05/08/2025: We went there because of the excellent reviews. There wasn't actually any space left, but the owner and her daughter (?) made it possible, as there was still an hour left at a table before the next guests arrived. Extremely delicious, like homemade!

04/08/2025: Family-run trattoria. Simple and small atmosphere. Reservations are highly recommended as seating is limited. My paccheri all'amatriciana were really good!

16/08/2025: It's a lovely spot, a bit off the busier streets. The homemade pasta is excellent. Attentive service. A family-friendly atmosphere. We felt very comfortable.

14/07/2025: For two social dinners organized as part of a conference program, we dined at this restaurant, which is clean, tidy, and welcoming, run by competent and very helpful staff. The first evening featured pizza, while the second featured more local cuisine using traditional ingredients. On both occasions, the dishes and the table arrangements were appreciated (despite the large group). Personally, I found the interior and exterior aesthetics of the restaurant very appealing.

27/08/2025: Il termine Osteria forse ci sta un po' stretto.. quello di cui vi sto per parlare è una vera delizia del palato!! Arrivare a Le Servite significa immergersi in un altro ambiente, rurale e accogliente, ricreato prima di tutto dal verde dei vigneti che circondano il grande casolare. Ci si arriva in auto, dato che si trova nella zona industriale di Riva (forse l'unica pecca del posto.. ma una volta entrati non si nota per nulla).Data la splendida serata, abbiamo cenato nel giardino all'aperto (il locale comunque è molto bello anche all'interno, vedere per credere). E qui comincia la parte migliore.. il cibo!Abbiamo iniziato con una gran varietà di antipasti, tra cui un'apprezzatissimo salmerino (pesce di fiume) salmistrato e uno marinato, soufflè di finferli, carne salada e verdure. Come piatto principale, dato che eravamo già sazi, ci siamo limitati a un buonissimo salmerino (sì, di nuovo lui, specialità del posto) alla brace. Dulcis in fundo, tris di dessert tra cui un buonissimo tortino.

09/08/2025: Nothing to say about the food: an interesting menu, classics revisited with a modern twist, and well-balanced flavors. But the rest? A disappointment. The service: the wine was served late. We ordered a bottle of Alto Adige sparkling wine, and only after a second greeting from the kitchen did they inform us that the bottle we'd ordered wasn't chilled, and they offered to exchange it so as not to wait another 20 minutes. The menu was never presented to us, and we were given no option to choose between the two available options. When I asked for an explanation of what we were going to enjoy so as to find a food and wine pairing, I was told that the owner had created a menu to his liking, which was then hastily dictated to me by him, with little detail. For a Michelin-starred restaurant, these aren't "details": they're slips. The worst, however, came when it came to the bill. There were four of us, with four gift vouchers for the six-course tasting menu (€135 per person). A shared Christmas present: I gave it to my parents, and they gave it to me and my partner. On the website and outside the restaurant, the seven-course menu costs €145 per person, so we ask to upgrade by paying the difference. The owner agrees with a smile and reassures us: "No problem." Too bad that, when it came time to pay, the supplement was €33 per person instead of the regular €10. When asked for an explanation, the response was hasty and rude: he had decided to substitute venison for the chicken, and "therefore it costs more." A unilateral decision, never agreed upon, and a rare instance of dishonest behavior. The cuisine deserves respect, but the management turned a special gift into a bitter experience.

07/08/2025: Schönes Lokal. Sehr aufmerksamer und sympathischer Service. Küche schlicht einfach hervorragend. Einziger Schwachpunkt, die Weinpreise Glasweise sind doch eher grenzwertig hoch. Ansonsten gutes Preis / Leistungs Verhältniss für das gebotenen.

02/09/2025: A spontaneous visit without a reservation. Only available before 6 p.m. Pizza is good, the Hackr Pschorr beer is terrible. It's in the basement, but it's still quaint. I think you can get lost here quickly.

27/08/2025: My partner and I dined at this restaurant on more than one evening, choosing it as our "Holiday Restaurant." We tried several dishes on the menu, both meat and fish, and were always more than satisfied. Among our favorites were definitely the fresh pappardelle with hand-cut wild boar ragù and the carne salada tartare on a burrata cream with bread leaves and extra virgin olive oil. Tasting the dishes, you can easily appreciate both the quality of the ingredients and the attention the chef pays to the customer. The same attention is also evident in the wait staff, who, without ever being intrusive, ensure that guests always have everything they need. If you come to Arco, you simply must dine here at least once.

24/08/2025: We had a wonderful meal here during our stay at Camping Arco. They had a wide selection of wines and offered helpful advice. The food was also delicious. But we were especially impressed with the friendliness of the staff, who treated us and our baby with a toy. We even gave him toys to play with right away. We returned the next day because we enjoyed it so much!

28/08/2025: We were looking forward to a lovely evening with delicious pizza and a great atmosphere at the Gutshof – unfortunately, it turned into a huge disappointment. Despite a reservation for table 24, we were seated at table 31 without any explanation – outside, at the edge, without umbrella protection. When it started to rain during our meal, we were the only guests who got wet and had to ask for a dry seat. The new seat was inside, in the corner, facing a black wall – the only uncovered table in the entire restaurant. Although there were still covered tables available outside and no guests inside, we were deliberately seated there. The feeling of being second-class guests was unfortunately confirmed. Our politely expressed dissatisfaction was neither taken seriously nor dealt with constructively. Instead, we received a lecture from the manager about why we had to accept this seat. An offer of coffee as an apology couldn't salvage the experience. In the end, we were even given a waiver of the bill – not as a gesture of goodwill, but because they supposedly "had never dealt with guests like us before." Respectful treatment of justified criticism and a commitment to the well-being of all guests should be a given. Unfortunately, we didn't experience that here. We won't be coming back.

08/08/2025: Very good restaurant and well located in Bolzano. We arrived around 2:30 pm. The waitresses were very welcoming and the service lasted no more than 10 minutes. The pasta was very good. I can HIGHLY recommend stopping by Nussbaumer to try their spaghetti. Even though it might not look like it from the photos, the dish is still generous.

24/08/2025: Impeccable service. Young but well-educated. Everyone is smiling and helpful. The kitchen is open and there's a wonderful garden. Very interesting dishes. Excellent pizza.

21/08/2025: A restaurant that I understand belongs to the hotel, but turned out to be an exceptional place. Excellent food, varied like we have never seen before in northern Italy, and the service was patient and pleasant. The place is not cheap, but in my opinion it is worth every euro.

07/07/2025: Dopo circa 1 anno sono tornato all'Antico Pozzo, e devo dire che sono anche migliorati. Ora poi che hanno anche carni alla griglia, è un sogno. Bravissimi.

24/06/2025: A place with a quiet atmosphere. We went there for lunch. It offers a certain range of dishes, from pizzas to typical Trentino cuisine. We ate just enough and did not leave hungry. A first course, a second course and two desserts: €50. In short, just right. A special mention of merit goes to the young waiter who served us. We recommend it!

The interior design is modern, with attention to detail and a touch of originality that makes the atmosphere truly pleasant. The view of the hills is simply enchanting, especially from the outdoor terrace, perfect for a relaxing lunch or dinner. The dishes are elegantly and creatively presented, with balanced and surprising flavor combinations. A restaurant that perfectly combines taste, aesthetics, and hospitality – highly recommended!
