We've been there several times and have been impressed every time. The pizza is a real highlight – crispy crust, high-quality ingredients, and a wide selection of classic and creative variations. Whether Margherita or pizza with South Tyrolean speck – each one tastes like it came from a stone oven in Italy. The other dishes on the menu, from pasta to meat, are also of high quality and freshly prepared. The whole experience is particularly enjoyable in the cozy beer garden, which is a true gem in summer. Surrounded by old trees and flowers, you can sit quietly and relaxed – ideal for dinner on balmy evenings or a lunch in the shade. Families with children also feel at home here. The service is always friendly, attentive, and pleasantly unobtrusive. You can feel that a well-coordinated team is at work here. The atmosphere is relaxed yet sophisticated – perfect for a relaxing evening with friends, family, or just the two of you. Conclusion: The Eppanerhof is more than just a restaurant – it's a place where you can feel at home. 03/05/2025: Tisch telefonisch reserviert, Reservierung hat wunderbar geklappt. Wir saßen und bestellten Vorspeise und Hauptgang. Dann passierte nichts. Nach 45 Minuten erste Reklamation, wir sehen, dass andere Tische ihre Speisen schon haben. Zweite Reklamation. Unser Hauptgang kommt, muss natürlich zurück. Es dauert. Nach gut 90 Minuten kommen unsere Vorspeisen, wir reklamieren dann den Hauptgang der kommt endlich auch. 100 Kellner unterwegs, keiner richtig zuständig, totales Service Durcheinander dennoch, das Essen war hervorragend die Karte ist vielfältig und wir konnten es dennoch genießen.

24/05/2025: I contacted the hotel to book a massage and spa for my sister for her birthday and it was confirmed over email. My sister turned up at the hotel to find out that they had canceled her booking without telling me! They did nothing for her on the day, said to come back another day, and refused to at least open the spa early despite it being their mistake and her having traveled in (we had lined up the massage and spa entry based on their advice). They offered zero options other than to wait at the bar FOR AN HOUR. Incredibly poor service, and would not recommend. I have given them the opportunity to contact me with a solution to solve this, but have heard nothing yet. I contacted the hotel to book a massage and spa for my sister for her birthday and confirmation came via email. My sister showed up at the hotel to find that they had canceled her reservation without notifying me! They did nothing for her that day, told her to come back another day and refused to at least open the spa early even though it was their mistake and she was traveling (we booked the massage and spa based on their advice). They gave us no choice but to wait at the bar FOR AN HOUR. The service is really bad and I would not recommend it. I gave them the opportunity to contact me to propose a solution to the problem, but I have not received a response yet.

04/03/2025: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel, and it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the owner, whose kindness shone through every interaction. This family-run business exudes a personal touch that you simply don’t find in larger hotels. We had an issue with the rental car when we arrived and the owner Marco went above and beyond to help. Every detail here reflects the care and dedication of the family behind the business. The rooms are well maintained rooms and extremely clean. The atmosphere is warm and comforting. I was especially impressed by the spa, which is kept spotlessly clean—a perfect place to unwind and relax. In the evening, dinner was a delightful experience, with a menu that truly impressed and satisfied my taste buds. Every element, from the thoughtful staff and homemade breakfast to the immaculate spa and excellent dinner, tells a story of genuine hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique, heartwarming experience where comfort, care, and personalized service are always at the forefront. The shuttle service to the slopes is a great addition and the driver Alessandro was so proactive and helpful. Thank you to Marco and the staff for all of us for a great holiday.

14/02/2025: I used the hotel's spa service as a customer external to the hotel. The quality/price ratio is very advantageous. €25 for about two and a half hours. Inside the spa there is a relaxation area which children cannot access. There you will find the sauna, the Turkish bath, comfortable loungers to relax in and herbal tea dispensers. In the other room there is the swimming pool with hydromassage tub and the large internal swimming pool which also has external access. The view inside each room is simply wonderful. The only negative aspects are the floor which is extremely slippery and the fact that there is only one very small changing room with no division between men and women, so you waste a lot of time waiting for your turn to change. The staff is kind. As soon as you arrive you will be given a bag with bathrobe, towel and slippers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is in these parts and wants to spend a couple of hours in absolute relaxation and carefree.

31/05/2025: We've been coming to Arco for many years and always eat at Pace because the food has always been very good. This year, we unfortunately noticed that the quality of the food has declined somewhat, which isn't so bad. The friendliness of the service staff has unfortunately deteriorated significantly, which is a shame.
