25/01/2026: A casual yet tasteful location with a typical Tuscan feel, a bit hidden, with some missing signage. Fast and attentive service. Wide selection of wines. The food is rustic yet true to tradition, good, with portions just the right size. The price is proportionate to the quality of the food. I recommend it, definitely worth a try, and we'll definitely be back.

11/01/2026: When we're in Castiglioncello, we happen to stop by this restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, as is the owner, who knows how to cater to her customers' every need. The desserts are excellent.

01/12/2025: We stayed the first week of September in this property, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The room was very comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Half-board included a breakfast with fresh, delicious products, as well as a generous dinner. We were very impressed by the conviviality of the experience, with the opportunity to dine with other guests at the agriturismo. Overall, the property was clean and well-kept, with an adjoining swimming pool.

31/10/2025: A small but excellent menu, without the usual tourist fare. Anyone who complains about Pino's cooking doesn't know much about good food. Unusual dishes paired with good wines. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. We enjoyed it so much that we ate there several times during our vacation. Grazie Michele, Pino e Laura. Siete grandi!

18/10/2025: Dinner was superb, as always. The fish was incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. Laura outdid herself with the dessert, which was truly amazing, considering her level of cooking!

03/01/2026: A simply fantastic experience at Osteria Pizzeria Melograno. From the first moment, you're greeted with warmth and professionalism: genuine hospitality that immediately makes you feel at home. The atmosphere is refined, pleasant, and authentic, perfect for enjoying cuisine that exudes tradition and quality. The dishes are a veritable triumph of flavors, prepared with excellent ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. Special mention goes to the delicious and irresistible crouton with lard cream, the tender and flavorful wild boar, the extraordinarily balanced Etruscan rabbit, and the Maremma-style tortelli with ragù, simply memorable. Unfortunately, we weren't able to take photos: the dishes were so inviting that we jumped right in, forgoing the idea of ​​documenting the meticulous plating. But no big deal: everything, absolutely everything, was delicious. A place I highly recommend and will definitely return to.

01/01/2026: New Year's Eve dinner 2025: terrible service, terrible organization, terrible food, cold place despite the pellet stove, which they probably turned on at the last minute. When I returned home, I had a strong heartburn and a fever. Never again. I don't recommend it, and the other three diners had the same opinion.

13/10/2025: Discovered by chance, at the end of a FAI day that took us to the historic village of Campiglia Marittima. A delightful, well-maintained place, with courteous and professional service. Excellent cuisine and value, with a carefully curated and well-curated wine selection. An original, yet unpretentious menu. Solid cuisine, excellent presentation, a wonderful experience. We'll gladly try it again in the spring.

28/09/2025: Excellent restaurant with mouth-watering food... we ate fried octopus with gazpacho and tuna with caramelized onions... divine dishes, not to mention the sublime desserts... my husband is celiac and ate divinely!! Compliments also for the service and courtesy. We will definitely be back... the Masini family are guests of Sestosenso Suites.

The restaurant is simple yet delicious, featuring local produce carefully prepared by the team. The hotel and restaurant are absolutely magnificent, with the buildings restored in complete harmony with their historical character and Belle Époque architecture. The beachfront location, the lounges with fireplaces, the marble, the colonnades and statues, the lush greenery... everything is incredibly romantic; it's simply Italian bliss. 15/12/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had dinner at Ristorante Da Oscar to celebrate a truly special occasion: our tenth wedding anniversary, and we couldn't have made a better choice. Da Oscar is undoubtedly one of the most well-known and appreciated seafood restaurants in Livorno, and the experience lived up to its reputation. The restaurant immediately conveys a sense of high quality, both in terms of the ambiance and the impeccable service: attentive, professional, and always friendly, without ever being intrusive. You feel pampered from start to finish. The cuisine is excellent. We started with a trio of seafood appetizers, all of which were of the highest quality, with attention to detail and the freshest ingredients. Before that, we enjoyed a complimentary seafood cream soup, a much-appreciated gesture that demonstrates customer service and a love of hospitality. For my first course, I enjoyed an extraordinary dish: pasta with sea urchin sauce, intense, balanced, and with an authentic seafood flavor, truly memorable. To round out the dinner, desserts: a millefeuille and a cheesecake, both excellent, light, and perfectly balanced. A great added bonus was the option to order everything gluten-free, without sacrificing taste or quality: a fundamental consideration that makes the restaurant even more recommendable. In conclusion, Da Oscar is an absolute guarantee: excellent seafood cuisine, high-level service, attentive customer service, and meticulous attention to detail. It starts with a sumptuous appetizer consisting of several courses (mussels, clams, and chickpeas with fish), all generous and well-prepared. Followed by first courses like gnocchi with grouper and cherry tomatoes and fettuccine with clams. The second courses, such as octopus and fried fish, are also excellent. A true journey through the flavors of the sea. To finish it all, the Livorno-style punch (coffee, rum, and lemon zest) is a must. 💶 PRICE: About €30/person.
