11/02/2025: Da quando hanno cambiato gestione andiamo molto volentieri, piatti molto buoni, ambiente tranquillo e caldo. Ottimo per una cena di coppia e anche per una rimpatriata in compagnia! I piatti che abbiamo provato sono sempre stati di nostro gusto. Ci siamo fatti consigliare anche sul vino. Abbiamo passato un pranzo sereno, molto molto soddisfatti, sicuramente torneremo appena cambierà il menù per provare altri piatti!

14/03/2025: The greeting from the kitchen, raw (sashimi) cod slices and asparagus tips with olive oil, a very good start. The sea bass fillet with prawns and seppia was perfectly fried to perfection, good wine recommendations, friendly service Come again

18/02/2025: Came here twice on my visit to MDC as it was recommended by a friend that lives in town. Both experiences were very good, but was some inconsistency. On the first visit the Alfiero pasta was an 11 out of 10, and second visit it was lacking a little, maybe 8 out of 10. The salumi with gnocco fritto was great. The tagliatelle with cervo ragu was good but I preferred the Alfiero pasta. Had a very good steak on the second visit. Potate al forno were incredible. Absolutely worth a visit.

12/04/2025: Today was the first but definitely not the last time I ate here. It was by far the best pizza I've had so far. I can recommend the restaurant 100%!

12/04/2025: We have known A owners Graziella and Michele for around 30 years. We already forgot about you when they were still in the center of Torbole (there is now a ristorante with the same name). We were always impressed by the quality of the food, but the huge selection of pizzas and their preparation in special pizza ovens are something special.

05/04/2025: Good place for skiers. A nice terrace with an attractive view. There is also original and stylish decor inside. It is worth visiting here while skiing. This place has a good atmosphere - there are interesting photographs on the walls and even an old jukebox. Sometimes, when there are a lot of guests, you have to wait a while for waiter service.

14/03/2025: Peccato per il.parcheggio che quello contiguo è davvero piccolo e abbiamo dovuto girare un pó per cercarlo. Il servizio è stato quasi sempre super veloce e sempre molto cortese ed educato .su questo proprio bravi!!il mangiare anche ..molto buono ..la pizza mi è piaciuta molto. Il.locale è molto ampio ma sono stati bravi a donare comunque un'aria intima all'interno. Prezzi onesti.

05/01/2025: Dine in a stube with 3 tables and about ten seats (booking required), excellent ambience, food and service. It's worth a trip just to dine here, like coming into the house and being a guest. High level chef, demanding price but also low compared to the high level. It will amaze you, excellent for dinner for 2.

29/03/2025: One of the few restaurants open in the low season. There was a corresponding rush, but we never had to wait long for a table without a reservation. The food is simply incredibly delicious! The service and prices are also appropriate, we ate here a total of 4 times and will definitely come back.

04/03/2025: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel, and it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the owner, whose kindness shone through every interaction. This family-run business exudes a personal touch that you simply don’t find in larger hotels. We had an issue with the rental car when we arrived and the owner Marco went above and beyond to help. Every detail here reflects the care and dedication of the family behind the business. The rooms are well maintained rooms and extremely clean. The atmosphere is warm and comforting. I was especially impressed by the spa, which is kept spotlessly clean—a perfect place to unwind and relax. In the evening, dinner was a delightful experience, with a menu that truly impressed and satisfied my taste buds. Every element, from the thoughtful staff and homemade breakfast to the immaculate spa and excellent dinner, tells a story of genuine hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique, heartwarming experience where comfort, care, and personalized service are always at the forefront. The shuttle service to the slopes is a great addition and the driver Alessandro was so proactive and helpful. Thank you to Marco and the staff for all of us for a great holiday.

14/02/2025: I used the hotel's spa service as a customer external to the hotel. The quality/price ratio is very advantageous. €25 for about two and a half hours. Inside the spa there is a relaxation area which children cannot access. There you will find the sauna, the Turkish bath, comfortable loungers to relax in and herbal tea dispensers. In the other room there is the swimming pool with hydromassage tub and the large internal swimming pool which also has external access. The view inside each room is simply wonderful. The only negative aspects are the floor which is extremely slippery and the fact that there is only one very small changing room with no division between men and women, so you waste a lot of time waiting for your turn to change. The staff is kind. As soon as you arrive you will be given a bag with bathrobe, towel and slippers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is in these parts and wants to spend a couple of hours in absolute relaxation and carefree.

27/03/2025: Very central, with attention to furnishings and details, this hotel won us over. Comfortable environment and kind staff, the very good Mr. Vincenzo welcomed us and looked after us from our arrival. Welcoming and comfortable rooms, excellent cleaning. Superb breakfast, great variety of sweet and savory dishes. Very elegant breakfast room. Really good! P.S. We bought their homemade Strudel, delicious!

26/03/2025: Top hotel, beautiful, spacious room with a view over the market square. The bathroom is a good size with a heated toilet seat. A spacious shower, a standard hairdryer, and a magnifying mirror are available. The hotel is directly accessible from the huge parking garage. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very plentiful. The spa area with its large whirlpool is also very attractive and very clean, as is the entire hotel. The location, right in the center, is fantastic. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bolzano.

19/10/2024: Birthday dinner, relaxed atmosphere with soft lighting, excellent staff, attentive, helpful and non-intrusive. To start we were served a small welcome from the chef: bean cream soup with radicchio salad and croutons, very good indeed. To follow as an appetizer we tried the beef steak in two variations, the meat was truly exceptional! We continued with the grilled Fiorentina Breton, (before cooking it they showed us the piece of meat at the table to see if it was ok) served with baked potatoes and mashed potatoes...what can I say, it melted in your mouth, superb! We finished with a truly buttery and fragrant sweet millefeuille. To end on a high note they brought us some meringues and some homemade ugly but good ones which they finished immediately! The bill was quite high, but I must say that the quality of the products is exceptional and the service excellent.

10/10/2024: Staying at Miravalle and had reserved for dinner after researching many local restaurants. Enjoyed a relaxing dinner with a view of the garden. Short & Easy walk from town center. Service was helpful and attentive. Will return on our next visit. I especially enjoyed the “flan” starter dish. It seems to be a form of very light and delicate soufflé.

31/03/2025: An alternative lunch break if you want to eat something different from the usual first and second courses while remaining within the average of €15. Good variety of alternative dishes. However, it is self-service

26/03/2025: We stopped here on our bike tour to fortify ourselves. Lunch is available from 11:30am and there is a wide range of fresh dishes with many vegetarian and vegan options. We enjoyed the food very much. The service was super friendly! The staff speaks neither German nor English, but tried very hard to take our orders and respond to all of our requests. With a translator and pen/paper we were able to communicate. We felt very comfortable and would definitely eat here again.

27/12/2024: our family spent 3 wonderful nights at this hotel from 23rd to 26th December 2024. with great food for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. the breakfasts are varied. the guy fried omelets, pancakes and waffles in front of us. The room cleanliness, daily housekeeping and towels are 200% amazing! Garden room with panoramic mountain views. clean pool, jacuzzi and outdoor pool, saunas.-very comfortable.the only thing without supervision. thanks to the Dosser family!!!

29/08/2024: We spent a wonderful hiking holiday here for a week at the end of August 2024. A super nice hotel with a top 🔝👍🏻 price-performance ratio!!! Great location with a wonderful view of Schenna and the Meraner Land! 🤩⛰️ Excellent food (half board) with very friendly and courteous service throughout the hotel 👍🏻 The rooms are very tastefully furnished and always cleaned perfectly every day, as well as tip top 👍🏻 A big thank you to the entire Sunnwies team for a wonderful time in Schenna 🤗☀️🍀⛰️🚠⛰️☀️☀️☀️

19/01/2025: Eravamo in zona per week end,siamo capitati per caso in questo locale un po retro,abbiamo ordinato la pizza, era immangiabile il sapor era orrendo.L'abbiamo lasciata nel piatto, abbiamo pagato e c'è ne siamo andati.
