29/01/2026: We had lunch on Sunday, January 25th with friends. Excellent appetizers and first courses, as well as desserts served with moka pot coffee. The service was also good, and the prices were average. A small point about the slightly uncomfortable bench seating. Highly recommended.

10/02/2026: A simple, well-kept, and very welcoming place that makes you feel at home, with a wonderful view of the Ponte Vecchio, very kind staff. The food is exquisite, we had a mix of excellent cheeses, the tasty meatballs, and finally the tiramisu was super! We'll be back soon!

02/02/2026: We went there twice during our short stay in Florence! The place is cozy and offers an unparalleled view of the Ponte Vecchio. The food is delicious and the drinks are top-notch (the beer selection is also excellent). The prices are absolutely fair considering the incredible location and the quality of the food and drinks we had. Adriano was an excellent host. We'll be back!

13/01/2026: I came here for the breakfast part of my bed and breakfast. Atmosphere here on this cloudy morning through their skylight is top notch. The morning buffet was excellent, everything tasted amazing. The barista, Mika, making the drinks was very kind and happy. The ambient music was all perfect.

When you're passionate about this job, it feels like you're at a family member's home, not a diner. Superb staff, all we did was chat, we spent over two hours in wonderful company. I kindly offered her husband a taste of the first course he wanted to try... lots of advice, so much kindness, and so much love. 30/01/2026: The restaurant has several parking lots and presents itself as a trattoria on the main road. The menu is appropriate for the location. The ragù with orange zest and a citrus aftertaste is very good and unique. The artichoke crepes aren't very delicate and, frankly, too hot. The roast potatoes are good, and the turkey is average. The apple pie served with a dollop of cream is excellent, and the coffee is also really good, which isn't a given in trattorias. Overall, it's worth a try.

02/02/2026: What a hidden gem: definitely recommending it if you’re visiting Florence or living in the nearby area. The food is exceptional, a mix of traditional recipes with a modern twist - all local and seasonal ingredients. There is a vast choice of dishes, ranging from fish, meat and a lot of vegetarian options too. We had a difficult time choosing what to try as everything looked delicious. The waiter is very kind and the chef, Andrea, is very accommodating and available to grant your wishes. Worth a visit… or 10!

07/01/2026: Good food and interior. But the owner is xenophobic and racist; when we visited, he was rude to us based on our race and nationality. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to any tourists.

08/01/2026: A small, intimate, and welcoming restaurant. Visiting Florence as tourists, we returned a few days later, appreciating the quality and deliciousness of the dishes, the good value, and the exquisite kindness of the young owners and staff. Highly recommended.

26/12/2025: Had Diavola, it was slightly bigger than most other places. The quality of dough was superb. Restaurant was busy as eh but it came troppo veloche ie fast within quicker the one might think. Cherry on top was mascarpone Pandoro special cake made at Xmas by mumma . It was best restaurant desert I've tried since 2 months in 4 cities . Props to family run and operated venues. This place is a Neighborgood gem . Fair prices too. A lot of flair.

07/01/2026: A gem in the historic center of town. When you enter, you feel right at home. The decor perfectly matches the local style. The atmosphere is warm and the staff are extremely friendly. There were four of us for lunch. We shared two Tuscan appetizers, and then each had a main course with a side dish. Everything was simple and delicious. For my main course, I opted for the wild boar stew, which was truly exquisite and, above all, incredibly tender. For wine, I chose a local Chianti Classico. You have to be careful with the wine list, as not all the wines on the list were actually available, and some of those were from different vintages than those listed. However, I still give the service 5 stars because the waiter handled the situation admirably. Excellent value for money. I recommend it and hope to return soon.

01/01/2026: A pleasant discovery in the heart of the village. Really delicious handmade pasta, accompanied by attentive and super friendly service. You can also bring your pet: Barolo, my 25 kg dog, was treated like a king!

15/01/2026: We had an absolutely outstanding dinner at Borgo San Jacopo for my husband’s birthday back in October. The restaurant itself is both cozy and beautiful and the service was attentive without feeling like someone was hovering over you all evening. We were given the option of ordering a la carte or a choice of 3 tasting menus with the caveat that if you choose a tasting menu the whole table must choose the same one. We went with a tasting menu and really loved the number of courses that it allowed us to sample. Favorite dishes were the ricotta snack, risotto with meatballs, the lamb loin and the salted caramel peanut bonbon at the end. The mushroom ice cream that was served with the crudités was very interesting and we also loved the house made olive oil. They really made my husband’s birthday feel special and it was one of our best meals in Italy.

05/01/2026: Having ended up there after being bounced from another restaurant, we were welcomed and taken on an exciting tasting menu. The quality of the ingredients combined with the chef's skill produce dishes that are unpredictable and delicious in every way. The service was impeccable, with a professionalism rarely found, even at other Michelin-starred restaurants. A huge round of applause and thanks to Domiziana, Lorenzo, and Salvatore.
