31/05/2026: When we're in Torbole, this is our go-to spot... The café macchiato is delicious, the croissants and pizzas are great. The lasagna, grilled vegetables, and eggplant are all delicious, as are the cocktails. The prices are reasonable, and the service is very good and friendly. Thanks, keep up the good work! 10/11/2025: Very good to excellent cuisine, a small menu, but top-notch ingredients. For example, we had the champagne risotto with quail egg and truffle – I can recommend it 100%. The apple fritters with cinnamon ice cream and the crème brûlée were also superb.

22/04/2026: A truly lovely restaurant, charmingly decorated in a rustic, country style. The service is courteous and attentive, the food is delicious and offers several local specialties in addition to the usual fare. For this reason, we always enjoy coming here. Even though the restaurant was quite busy, the wait for our food was perfectly acceptable. Definitely a highly recommended place in La Villa/Stern.

16/03/2026: We spontaneously decided to have lunch at this lovely restaurant and received a very warm welcome. The quality of the food is truly excellent, and the portion sizes, especially the pasta, justify the price. The wine selection and advice are also worth mentioning. Highly recommended!

20/04/2026: If you're in the area, you absolutely must go there! The house names aren't random, and the view from the bar and restaurant is breathtaking – especially at sunset! A small hill leads up next to the restaurant, offering a phenomenal view of all of Olang (every part of it). The food matched the view perfectly; everything tasted delicious, homemade, and cooked with love. The drinks selection was also excellent, and the service was professional and prompt. Definitely don't miss it!

10/11/2025: The food is very 'average' - we ate in different restaurants throughout our stay in Riva and the pizza at this restaurant was greasy and the pasta resembled a microwave meal. The food was not fresh. The bread for starters was stale and was served in a brown paper bag...It was more pricey than other restaurants for lower quality food. Very much begrudged paying for our dinner.

07/03/2026: Magnificent! Carbonara made very well, 10/10, fries cooked impeccably, excellent service, kind and knowledgeable! Excellent location, well ventilated. Delicious coffee. Really excellent!!!! I would add the Pentte Tex pasta, superior!!!! Delicious, absolutely try them!!!!

12/04/2026: We were here over Easter – Esser was very sunny, ski-in/ski-out is no longer available, but there's a shuttle service every 5 minutes to the Ciampinoi or Danterpieces lifts. The food was excellent, and Alice in the restaurant was the heart and soul of the place.

05/11/2025: A hotel housed in an industrial building that has been well preserved and renovated. Quiet and clean, with a decent breakfast and excellent value. Plus, the vintage garage.

29/03/2026: Just come back from this wondeful place. The most amazing views from the bedrooms windows and all the common areas. We had half board and the food was amazing. Four course dinner and great choices for breakfast. We were there in the last opening week of the hotel but from the service all round you would not have been able to tell. The hotel offer a shuttle service which pick you up and drops you to whereever you need to go around the place, whether for skiing or anything else. Super fast and efficient you just call and they are there within minutes. In general all the staff from the restaurant, reception to the spa are super nice and accomodating. Family run with a personal touch. Will definitly come again!

04/03/2026: We've been going to the Hermitgae as a family for many years and it's one of my favourite hotels. Why? It's family run, big enough to have everything you need including a not huge, but swimmable decent indoor pool and spa, but small enough to be personal. The location is in a quiet wooded spot just outside Madonna with stunning views. Rooms are good and service excellent and there is a friendly minibus to take you into town or the lifts always available Most people go half board - the breakfast is excellent with delicious fresh breads, home baked patisserie, hams, salamis and mountain cheeses along woth perfectly cooked eggs to order, pancakes etc, yoghurts, fresh juices - only complaint is they could do with a decent museli, but you can order properly made porrage - and the coffee, top, along with teas. The dinner this year was the best we have had, strating with a grilled veg and salad buffet with hams, smoked salmon and cold roast beef, then choices of pasta/soup course, brilliant main course and stunning desserts - they also do excellent home-made tea time pastries included Madonna itself is medium-sized, low built resort full of, 3 and 4* family run hotels with some very good cafes and shops - the slopes are varied, maybe not Val d'isere, but pretty good with some v demanding blacks and excellent independent-run ski restaurants. Efficient lifts and snow making means conditions are always good, even though it sometimes gets busy at peak as the area is popular now with Poles and Czechs - overall, magical place, very friendly, the Dolomites beat the Alps in my view and as long as you are not into glitzy 6* spiv hotels, Bio Hermitage is the best you can get!

19/12/2025: A charming little restaurant that almost exclusively serves pizzas. They're very good and reasonably priced! Friendly service. I had a great experience at this pizzeria and would definitely recommend it!

09/12/2025: Whenever we come to the area, dinner is a must. In the splendid jewel that is Egna, this small but welcoming place is the icing on the cake. The pizzas are excellent, and the owners are courteous and friendly. Not to be missed.

17/05/2026: A very good hotel right in the center of Tramin. We had a lovely room on the second floor with a wonderful view. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and of high quality, including several homemade jams, the finest South Tyrolean ham, and much more. Dinner was also varied, delicious, and reasonably priced. The service was consistently attentive and friendly. The owner clearly runs his hotel with heart and soul. We will definitely stay at the Golden Grape again on our next vacation in Tramin.

03/05/2026: Outstanding in every possible way. Small family run restaurant. Only ingredients to the highest possible standard - a lot of it homegrown. Amazing flavor combinations. Every plate is so Insta worthy and estetically very attractive. Not cheap but the price is 100% justified and we got a lot of surprises on the house. Warmly recommended.
