22/12/2024: Amazing experience with great attention to detail.

03/11/2024: Place in a quiet and cozy location just outside the main squares. Inside it appears a little confusing, with a modern, almost circus-like style, with combinations of historic wooden furniture and bright curtains. Overall you can see the desire to be elegant, I would aim for that. As a first course, two tagliatelle with mushrooms and saffron, good, slightly watery and not too tasty. Maybe I would use some porcini mushrooms and review the balance between the flavors to give the dish a little boost. Like a second Florentine steak, matured for 70 days, perfectly cooked: rare but not cold. Tasty and tender, slightly orange fat, really good. Baked potatoes truly to remember, light and fragrant, not heavy, crunchy. The manager is a truly capable and attentive person who transmits passion. Service of the Fiorentina cut at the table performed very well. In essence, a place with great potential, if you fix something it can be at the top.

05/01/2025: An unforgettable experience every time! I have been to this restaurant four times, and each time it has been simply fantastic. The atmosphere is authentic and welcoming, perfect for savoring true Tuscan cuisine. Each dish is a celebration of the flavors of the area: from typical cured meats to first courses of homemade pasta, up to succulent meats cooked to perfection. The staff is always kind, attentive and ready to make the experience special. The view is breathtaking and adds that extra touch. I can't wait to return once again. It's the kind of place that makes you fall in love with Tuscany with every bite. Highly recommended!

02/01/2025: We have been here for lunch and dinner a week in a row, we ate very well. Starting from the first courses to the pizza of Signoraggio Anna. all prepared with love and dedication. Mrs. Anna showed us around the laboratory and showed us how she prepares her naturally leavened dough. Congratulations, we can't wait to return!

02/01/2025: Out of town because outside the walls of the village of San Gimignano. The food is very good and finally something on the menu that isn't just peposo, wild boar and other things of this purely Tuscan kind, sometimes you also need to diversify. Here I found some good first courses with well-cooked fish (al dente) and a light pizza with excellent leavening and cooking. The place is not traditional in its furnishings but pleasant and intimate.

10/12/2024: ci siamo fermati per un veloce spuntino e per scaldarci un pò dal freddo della giornata. Il locale era tranquillo ci hanno servito subito , focaccia e bruschetta. Il personale è gentile e preparato e sono tutti ragazz* giovani: mi hanno dato una buona impressione. Se ripasso da San Gimignano ci torneremo.

02/12/2024: Oven very close to the structure in which we were staying. What can I say...guys...well done, keep it up. Modern and youthful environment but with a touch of "ancient" that never hurts😄 Remarkable cleanliness of the place and kindness of the top staff. But let's move on to what we consumed. What can I say...pleasure for the palate. Delicious coffee and cappuccino, delicious croissants and chocolate parcels but the real discovery was...his royal highness...the focaccia...filled with both buffalo mozzarella and mortadella and Tuscan salami. What can I say... very good. Truly a great idea to have breakfast in this bakery. Super highly recommended.

01/01/2025: We had New Year's Eve dinner at this restaurant. Friendly staff, excellent food although we found the meat (veal sirloin and sliced) very tough and difficult to cut. For the rest everything went well.

31/12/2024: At the inn you will be welcomed by three young, nice and friendly guys, Olga, Ludovico and Livio, who will help you choose the best and tasty dishes on their menu, all good of course! The place is charming, colorful and young like the owners themselves. Another plus point is the tranquility that exists outside and inside the inn, leaving you to enjoy the wine and dishes in relaxation. Well done!

30/12/2024: Presumptuous. They believe they have created who knows what artistic venue to the point of banning photos and then they are unable to be kind to customers even to prepare a coffee. Rude. Art and catering are a completely different matter. Very bad.

05/01/2025: Excellent combination of tastes, perfumes, art and beauty in the wonderful land of San Gimignano. Simple place, more reasonable price than the "jewellery shops on the main street", courteous and quick service. The cured meats, the Bacco pasta with truffle and melted pecorino cheese are excellent... also worth the incantucci with vin santo (a saint that invites deep devotion...). The house Vernaccia (excellent) warms...and then cools...so it implements an infinite...perfect cycle I teach English and I insist on encouraging the Italian food and wine heritage!!! W the docg..life is a journey and must be lived by travelling...

03/01/2025: The service and the atmosphere at this place was nice – the staff friendly. Unfortunately, the food fell flat. The risotto was dull and flavorless, the steak was overcooked on one side, and the minestrone soup was tasteless. I'd hoped for a more authentic Italian dining experience in Tuscany. I didn't mention anything to the staff, since they were friendly. It was an unlimited option in the off-season, so I appreciate that. It being off-season, the restaurant options were limited.
