27/04/2025: Super good food and the service is great. We ordered the first main course to share, they’ve even split the plates for us. The second main course with Ribs sous vide was just perfect. The atmosphere is in a cave with wine and music. Love it!

06/05/2025: Das Ambiente des Gasthauses, modern aber zum Wohlfühlen. Mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet liegt das Gasthaus im Herzen von Tramin. Das Essen von hoher Qualität, wir hatten den Zander und das Steak. Wunderbar angerichtet. Sehr zu empfehlen für einen besonderen Abend. Auch der Service wsr sehr aufmerksam.

05/05/2025: I have always wanted to visit a vinegar factory because I am in love with balsamic vinegar. Here there are master vinegar makers who make excellent balsamic vinegar at amazing prices. The restaurant has a view of the valley. The food is good although I would have preferred a fixed menu at a good price rather than à la carte. Average high prices but excellent quality you also have a bottle to use during dinner to taste with a teaspoon or on the food served. you can buy their products from the vinegar factory and oil.

19/04/2025: I am writing a review for this restaurant mainly for the courtesy, then I would move on to the excellent quality gastronomy with a note on the oil they produce, which is amazing, and finally the view that can be enjoyed from the restaurant room. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who wants to try a wonderful experience.

18/05/2025: Teníamos plato de charcutería, risotto y estaca ribeye, y un montón de sus propios vinos. El prosciutto y los quesos eran especialmente excelentes, y el risotto y el filete también muy sólido. De los vinos recomendaría Dosaggio Zero, Pinot Bianco y Teroldego, aunque recomendaría preguntar al camarero, ya que eran amables y definitivamente tenían buenas propinas. El ambiente del restaurante es agradable, y tuvimos una bonita vista al viñedo. Las mesas son bastante espaciosas, aunque eso podría ser diferente durante la temporada alta de turismo. El servicio era amable, y el camarero hablaba buen inglés. Uno de los camareros también hablaba alemán si ese hubiera sido nuestro idioma de elección. Como nota final su aceite de oliva ha ganado varios premios, y fue muy, muy bueno - no es que yo sea un experto en aceites de oliva, pero creo que es una trivial divertida al menos. Probablemente más que una trivialidad para ellos, ya que parece un gran problema, pero aún así.
