10/03/2026: A very disappointing experience. The staff (or perhaps the owner) were extremely rude and impolite. It was as if the presence of customers were almost a nuisance rather than the foundation of their work. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant. Unfortunately, the food didn't improve the situation. The pizza had very low-quality ingredients, tasted less fresh, and was completely unappetizing, as were the gnocchi. Overall, a truly negative experience, both in terms of service and food quality. There are much better places to eat and feel welcome.

22/02/2026: Recommended if you're in the area. A single dish will fill you up, and the prices aren't excessive considering the area. Convenient parking.

10/11/2025: Very good to excellent cuisine, a small menu, but top-notch ingredients. For example, we had the champagne risotto with quail egg and truffle – I can recommend it 100%. The apple fritters with cinnamon ice cream and the crème brûlée were also superb.

22/02/2026: One of the few restaurants in Bolzano open on Sundays. Delicious beef tartare and breaded squid.

15/02/2026: I'd never been there before and was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance, the service, and the food. I had the linguine with pesto, burrata, and salted dried tomatoes, which were truly delicious. The only flaw was that the portion wasn't very generous—just right if you also ordered a second course—but after ordering just the first course, you'd be left wanting more.

27/01/2026: We love coming back here. Just for the lasagna alone – it's absolutely divine, simply to die for. The atmosphere is fantastic too. Whether you're sitting outside or inside, it's pure Italy.

06/11/2025: The food was delicious; I loved the dish pictured and was completely satisfied, as was the appetizer (octopus carpaccio). The only flaw is the rushed waiters; as other people have written, it almost seems like they're trying to clear the table as quickly as possible, even when there are only a few people in the restaurant. I'd recommend letting customers breathe a little more (with some limitations, of course). Aside from that, if you're in Riva and don't know where to eat, I highly recommend this restaurant.

05/11/2025: A hotel housed in an industrial building that has been well preserved and renovated. Quiet and clean, with a decent breakfast and excellent value. Plus, the vintage garage.

08/11/2025: I went for dinner yesterday and had a great time. It's an elegant place, but the atmosphere is simple and welcoming, the staff is friendly and competent, the food is delicious, and the price is fair. There were a lot of people in the dining room, but I was able to converse with my three companions. Rating 8+. PS. I'm a postman, and I've had to deliver mail to hotels. I remember the melancholy and despair of the COVID years. The evening is like compensation. I thought about the examples economists give to explain the division of labor: one delivers bills and fines, the other offers happy, convivial evenings... luckily there's money, otherwise it would be difficult to reach an agreement.

07/10/2025: A very positive experience 😊 Very nice and well-kept place, impeccable service. Extremely courteous staff, and the waiter accommodated a request I had that wasn't on the menu. They pay close attention to intolerances, and offer many gluten-free options (suitable for celiacs). Really fair prices, especially considering the quality of the dishes served. My only negative: the gluten-free pizza could have been cooked a little longer; it was a bit pale. (Bonus: still-warm bread and a greeting from the kitchen with a small pumpkin soup) Highly recommended!

15/03/2026: Absolutely fantastic, the food is amazing, you could even fill up on the pizza crust, great service, very attentive, highly recommended even with a small child, I would give it an extra star if I could, we will definitely come back.

30/01/2026: This is where the locals eat. All the dishes we tried were delicious. The spaghetti carbonara tasted like it was made at home. The broth with dumplings was excellent, and the truffle ice cream was delicious.

03/10/2025: We arrived without a reservation, and they found us a table and served us promptly. Very friendly and fast. The view of the valley is beautiful, as the restaurant is located at the edge of the forest, higher up than everything else. The food was good; we had a venison carpaccio appetizer and grilled vegetables (my partner), followed by a Swiss pine risotto and a potato soup. I'd say it was all very good and the price was average.

14/02/2026: If you'd told me that one day I'd see my daughter Selen feast on vegetables without even a hint of diplomatic negotiation, I wouldn't have believed it. Instead, at Pappami, the incredible happened! In this corner of Rovereto, they clearly have some magical power (or maybe it's just that they cook divinely). The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff makes you feel at home, and the quality is evident in every bite. It's the ideal place for those seeking authentic, flavorful cuisine that can conquer even the most demanding palates. Seeing Selen finish her entire plate of vegetables with that smile was the greatest satisfaction of the day. Full marks: we'll definitely be back for the next round of vitamins! Great, Illari! Love it!

09/11/2025: Excellent self-service, so to speak.. with freshly cooked products.. everything is natural.. water always available... the smartest thing is the reuse of the various dishes... the dishes are delicious to eat because they are made as if they were crackers... recommended stop

22/10/2025: We stopped by Ploner for a rest after a hike and were rewarded with a magnificent meal and excellent service—what a gem! The bread basket with colorful homemade baguette was phenomenal, and the tagliatelle with chanterelle mushrooms and venison ragout was the best of our vacation. We thank our hosts and wish them continued success 🍷PS The wine list also leaves nothing to be desired.
