11/02/2025: Several WOW moments throughout the Experience. The beef tartare was especially memorable and the wine pairings were excellent. Beautiful presentations. Very expensive but worth the splurge.

Marco porta a tavola non solo l’essenza e l’autenticità della Toscana ma soprattutto l’animo e il brio. Se volete mangiare come a casa e sentirvi a vostra agio, bambini compresi, questa taverna è la scelta migliore!

11/12/2024: This was our first trip to Italy. We stumbled across this place while trying to find a laundromat of all things. Roberto and Monica are the friendliest owners we have met. The food was delicious, the service excellent, and the prices reasonable, although I would have paid more for the experience we had. As our short stay came to an end, Roberto thanked us with something akin to an Irish coffee, except with espresso instead of regular coffee. He told us they don't often get tourists, but if you are reading this, please do your best to change it. We will definitely return to this hidden treasure of Florence Grazie Monica and Roberto!

10/02/2025: I went there as a Japanese tourist, The atmosphere of the store staff is also good. When I asked for food recommendations, they told me, It was delicious. He even tried to take a photo, I was very impressed with the service spirit. I didn't ask for a tip, but I personally tipped 1 euro.

10/01/2025: I would say this place has very good food and I’m sure the Florentine steak is amazing but for nearly 90% of our meal we were the only diners in the restaurant - perhaps this is normal during the post Epiphany holiday. The service was super friendly and we did enjoy what we got - a food tour group showed up and enjoyed a pre-arranged meal with steaks and sides and the steak looked amazing.

25/01/2025: Auf Grund der Empfehlungen in Tripadivsor waren wir zum Abendessen. Wir haben ein highlight erlebt und einen grossartigen Abend genossen. Die Bedienung und der Service waren individuell und persönlich, das Essen frisch zubereitet und ausreichend, man kann dieses Lokal einfach nur empfehlen. Würden wir hier leben, wären wir hier regelmässig zu Gast.

16/02/2025: The restaurant has around twenty seats, once you enter you literally find yourself at home! A few carefully cooked courses that reflect local dishes. The owner looks after customers throughout the dinner without being invasive, patiently advises and is available to explain every detail. In the room you feel at home, collected and wooden tables, mismatched glasses and plates, under each table a drawer with cutlery, like being at home!

01/02/2025: I would say it was an amazing experience in this restaurant. The service staff were really attentive and charming. I want to give thanks especially to Alex and Luke. We ordered 9 course tasting menu and spent almost 4 hours there from 8 to 12, but they were all very nice and patient during the whole night. Besides I asked for suggestion for our all seafood menu and the recommendation from one of them was really good. The food all have good taste and great creativity. I’m seafood lover and the chef is from almafi coast so I would say it’s a perfect match. My favorites are red prawn, langostín ravioli and eel. The restaurant is inside an elegant hotel, we were arranged at a table near the window, the space is not so big but they make sure each table has great privacy. Well deserved Michelin 2 stars

27/01/2025: The food was good, very tasteful and flavorful, it really shows you why they deserve their stars. My favorite were the olive and the dumpling as appetizer, the pasta and the lobster as main. I think those were my favorites not only as they were delicious, but I also think the Chef took his personal style to create something interesting with the ingredients. The deserts were not my favorites, but I’d still recommend the restaurant for a friend, for sure. Regarding services, our waiter Alex was amazing… it was easy to understand what he explained to us, and he’d answer any follow up questions very easily. We had another waiter that was probably training which impacted the experience, but he was very nice and was trying his best.

15/02/2025: La gente era agradable, pero el servicio era muy pobre. No estoy atento. ¿Parece poco personal? Pedimos flambe pero nos dijeron que no podían hacerlo, pero el producto de los espaguetis para 2 todavía era de 40 euros. ¿12 euros por tarimisu? Tenemos una casa en Florencia y hemos estado en cientos de restaurantes aquí y esto es lo más caro.

09/02/2025: Was soll man sagen: Tourifalle! Preis-/Leistung Note 5, Bedienung Note 4, Da wir schon mal hier waren, dachten wir, dass wir esj noch ein mal probieren. Vielleicht ist es besser geworden. Nein - leider nicht!

17/02/2025: Went recently, we had two pizzas (a margherita and a Florentine) and for dessert two chocolate cakes, good pizza but nothing sensational compared to the excessively high price of all the food on the menu, especially the pizzas. Furthermore, for two simple cakes it took almost half an hour to bring them to us, a bit slow service. Honestly, I don't know if we'll be back, mostly because the waiting times were too long, we were about to miss the train home.

30/01/2025: Siamo capitati per caso sulla via del ritorno dalla Toscana. Meritatissimo voto. Posto rustico con cucina tipica toscana locale, fatta in casa. Cotiche con i fagioli che te le ricordi, tagliatelle al ragù di cinghiale buonissime. Pure il pesce fresco che viene da Castiglione della pescaia. Anche i contorni fantasiosi e saporiti. Personale alla mano, accogliente, gentile e pure simpatico! Alla prossima!

19/11/2024: Siamo stati per cena in una serata tipicamente autunnale. Il locale è sicuramente più bello in estate che non all'interno, ma resta comunque accogliente. Non male gli antipasti, ottime le puntine. Ottima carta dei vini anche con offerta non toscana, nonostante sia tipicamente turistico. Staff davvero cordiale e gentile. Conto un po' alto, ma ci sta vista la location.

17/11/2024: Then we ate and drank very well. They have wines from the Lamole cellar located practically next to the restaurant. In short, 0 km wine. Delicious meat, excellent starters and also the service, despite the crowd we were looked after and looked after with kindness and efficiency. The only slightly negative note was that the tables were really close together. And that didn't make me crazy.
