19/05/2025: Relaxing little place, typical mountain bar restaurant suspended over a small valley overlooking the Val d'Adige. Excellent food, we had lunch on a large veranda with a spectacular view of Castel Beseno. Really friendly staff. I would spend an evening drinking like in the old Alpine taverns (with accommodation within walking distance!).

11/03/2025: No holiday in Fiè without at least a visit to the Binderstube. We always enjoy staying here as family and friends and have never been disappointed once. The service, and here I really mean every single person, is extremely friendly and attentive, we always look forward to seeing you again and we always feel welcome. The food is creative, delicious, has always been tasty and every age and every taste preference gets their money's worth. Even our daughters always look forward to visiting and eating. The selection of wine is well coordinated and balanced. If you are not an expert, you can also get personal and competent advice on wine matters. We will definitely come back!

20/03/2025: Wow! Excellent service. I’m a vegan, and every night they specifically created a special 4 course meal just for me! Service excellent. Nothing was ever a problem. Never waited more than 5 mins for the shuttle bus. They truly go above and beyond. Excellent views and so conveniently located to everything you can need. It’s the best hotel in the area for sure!

13/02/2025: The hotel has a very nice hotel bar, there was even live music that evening, which contributed to a relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately there were few guests on site that evening. The cocktail 🍸 prices are appropriate for the high-quality location.

07/04/2025: Second time I stay and have dinner at Antiche Mura, a very convenient location for getting around Riva on foot, the reserved parking (for a fee) is essential given that there are few car parks in the surrounding area and it takes a lot of luck to find a free one Comfortable beds, excellent cleanliness, excellent value for money The only point I would like to make is the lack of shelves on which to place personal items and hooks for hanging shower towels. Rich and varied breakfast, with the possibility of having savory dishes as well as a sweet selection The dinner is amazing, especially the welcome entree leaves you speechless with its combination of flavors and presentation Last, but not least, the kindness and professionalism of the staff and the owner, who I had to disturb out of hours for information... he responded immediately, solving the problem in an instant Congratulations to all the staff! Well done!

04/04/2025: Cena a dir poco stupefacente, a partire dalla presentazione dei piatti molto scenografica e curata nei minimi dettagli; l'ottimo cibo gioca con sapori particolari sapientemente combinati, una coccola per il palato! Il personale è molto gentile, il servizio impeccabile... assolutamente da provare! Tornerò con più fame per provare anche i secondi 😉

20/05/2025: Located in the center of Trento, Rosa D'oro is an elegant and welcoming restaurant/pizzeria. The kitchen offers typical and traditional dishes of Trentino and Italian cuisine. The pizzas are good and digestible. Wide assortment of wines and beers. More than fair prices and good quality! Recommended!

12/05/2025: We went to this restaurant twice during our stay in Trento because of the great food and very friendly staff. The food is made with care and love, and it takes a while before it's served, which is a good sign. The portions are large and very reasonable priced. The housewine is tasty and the prosecco (only 3 euro for a glass!) is well recommended. The menu is both Italian and Tirolese. We were served by a very friendly waiter who knew a lot about the menu. The restaurant is situated in a great cellar which creates a cosey atmosphere. Definitely recommended, and we got a limonchello from the house!

22/03/2025: We went for dinner on the last day of the season. The restaurant was quiet and they were missing several dishes from the menu, but the ones we tried were delicious. The attention was very good.

12/05/2025: I'm actually not a fan of Google reviews because it's always a snapshot. It's been 2 years since our visit. But the experience there doesn't leave me alone. What I'm also not a fan of is the hype surrounding restaurants with Michelin stars. You can't actually eat badly, especially in South Tyrol. Nevertheless, we wanted to try it again. It was a complete disappointment. The entire meal was seasoned with soy sauce. I could have gone to any Asian bistro and it would have been better. But the highlight was that in the room where we ate, there was a Russian family in tracksuits sitting at the next table. It's a no-go in a restaurant like this. The icing on the cake was that they also smoked in the restaurant and the service didn't dare to put a stop to it. The only thing the service managed to do was apologize after we paid our €700 bill because the Russians smoked. It is more pleasant in every ski hut in the Sella Ronda.

06/04/2025: stella michelin meritata. la sala completamente rivestita in legno è una Stube centenaria. Ottimi piatti ben curati e serviti, La cucina rappresenta bene lo stile altoatesino con ricette complesse, ma con un equilibrio di sapori e consistenze sempre presente . Nota di merito alla piccola pasticceria, molto creativa e servita su un tappeto di chicchi di caffe.

21/05/2025: The two of us stayed at the Schloss Hotel Korb from Sunday to Wednesday. The first impression was good, but the room was a bit dated. Upon entering, we could hear the toilet running, and the rain shower wasn't working. Otherwise, everything was clean and tidy. The common rooms are also overflowing with decorative items and are partly dusty and run-down. The hotel is definitely in need of renovation in many areas. The location is outstanding, and the view over Bolzano speaks for itself. A beautifully landscaped outdoor area with an infinity pool and sauna in front of the vineyards is inviting and impressive. The service is very inconsistent and dependent on the individual. From long wait times to inattentiveness and ignorance, we unfortunately had mostly negative experiences with the service. All in all, the stay was fine, but we wouldn't come back under these circumstances.
