We had lunch here on our last day in Orvieto. We had focaccia with prosciutto, stuffed rabbit with a side dish, and pavlova. The food was very good, the place was very nice, and the service was attentive. Everything was great.

17/10/2025: We booked with The Fork. Excellent welcome. An unsolicited entree kicked off the meal. We asked for a carbonara with a pasta substitution, and they accommodated us without further ado. However, I found the carbonara a bit disjointed, although good. But my 10/10 goes to the Argentine Angus steak with soy sauce reduction. A stroke of genius.

30/11/2025: We ate lunch at this restaurant on a cold, rainy day on a recommendation from a friend. I am vegan and was very happy to see how accommodating they are in offering vegan options. I had a fantastic farro and veggie soup. For dessert I had the vegan, cashew based Panna Cotta. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. I decided to eat lunch there again the following day. I had a mushroom and truffle pasta (which they made vegan with an egg free pasta) and again had that fantastic Panna Cotta. Everything was incredible! They don't advertise the vegan Panna Cotta, but whether you are vegan or just dairy free, the Panna Cotta is a MUST! If you are in Orvietto you must try this little, out of the way restaurant. E' eccellente!

30/11/2025: This was the only place in Italy we ate at twice. Such a quiet, lovely spot. We did dinner and then lunch. The caccio e pepe senza glutine was my favorite meal of the trip. Caprese was so fresh. Wine recommendations were incredible. Loved it here.

10/12/2025: Recommended by friends from Orvieto, we had lunch in this beautiful, welcoming, and relaxing location. The staff were friendly and professional, and the service was fairly quick. But let's get to the point: dishes featuring traditional Umbrian ingredients, such as wild boar and black truffle, and fresh, high-quality cheeses served with local honey. The first course with pistachio and Baffo cream was delicious; the beef fillet with Orvieto black truffle cream was superb. Prices are fairly reasonable: €10-12 for appetizers, €12 for first courses; and €25-28 for high-quality beef fillets. We'll be back with pleasure!

08/12/2025: Beautiful place, all in stone, super patient, helpful, and professional staff, they even follow etiquette in some things, the food is undoubtedly wonderful and the presentation is also beautiful, nothing to complain about, as a tourist I was satisfied and happy, if I have the opportunity again in the future I will return.

09/06/2025: Stopped by for dinner and everything we ate was delicious from the caprese, risotto, beef and ricotta cheesecake! It was a beautiful spot as well. I highly recommend it if you are staying or stopping by Orvieto.

30/11/2025: We went to this place for an evening with colleagues, taking advantage of this special offer they were offering. Good quality Neapolitan pizza, larger-than-usual cuts of roast beef 🤩, and nice, thick, juicy heifer burgers 😋.

24/11/2025: I was here last Saturday. I wasn't familiar with the place, but it was a pleasant discovery. The owner welcomed us with a smile and, even though we hadn't booked, he let us dine (there were three of us). For my first course, I had the caserecce with pumpkin, bacon, and parmesan. Spectacular! For my second course, I had delicious pork ribs with BBQ sauce. I also had dessert: a cinnamon crumble with cream and pears—not bad! What can I say... I recommend anyone passing through Terni to stop here. Very good dishes at fair prices. I'll be back.

We would particularly like to highlight the owner, whose personal, warm manner shapes the entire experience. He takes his time, offers passionate recommendations, explains the background of the dishes and wines, and makes you feel not like a guest, but like a friend. This human touch is what makes the Osteria truly special. As for the cuisine, all that remains to be said is that it is a celebration of Umbrian tradition, given a modern twist, deeply rooted in local ingredients, and prepared with great artisanal care. 09/07/2025: A must-try. This restaurant has been open for about 70 years and has been run by the same family for generations. The hospitality is top-notch, and the food is superbly prepared. When the lady saw we'd really enjoyed the crostini with pâté, she spontaneously brought us another portion. I call this a little treat. I personally had the Italian-style appetizer, made with delicious local ingredients, but the incredibly delicious pappardelle with hare was a cut above, and then the guinea fowl with its cooking juices you could dip your face in. Superb! To top it all off, the homemade desserts were accompanied by coffee and grappa, which she left with the entire bottle. But the incredible thing is the prices. We're talking first courses between €6 and €9 with truly sizable portions, and second courses between €9 and €15—basically, prices stuck in the '80s, with truly high-quality food, believe me. So if you're passing through Narni, pop into Trattoria Tiberina in Taizzano and you won't regret it.

01/11/2025: First time at this restaurant, with its elegant atmosphere and impeccable service. The owner and staff are professional and courteous. Gourmet cuisine, excellent, top-quality freshly made food. More expensive than other restaurants, but well worth it. I'll be back to try other dishes.

04/10/2025: Unfortunately, the biggest problem today is the loss of the symbolic value of food. Most restaurants have become commodities, soulless consumer goods, just like the junk food they produce. But today I had the privilege of discovering a place where my emotions were amplified without limits, thanks to the wonderful people who take care of every detail of this wonderful place called IL RISTORO DEL FALCO. The owner, her daughter, a pizza chef, and Grill Master Adriano are geniuses, creators of emotions, a shining light that should certainly be a point of reference for all those who claim to love cooking, especially meat. Respect for tradition, expert use of raw materials, and mastery in combining them. This and much more is "IL RISTORO DEL FALCO", an incredibly welcoming place, full of love, purity, and true feelings that tell the story of Roman and Italian food and wine. Dishes rich in flavor that linger on the palate but, above all, in the soul and heart, filling the voids with intense emotions. Art, craftsmanship, and passion are the tools that live in the hands of Adriano and his sweetheart, and they shine through in every dish. Dishes that fully respect the flavors of the ingredients, which are enhanced by a combination of perfectly balanced elements. Two elements predominate: preparation technique and top-quality ingredients. Technique is a broad and expert demonstration of an Italian chef's knowledge of what the verb "cooking" meat means. This quality standard allows the customer to fully enjoy the flavors with perfectly balanced combinations that make every bite unique. Secondary elements are never placed to overwhelm the main element of the dish but always accompany it, allowing the palate to distinguish the flavors from one another. The staff's expertise will surprise you with every dish. The cellar is perfectly structured and offers a wide selection of world-class labels. The pairings, expertly recommended by the maître d', prove decisive in enhancing the flavors, which, in the mouth, appear clean and full-bodied, yet delicate and persistent. A wonderful discovery, a new place to cultivate and a place to visit to enjoy a top-notch food and wine journey. Special mention for the tiramisu....for this dessert, words are beyond words, only emotions. But let's get back to the absolute queen, THE MEAT. It's spectacular and of superior quality. A Blue Rare...perfect. Ristoro del Falco is a temple of absolute taste, a place where you come not to eat but to taste. The attention to detail is obsessive and the service is absolutely precise. Friendliness, professionalism, kindness, this is what you will find when you enter this delightful place. A heartfelt thank you for everything, 🩵🙏🏾💙🫂

28/11/2025: The raw meats, including the salsiccia and Chianina beef tartare, were delicious. The Umbricelli also had a nice texture and was delicious. The prices were reasonable and the staff were friendly.

09/12/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday. The reviews had given us HIGH EXPECTATIONS, but the rudeness of the waitress, the owner's unwillingness to accommodate our requests, and the exorbitant prices for drinks made us change our minds. Thanks anyway.

08/12/2025: Nine of us ordered different dishes, both first and second courses, and everything was top-notch. The first courses were well-seasoned, the second courses delicious, and the meat was tender. I found the chicken alla diavola to be incredibly tender. I highly recommend it.
