21/04/2025: Almeno una volta al mese vado a mangiare in questo ristorante, lo adoro! Il posto è molto curato ma soprattutto sono Tutti molto gentili, cordiali e ospitali. La carne… una meraviglia! Ma non solo!! Tutto ottimo, dagli antipasti ai primi ai dolci. Apprezzo il fatto che circa ogni due settimane/ un mese variano il Menù con piatti nuovi, ogni volta è una gradevole scoperta! Per me è una garanzia!

21/04/2025: Solo grandes cosas que decir; desde los bonitos interiores a la fenomenal selección de comida y vino, hasta el personal extremadamente comunicativo y amable. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente y debe volver!

15/04/2025: Ritornata per una cena insieme ad un'amica! Serata perfetta, ottimo cibo, attenta cura dei piatti, ambiente caldo ed intimo, personale che ti fa sentire a proprio agio. Un locale che continuo a consigliare perché ne vale davvero la pena. Lo chef che con cura trasmette la sua passione nei piatti che presenta, il suo saluto di persona che riserva ai clienti, tutti dettagli che fanno decidere di tornare!

17/05/2025: Great Food & Even Better Service! Had an awesome dinner at Ristorante — the food was seriously amazing! Every dish was full of flavor and really well made. You can tell they put a lot of care into what they serve. What made it even better was the staff, especially Matina. She was so kind and welcoming, and really made us feel at home. It’s rare to get that kind of personal, friendly service. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and a relaxed, friendly vibe. Can’t wait to go back!

05/04/2025: Fantastic pizza and pasta, great recommendation of wines (we ended up saving the name of the red wine to buy later) and overall amazing service. Cozy cabin-like ambiance and lovely staff. Highly recommend a visit if you're in/near Alta Badia.

23/03/2025: Hmm - maybe I'm a bit sensitive, but that's not what a tomato salad should look like (tomatoes just roughly halved and a few red onions on top, the tomatoes also ripen rather early and are therefore quite hard). The noodles, on the other hand, were great - very nice. Unfortunately the service wasn't attentive, that could be better. If I derive the claim from the ambience of the restaurant, then there should be a little more. All in all, a good rating - and we would come back (but without the tomato salad)

21/03/2025: It’s a wonder how this restaurant can have a star and it makes you wonder if the guide is coming to an end. The menu was utterly confusing and unappetizing. The appetizer was something I could serve at a party in the local kindergarten followed by two gnocchi in ragu which is better at 99% of any Italian restaurant. The primi was a simple pasta dish with asparagus and two slices of truffle and the main was an egg with 4 grains of caviar. The price of 130 euro per person is a complete ripoff. We left before the desert could be served.

11/05/2025: I recently had dinner with my family at the Bruthendler dinner. The food was very tasty and the portions are very generous. The staff is also very friendly. As a beer lover, I was also able to try different types of beer. We will certainly stop by again.

27/01/2025: Premetto che in questo ristorante ci vado spesso a cena e qualche volta a pranzo. Mi sono sempre trovato bene, per questo dò le 5 stelle, in particolar modo per la cucina e per la simpatia e professionalità del personale, lo consiglio vivamente

23/03/2025: Abbiamo preso il menù del territorio ed è stata un'ottima scelta. Ingredienti di alta qualità e sapori bilanciati. Anche il servizio è stato impeccabile con un ottimo consiglio sul vino da parte della proprietaria.

17/03/2025: Locale molto carino, accoglienza molto garbata e professionale, carta dei vini interessante. Ho messo 4 e non 5 solo perché in alcune proposte non trovo il nesso con il territorio, per il resto tutto molto bene
