06/02/2026: The male waiter who served us pretended not to know what tap water was when we ordered. He refused to serve it, thinking he'd found some suckers. That's how you lost 11 people every night. The pizza tasted worse than last year. The lady at the counter was very nice.
01/02/2026: Hello! I didn't give it a full score only because it was very crowded. The place was really chaotic, and we didn't get to enjoy the excellent food and the evening.
The pizza was truly excellent, and the shin of pork was the best of all the other renowned restaurants.
The waiters, considering the place was really busy, were very quick.
The bill was also fair.
For me, it's an excellent value.
I recommend it to families.

24/12/2025: Christmas Eve... Fish and pizza... I opted for a parcel with asparagus and Bolzano sauce, even though it's out of season for this typical Terlano (BZ) pizza calzone... I have to say it's every bit as good as the one you'll find at pizzerias that serve asparagus in season. The empty plate demonstrates the deliciousness of the dish. Recommended.
08/12/2025: Last night at 7:36 PM, a kind waiter came over; while we were ordering pizzas, he told us we'd have to wait 30-40 minutes. At 8:20 PM (or 44 minutes later), we paid for our drinks and left because, as we'd told the waiter, we'd be busy at 9 PM. The pizzas weren't ready yet. Not even an apology... sad... very sad...

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always attentive to guests' needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable. An absolutely positive experience, highly recommended!

30/12/2025: TOURSIST BEWARE!
My family and I come from Trento, but we ate at this restaurant for dinner with some friends from the US. As they saw we were speaking English, they "accidentally" brought a much more expensive wine bottle than what our friend ordered (a 75€ bottle instead of 22€). On top of that, they wanted us to pay a bill with an extra wine and more dishes than what we ordered. We got it reimbursed, but if you don't speak Italian I imagine that would be tough, also considering the limited English language skills of the staff and owner. On top of that, the food was mediocre at best, polenta was grainy and the typical melted cheese dish (tosella) was overcooked. Ingredient quality was also questionable.
18/12/2025: Some dishes arrived at a less than ideal temperature; however, this small issue was immediately overcome thanks to the intelligence, humility, and extraordinary kindness of the owner, who, with rare sensitivity and great professionalism, was able to transform the incident into an added value to the experience.
The restaurant is elegant, impeccably clean, and meticulously maintained.
The quality of the ingredients is excellent, demonstrating great attention to detail and respect for the product.
Overall, a very positive experience that leaves us wanting to return.

05/11/2025: We had a wonderful time at the HI Hotel Torbole. Our room had a large covered balcony with a beautiful view, and the hotel is in a quiet location, yet you can quickly reach the town and the lake. The panoramic hiking trail near the hotel is also highly recommended.
We used the small sauna area with the whirlpool and the heated outdoor pool daily. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good and varied. Our only minor suggestion for improvement: the stairs to the bike room in the basement were a bit difficult for our e-bikes; perhaps another solution could be found for this. Otherwise, everything was great! We'll be back, thank you for everything!
14/10/2025: I had a wonderful time at this hotel, where I spent three nights.
The double room we had wasn't very large and had limited space to store your things.
The view of the lake was beautiful. My room had a terrace overlooking the lake, but there are rooms that overlook the internal courtyard. The location is a 15-minute walk from Torbole, up an uphill road.
The continental breakfast was excellent, and the spa was well-maintained and ideal for recovering from a day exploring the mountains. The spa should be included for all guests at no additional cost.

12/10/2025: The hotel is very comfortable.
The staff were friendly, especially the gentleman with the blonde hair. He was very respectful. We arrived late at night, and the receptionist was very welcoming and provided excellent service. They also offer free valet parking.
The room was small, but it was beautiful and comfortable.
The breakfast was very delicious. I thank the chef for making the pastries with love.
The hotel's location is excellent, facing the lake, and the view from the restaurant is amazing.
I will come again.

16/01/2026: Very disappointed with our dinner. We ordered four mains, and two were inedible—a spoiled trout and a very dry, old-tasting milanesa. The service was surprisingly cold when we complained. Although they didn't charge us for the trout, the lack of communication and the poor quality of the food don't match the high prices they charge. Definitely not the premium experience they claim to offer.

06/01/2026: I stopped at this restaurant for a business dinner and the experience was truly excellent.
I ate truly well, with carefully prepared, high-quality dishes.
Special praise goes to the owner Gerardo and his sister Deborah, who are friendly, attentive, and professional, and who know how to put guests at ease. The service is beyond excellent, attentive but never intrusive.
The wine selection is also excellent, well-thought out and able to satisfy a wide range of tastes.
A place I recommend without hesitation, whether for business or pleasure.
I will definitely be back.

19/01/2026: Suinsom delivered the best meal I have ever had. We went once and immediately organised our plan to return again.
The service is exceptional: warm, intuitive, and perfectly timed. Every course arrives exactly when you’re ready for it, creating a sense of calm and total immersion. The atmosphere is intimate and serene, and the generosity of portions, of bread, of additional courses, is rare in fine dining.
The 5 course menu is extraordinary, but the green pici deserves special mention. It is quite simply one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever eaten: deeply flavourful, perfectly textured, and unforgettable. Suinsom is not just a restaurant, it’s a destination. If you’re in the Dolomites, do not miss it.

11/01/2026: Best pizza we've ever eaten!!! Anyone complaining about a pizza that's too pale and soggy should specify how they want their pizza when ordering.
30/12/2025: Very nice and traditional restaurant, with a very kind and helpful owner.
We found it by chance while wandering around the Christmas markets, and we absolutely didn't regret it.
We had excellent goulash soup and goulash with polenta, which we definitely recommend.
Prices were in line with market prices.
Carne salada with beans, perhaps a little overcooked, but good.

28/12/2025: We stopped by for an afternoon merenda and enjoyed dessert with coffee. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming.
I ordered the mousse alle castagne, which was really good and perfectly suited for a cozy afternoon treat.
The atmosphere can get a bit noisy, but it didn’t take away from the experience. We still enjoyed our time there.
