04/07/2025: A quiet hotel about 500 meters from Trebole, whose center is easily reached via stairs. Great service, a small but nice pool. The breakfast is varied and beautifully presented; a highly recommended hotel.

30/06/2025: A beautifully appointed hotel with a delicious breakfast and friendly staff. We were passing through and stayed overnight. It also has a pool and spa (for colder days). Very cool, and the way everything is furnished and decorated is a great idea!

16/07/2025: We were completely satisfied! In addition to the truly delicious pizza, there is also a great selection of local dishes, which pleasantly surprised us. The service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was pleasant and inviting. A real insider tip for anyone who enjoys good Italian cuisine with a regional touch.

13/07/2025: Fantastic location, extensive menu for all tastes (including excellent pizza). The staff is very helpful and cheerful. There are many nearby bike and hiking trails. If you're planning a mountain vacation, don't miss this location.

11/07/2025: A complete disgrace! We ordered a tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad and the goulash. They first brought a plate with a spoonful of mashed potato as a "snack," which we never asked for and for which they later charged 10 euros!!! The main courses were awful. The buffalo mozzarella wasn't buffalo, and it came with a few cherry tomatoes and some shaved white cabbage. Unbelievable. No wonder we were almost alone!

02/07/2025: Update in June 2025: This place has got unfortunatelly much worse, food is poor (even not considering prices), service slow and it is clearly a touristy rip off. Shame.

25/07/2025: Shocking Racial Discrimination at This Hotel – Avoid! I’m appalled by the 5-star reviews for this place because my experience exposed blatant racism from the staff. The reception treated us with clear discrimination based on our skin color. While other (white) guests were allowed to leave their luggage in the lobby for free, we—a group of visibly non-white guests—were told we had to pay a deposit just to have our luggages there, even though we were also waiting to check in. To add insult to injury, those same guests left their bags scattered messily around the lobby, while we kept ours neatly stacked. Yet we were the ones singled out for a fee? This wasn’t about policy—it was about prejudice. I’m disgusted by this hotel’s double standards and will never return. If you’re a person of color, expect worse treatment here. Shameful.

25/07/2025: We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — close to everything and very convenient for exploring the city. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took her time to explain all the best places to visit, gave us great recommendations, and kindly made sure we received a free city guest card, which was a lovely bonus and very useful during our stay. The room was excellent — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Overall, we had a great experience and felt truly welcomed. I strongly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

02/07/2025: We got the Dolomiti Special and the Pork Shank as takeout. We were looking forward to trying the local cuisine, but both dishes turned out to be very salty. We ended up throwing away some of it at the end.

02/07/2025: Nicely decorated place, although dated. The sofas need freshening up. Confusing and slow service, although friendly. Good pizzas. Quattro stagioni a bit pricey. I don't know if I'll go back.

20/07/2025: We dined at Panorama thanks to our hotel's special offer. Five evenings, five different menus were offered by the chef. We especially enjoyed the local dishes. They offered us the option of choosing dishes from the menu, paying the difference, of course. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and the entire staff was truly friendly.

22/07/2025: A due passi dal Duomo di Ortisei, questo locale arredatoin stile montanaro, con una bella terrazza esterna, offre piatti della tradizione locale ben cucinati, a prezzi nella media della zona. Servizio rapido e cortese. Kaiserschmarren fantastico!

22/07/2025: Una opción asequible con excelente comida y vistas increíbles en Ortesei - una trampa turística en todas partes con turistas ricos extranjeros locos gastando precios locos en toda la comida. ¡Comimos por 50 euros -sangrado de cordón, carbonara y litro de vino de la casa- con fabulosas vistas en Ortesei! Volveremos - las pizzas se ven increíbles.

29/06/2025: Excellent service, but the food had a lot to desire for that price and service level. The non freshly made pasta was under cooked and the meat was chewy.

20/06/2025: Excellent food and service for realistic price! Highly recommend to have dinner there. One of my all time favorites! From now on every visit of Bozen will be accompanied by a dinner there!

13/07/2025: La Montanara è una piccola ed accogliente "trattorietta" situata in pieno centro storico a Riva del Garda. La simpatica e disponibile gestione offre piatti tipici del Trentino a prezzi veramente accessibili, vini locali anche sfusi e dolci dall'aspetto molto invitante! Gustosissimo e consigliato l'antipasto misto a base di affettati locali profumati e saporiti, accompagnati da un misto di verdure in agrodolce. Possibilità di mangiare anche all'aperto, all'ombra della graziosa via pedonale dov'è situato.

20/07/2025: A beautiful and elegant place, slightly dark, but it depends on your taste. High-quality food, well-prepared and beautifully served. At first glance, it seems like a very well-groomed place, but the helpful and fun staff immediately puts you at ease, making every step of the meal enjoyable. A refined wine list with truly interesting labels. There are many tempting off-menu options. I would go back!

05/07/2025: The food was absolutely amazing! The place and the restaurant are very beautiful. Great wine selection. The restaurant was full, and it was clear the staff had a lot to handle. We’ll definitely come back every time we’re in Merano.
