25/08/2024: We hit the restaurant spontaneously for family dinner, but luckily we've got the table. Cousine is OK and service was pretty fast and friendly, but at the end I've got the proposition to vacate the table and finish my espresso in some other place since our table should have been prepared for another upcoming guests. That's the first time I've had such disappointing experience in reputable restaurant.

25/08/2024: We were so delighted with our first dinner that we went back two nights later. The star of the show was their special for the week, pork knuckle. The goulash was fantastic. Happy with their cheap but delicious house wine, too. Some of the servers are local kids bit they try really hard, overall a great experience.

28/07/2024: The hotel impresses with its attractive architecture and rich history and is ideally located in the center of Kaltern, where guests even have parking spaces in the courtyard. The restaurant spoils you with delicious dishes, but the portions could perhaps be a little more generous. A rich and individual breakfast is offered to hotel guests (no buffet). The staff is courteous and friendly, especially the senior manager. Overall, this is an excellent place in a prime location.

22/08/2024: Took a vegan pizza with us. €15.5 is a high price. Unfortunately it tasted a bit boring because no salt or other spices were used. But service was nice and the pizza was still okay.

22/08/2024: As seasoned travelers for whom gastronomy plays a central role in each of our escapades, we have had the chance to discover restaurants in the four corners of the world. However, the Trautmannsdorf restaurant has distinguished itself as one of the rare establishments that deserves a place of honor in our culinary list. In fact, it is now among the five best restaurants that we have had the opportunity to try during our numerous travels. During our lunch in August, in the heart of the heatwave, we were dazzled by the exceptional quality of each dish. True to our habit, we ordered almost the entire menu, and each dish was able to delight our taste buds with a perfect mastery of flavors and textures. Each bite was a true homage to local cuisine, executed with rare expertise. The service, for its part, was able to enhance this experience. Efficient, fast, always attentive and unparalleled in sympathy, he helped make this moment a memorable one. The setting of the restaurant is also worth highlighting: despite the oppressive summer heat, we were able to enjoy a pleasant and well-kept environment, which invites relaxation and discovery. In conclusion, the Trautmannsdorf restaurant is a must in the region, and probably one of the only ones truly worth the detour. Although we stayed at the magnificent Château Castel-Frasburg, whose restaurant performs honorably (especially the breakfast), Trautmannsdorf undoubtedly stands out as the best restaurant in the area. A place that we highly recommend to all epicureans looking for an authentic and refined gastronomic experience.

29/08/2024: We returned to this place which we really appreciate, every time we are here for holidays we stop at least once. The dishes are very well prepared and the food is really good, the environment aims to be refined but fails, in reality it is an excellent "common" place but more refined in general. The pizza isn't that great but it digests well and the ingredients are of good quality. The service is courteous but inconsistent, the table is always missing something and if you take pizza while your companions are catering, forget about being served together, they try very hard, but fail. In general I leave a good rating because we like it and will return, I hope that the notes are taken into consideration, improvement is always a winning weapon

24/08/2024: Il cibo è buono, soprattutto i dolci. Quello che non ci è piaciuto è l’attesa di 45 minuti prima che ci venisse servito il cibo. Troppa attesa sia per ordinare il primo che per il dolce. Se manca del personale lo dovrebbero sicuramente assumere.

16/08/2024: Restaurant/pizzeria facing the lake with the possibility of parking inside the area reserved for customers, therefore very convenient for going to relax after lunch at the lake. The pizzas are worth trying Good first courses, quick service. Average prices

15/08/2024: Nice location but prices too high to deserve a 5 star rating. Unfortunately the quality of the food is starting to go downhill. It may be full, I don't deny it, but once upon a time the food was better.

16/08/2024: Restaurant is located in a historic building in the center of Riva Del Garda. We went on the evening of August 15th without having booked and they found us a place inside. Thin but overall good pizza, friendly and smiling staff, normal prices considering the period and location.

16/08/2024: WE WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN: there are two of us. We choose a pizza with gorgonzola walnuts and speck, asking to remove the gorgonzola and put brie in its place. A change that cost us €5 for two pizzas. But in what sense???? If I remove an ingredient and add one of similar type and value, why does a pizza that cost €13 cost me €15.50?? Then an average coke €5.50. It's fine that it's a tourist area but if I have to visit a tourist place to be made fun of then I'll go to another place where there aren't any surprises with the bill. Among other things, mediocre pizza with 1/3 of the pizza without any toppings.

06/04/2024: I stayed at the Erika hotel for 5 nights with my family. Dinner and breakfast always delicious. Sofia and Lucia are extremely kind and always available and attentive to the customer's needs. We will definitely return

06/07/2024: I often stopped for breakfast/aperitif/after dinner with my family during my stay in Campitello di Fassa, I leave this review for the kindness, courtesy and cheerfulness of the girl who often gave biscuits to my daughter and lit the window with colored smoke in the evening! It is these small gestures that are appreciated by customers, thank you!

01/07/2024: Durante una bella passeggiata lungo la ciclopedonale da Pozza a Canazei per pranzo abbiamo fatto una sosta per il pranzo nella carina Campitello in questo ristorante. Abbiamo mangiato bene, piatti tipici con prodotti di buona qualità e porzioni giuste. Servizio professionale e cortese, conto giusto.

13/08/2024: We had to order without menu, which was a bit tricky. But the food was amazing and I'll easily recommend it to anyone in Bolzano. I'd consider the price low as well, especially for this quality.

29/08/2024: Totally lived up to the Michelin star. Service was impeccable - our host (wish we got her name) was genuinely thoughtful. Chef who’s been internationally trained including in Seoul, created dishes that are the perfect balance of local authenticity and modern touches.

24/07/2024: Beautiful hotel beer garden directly in Eppan! Slightly higher prices for meat dishes (spare ribs are great) otherwise bomb stone oven pizza for every taste!

11/03/2024: The place is small (better to book) and well-kept and the cuisine never disappoints; for several years, when we are in Val di Fassa to spend a few days in the mountains, we always try to spend an evening in this restaurant. My compliments to the chef.
