11/02/2025: Ho avuto il piacere di cenare per una settimana in questo ristorante, durante la settimana bianca, e sono rimasta sorpresa dall' eccezionale qualità del cibo e dall'accoglienza impeccabile( in particolare della signora Dorotea)! L'atmosfera è elegante ma al tempo stesso familiare e calda perfetta per le serete speciali in compagnia di amici.

18/03/2025: Beautiful place a little outside the center but wonderfully served by the shuttle driven by the friendly Andrea. The room, perhaps room 305, was beautiful, the spa managed by a very kind and knowledgeable lady, the wonderful cuisine. Overall, a 10 and praise. Well done! However, never forget the key 😅

09/03/2025: Tarde a buen ritmo con una variedad de deliciosos e imaginativos sabores. El servicio está bien juzgado entre la atención y el espacio para disfrutar de los cursos. Los bonitos, originales y sabrosos gueles de apertura también fueron divertidos y prepararon el escenario para el menú clásico. Los canederli en caldo de capón estaban repletos de sabor y una porción de tamaño perfecto que daba espacio para apreciar los platos restantes, incluido el venado más tierno infundido con ginebra Campiglio y té souchong Lapsang. La explosión final del sabor fue de 3 bombones presentados en una silueta de las montañas Brenta dibujados en caramelo. ¡Delicioso! Un placer maravilloso para las papilas gustativas en un escondite relajado y hermoso.

20/02/2025: I don't understand if so many reviews are bought or put there by relatives and friends, let's start with the positive things, the Stefano staff, the two Sardinians whose names escape me, the excellent girl, without them I wouldn't have given the 5 stars, excellent cuisine, with a few errors, but excellent, let's move on to the negative things, a hotel that has gone through the years with lots of junk of all kinds, the large room with a bed that apparently costs a fortune, but I slept very bad, after the first night I woke up with back pain and pain all over, the second night I made my wife sleep on my side and the next day she also got up with back pain, I talked about it with the owner, telling him the situation, but he reiterated that the beds are the flagship of his hotel, ok but I sleep badly, can we put some boards under the topper? He reluctantly agrees, having arranged the bed with some tables, I slept a little better, we get to the SPA...🤣 those who comment praise the spa have never seen a real SPA, point 1 old, outdated over the years, the sauna is very small with a maximum capacity of 3 people, infrared cabin, old, a Dampf sauna which is also small, a shower that blocks the drain 🕳️ and fills with water, another shower cubicle never seen in my entire life so senseless, then not to mention the fruit that is put in a tray 3 apples for the duration of the days until they run out they don't put them back, a SPA should have many types of fruit, there is no basket to put the rest of the apple in 🍎, I have never entered the swimming pool because it made me feel dirty, here is the truth about the fantastic SPA, an old town, which gives no emotion, and no possibility of activity. What I find excessive is that they charge 25 euros for a mini sized dog, but now from the Dolomites I'm not too surprised, at the end of the holidays at the reception no one apologized for what happened, having slept badly, a sorry or a discount would have been the minimum, however none of the owners showed up. One thing is for sure we will never return.

11/04/2025: Este es un restaurante muy relajante con un fuerte ambiente local y platos tradicionales. El personal era muy acogedor y servicial. Tomé los espárragos focaccia, seguido de un sabroso plato de cerdo. La calidad era muy buena y los precios eran muy razonables. Hubo sobre todo clientes locales, lo que es una buena señal.

09/03/2025: Seated near the heating "mushroom", it was as if I had eaten the pizza directly in the oven. Without any possibility of moving or lowering the temperature. Not unforgettable pizza and very high prices for the quality in general. 8 euros for dessert for example, but not only. There's better.

11/03/2025: No holiday in Fiè without at least a visit to the Binderstube. We always enjoy staying here as family and friends and have never been disappointed once. The service, and here I really mean every single person, is extremely friendly and attentive, we always look forward to seeing you again and we always feel welcome. The food is creative, delicious, has always been tasty and every age and every taste preference gets their money's worth. Even our daughters always look forward to visiting and eating. The selection of wine is well coordinated and balanced. If you are not an expert, you can also get personal and competent advice on wine matters. We will definitely come back!

22/03/2025: We went for dinner on the last day of the season. The restaurant was quiet and they were missing several dishes from the menu, but the ones we tried were delicious. The attention was very good.

15/03/2025: Everything was divine. Food was absolutely incredible; we had the lamb shank and linguine alle vongole. I’ve traveled all over Italy and this meal stands out as one of my most memorable.

10/04/2025: What a pleasure experience! After Ötzi we went here to refresh ourselves. The very good Google reviews were right: we ate excellent pasta and the fact that the chef came over for a warm, authentic conversation enhanced this culinary experience. The two desserts, Tiramisu and Creme Caramel, were also excellent.

23/03/2025: The best pizza we have ever eaten, and we are demanding consumers. Ravioli and risotto are also delicious, the salad is beautifully presented and very tasty. The waiters were very nice, served quickly after ordering.

18/03/2025: I went for the first time with my family on the occasion of my daughters' graduation and since then this place has remained in my heart. Our third time a few days ago once again proved to be a confirmation of the goodness of every single dish we chose. The artichoke is excellent and we recommend trying it. A riot of flavours, textures and flavours. For dessert we opted for a true work of art, the banana. Coming back is always a real pleasure and this time the two guys present in the room gave an extra touch to the evening. Very friendly and pleasant to do their job. Will we return? Certainly and maybe who knows if we will find the first star they deserve. Lara
