18/01/2026: It's not a restaurant for those accustomed to good Italian cuisine. The menu, in my opinion, doesn't reflect what the region has to offer, and our truffle-filled first course was unfortunately very bland. It's a shame, because the location was beautiful.

08/01/2026: Welcoming atmosphere, very friendly staff, and a satisfying variety of dishes. Average value for money.

08/03/2026: We stopped for lunch. The staff were friendly and the place was welcoming. The dishes were excellent and plentiful. The venison and rabbit were good, as were the strudels.

28/12/2025: Here for dinner, we enjoyed excellent dishes (the risotto and venison were delicious), tastefully prepared (both in form and substance) and carefully served by courteous and attentive staff, who were never intrusive. All in an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. The bill was absolutely in line with the quality of the offerings.

18/12/2025: Honestly, I thought it would be better. The food is average; we order half a liter of white wine, 1 bottle of water, 1 plate of ravioli, 1 beef escalope, 1 plate of roast beef with potatoes. Nothing special (including the restaurant).

31/10/2025: If we could give 10 stars, we would. The food is excellent, the service is friendly and top-notch, and the atmosphere is cozy. The cappuccino is also delicious. The friendliness of the staff is particularly noteworthy, as it's not something you can take for granted everywhere these days. We're there practically every day during our vacation. Thank you, and please stay just the way you are!

22/02/2026: Beautiful hotel in the city center. Very nice room, very good breakfast. Three friends and I sat at a table in the restaurant for lunch and waited about 20 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. We noticed that the waitress in the dining room wasn't even taking orders from other tables; she was standing there chatting and using her personal phone (iPhone). When we asked another staff member, the one who runs around and does everything alone, about this, we were told that only that waitress could handle orders and the cash register. Despite this, we continued to wait without receiving any service. After such a long wait and given the lack of attention to customers, we were forced to leave, very disappointed by the experience and the unprofessional behavior we encountered.

20/02/2026: The hotel is adequate (nothing more than that), well located in Bolzano (opposite Piazza Walther); good for short stays; nice and well-maintained public areas; rooms not so much; we did not use the spa ; polite but cold staff. Breakfast is okay, but with reservations: croissants covered only with powdered sugar; if you want a regular one you have to ask the staff; industrially produced juices; but for me the worst part is seeing that the restaurant/café/bar, which is open to the public, displays items for sale (various types of croissants; Berliners) THAT ARE NOT SERVED TO HOTEL GUESTS WHO PAY FOR BREAKFAST! This is unacceptable!! Very slow elevator; drinks at the bar are bad; the ones in the bars and restaurants in the Piazza are much better; also, the volume of the background music is a bit too loud; it's not a bad hotel, but I'll try another one next time.

21/03/2026: A traditional, warm location, excellent service that pampers guests from start to finish with many unexpected surprises. The price is excellent considering the quality of the dishes and the attention to detail.

11/02/2026: Bad experience. We booked ahead. When we arrived, they told us we had to sit in the basement... my friend, who had been there before, asked if she could have one of the remaining tables on the main floor, but they annoyed us. So they seated us in an area on the left side of the entrance, which was really annoying from an acoustic standpoint, as well as visually very different from the "mountain" atmosphere we'd chosen when booking here, as well as upstairs, for an evening of conversation. It felt like the child from the table next to us was sitting at the table because of the terrible acoustics (no doubt because there's a vaulted ceiling there that bounces noise back into the center). We asked to be moved. The extremely annoyed waiter went up to call the manager, who came to us and, after our insistence, moved us to the basement. The acoustics there were acceptable. The waiter was brusque and impatient when he took our order... it looked like they'd already sold out... but it was only 7:25 PM!! They brought us a pizza, then he said it wasn't ours, which can happen, so he took it away annoyed. Finally, he brought another... while we were cutting it, he came back and said it wasn't ours... at which point we said it was fine anyway, never mind. Halfway through the evening, the manager was polite and asked if everything was okay. Finally, the waiter came back for dessert, with the menu, and we said we didn't want it. A waitress came back and asked if we wanted dessert, we said no, and I can't describe the annoyed and rude look on the girl's face, who then walked away. For two salads and a pizza, we spent 65 euros. We won't be returning. The food was good, though; perhaps the price was a bit high, but if you eat well and in a nice location, it's reasonable. In a basement, with the rudeness of the staff and all that confusion, however, we felt it was excessive.

09/02/2026: Restaurant serving traditional cuisine and excellent pizzeria. Locally brewed beers are also available. Excellent, fast, and attentive service.

03/11/2025: Centrally located hotel with a beautiful view and everything within easy reach, including a free bus stop with the pass for touring South Tyrol. The staff and the owner are friendly, warm, and efficient. The cuisine is excellent, and the restaurant is always busy. Everything is tastefully decorated, as are the rooms. I stayed there on half-board from October 29th to November 2nd, and everything met my expectations. I can't wait to return.

03/11/2025: Excellent hotel decorated in a minimalist style, comfortable rooms with large bathrooms. Welcoming and courteous staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. We will return.
