15/01/2026: We visited this restaurant for lunch during the Christmas period. It was a very positive experience, starting with the restaurant, which is very well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The menu is quite limited, which is reflected in the attention to detail given to the various dishes and the quality and freshness of the ingredients used. Kudos to the chef and the pairings, which, while unusual, were very successful. The wine selection is also excellent, and there are some options available by the glass (since the restaurant serves both fish and meat). The quality/price ratio is incredible. Reservations are recommended.

16/01/2026: The pizzas were good, large, but not large enough to justify the exorbitant prices. Compared to other pizzerias, I didn't notice anything better, in fact, rather less. The staff was unfriendly, rushed, and poorly trained in customer service. Deeply disappointed.

15/01/2026: Update 2026 Unfortunately, I wanted to share a negative note about the owner's customer service. When we were taking orders, several dishes we wanted were missing, including the pizza flour and, especially, the bread... Furthermore, the bacon was truly minimal... never happened in years... So, since you charge a cover charge of 1.80, you could have handled the matter with a little consideration and not as if it were normal for you. From the customer's perspective, it wasn't pleasant. 2024 Friendly and helpful welcome. Excellent selection of ingredients. Typical Trentino menu with a wide selection, even for those who don't eat meat or fish. Spectacular pizzas with a variety of doughs. Never disappoints.

11/01/2026: An excellent experience in a historic frescoed building. Delicious, authentic dishes with attention to detail. Everything was delicious, including the Monte Baldo tagliatelle and rabbit. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful.

11/01/2026: Consistently high quality for decades. Always worth a visit. We order the carne salada every time we go. This time, the strangulapreti and spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino were our first courses – so delicious! For our second course, we had the grilled meat, cooked to perfection. And no meal at Alla Lega is complete without their amazing tiramisu.

The view is simply incredible, and the entire atmosphere is truly special. Brigitte, the owner, provided us with excellent support from the very beginning – always friendly, professional, and highly experienced. The pre-planning process was absolutely seamless, and we always felt we were in good hands. A huge thank you also to her entire team: attentive, warm, and incredibly well-organized. The service on our wedding day was top-notch, and the food was simply amazing – we received nothing but rave reviews from our guests. Overall, a truly perfect location. 28/12/2025: A super cozy and family-friendly restaurant; we'll definitely be back next time we're in Ortisei! We enjoyed the pasta, burger, and venison ragout; they have a wide variety of dishes on the menu. The experience was topped off by the super friendly staff and their excellent service! We didn't have a reservation, but a table was set up for us right away... in short, I can only say positive things about this restaurant. 😋 If you're feeling up to it, you can even take a dip in the adjacent pool afterward.😁🏊‍♀️

01/01/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant three times and tried different dishes. Everything tasted great, especially the beef, spaghetti carbonara, and tiramisu were excellent. The service staff are very attentive, professional, and friendly. We also visited Bella Napoli on New Year's Eve and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Very good value for money and a great location.

26/01/2026: I visited Hoamat last Friday and tried their "all you can eat Knödel" event – where you get to try a variety of savory and sweet knödel. It was a wonderful experience for anyone who loves trying new things. The food was truly excellent, and the service was impeccable, with very helpful and friendly staff. The restaurant is beautifully designed with attention to every detail, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu! P.S. Another bonus for me as an Italian: the coffee. Since living outside Italy, it's always difficult to find good coffee, and this one pleasantly surprised me.

27/01/2026: My wife and I were rewarded with an experiential day following the tourism model promoted by the Autonomous Province of Trento. We completed the program by visiting the Marzadro company: agritourism + distillery. The warm and friendly welcome immediately made us feel at home. We began with a tour of the production facility, guided by the talented and kind Gaia, including the vineyard, the olive grove, the winemaking complex, and the oil mill. This was followed by a tasting of some wines and extra virgin olive oil. Everything was very interesting and informative, explained clearly and professionally. We then moved on to lunch: a menu rich in traditional Trentino à la carte options, from appetizers to dessert, accompanied by wines produced on the farm as well as GARDA DOP extra virgin olive oil. Compliments to the kitchen and all the extremely kind and competent staff, with excellent service. Excellent restaurant. We then traveled independently to Nogaredo to visit the Marzadro family distillery. Thanks for everything, we'll definitely be back.
