The class was perfect, and the meal was delicious! The wine was good and the price was more than reasonable! The two owners are lovely... And the setting is magnificent! 21/10/2025: I had dinner 3 nights in a row, very very fair prices, excellent quality meat, very good first courses, the pizza is very very light with a dough that doesn't stick to your stomach 😁 kindness and courtesy always present in the place. 06/10/2025: Superb lunch experience. Pappardelle ragu with boar was presented very well and tasted great. Wine suggestions were perfect. Sitting outside with a view of the square makes the entire experience very "Italian". The staff was great and the older waiter was hilarious (and truly professional). Might be back for dinner here since the meals I saw all looked great.

The location in Piazza Grande is unique and evocative, and the service is impeccable: the staff is kind, attentive, and always available. The menu combines traditional Tuscan dishes with more modern options, using quality ingredients and carefully selected pairings. Prices are average considering the location and the quality of the restaurant. Another plus is the attention to those with special needs: in addition to vegetarian dishes, there are thoughtful vegan options. However, it's best to mention any special needs when booking to ensure the best experience. We'll always be happy to return!

09/10/2025: We had a quick lunch at this osteria, opting for the €15 menu (appetizer and first course). Excellent cured meats and a memorable ragù, impeccable service. The owner, Cesare, knows his stuff and comes out often to check on the meal. The place is truly beautiful, both inside and out. What can I say? It looks promising, and we'll try the à la carte menu later.
