16/07/2024: Fuori ci sono le zanzare e a me piace l’aria condizionata. Vengo qua, dove appunto non ci sono bestie pungenti e si sta freschi. Andato di lunedi, locale stracolmo. Era un pezzo non prendevo la tartarre, mi ha lasciato piacevolmente stupito e mi son detto “la prossima volta pure”. Chips di tartufo immancabili (ordinate 2 volte) in 4 era doveroso. La bistecca manco a dirlo è uno dei cardini del locale, se ci metti anche una patata fritta, accompagnato da un ottimo vino, la serata scorre, anche troppo veloce. Si finisce col dolce, col cestino che hanno solo qua e che a me piace da matti, nonostante non sia amante dei dolci. Come sempre il servizio (per la mole di clienti, incredibile) impeccabile e gioviale : poca attesa e grande atmosfera di cordialità. Cosi come al ristorante “gemello” qui mi sento a casa. Prezzi ottimi come sempre, più bassi del normale. Come sempre consigliato.

19/07/2024: A little gem hidden in Capalona. Located in a small cozy place, with lots of Italian atmosphere inside. Friendly staff who want to talk and tell a nice little story. Food that tasted so fantastic, there was nothing to put a finger on. Not the last time you come here.

29/12/2023: Ottimo locale, bella location immersa nel verde. Cucina da grande Chef, Pierluigi Manfroni e la moglie Santina in cucina sono una sicurezza. Straordinari gnocchi con trifola e stupenda germanina con crostino in pane di ortica ed una crema al Grand Marnier unica. Tris di dolci deliziosi. Attendiamo la riapertura a primavera per tornare a trovarvi. Buone feste

Il cibo è una scoperta di piena soddisfazione ad ogni portata. Il personale, cordiale gentile e pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta, ci ha trattati da re! Un’apparecchiatura particolare con tessuto di notevole gradimento. Complimenti davvero.

18/08/2024: Here I purchased typical local products of unique goodness including magnificent garlic, excellent pici and a very full-bodied San Savino extra virgin olive oil. Furthermore, I also enjoyed a good "nappino" of local red wine.☺️🍷

25/07/2024: Absolute disaster! Timing was bad, we had to wait 1.5 hours for 2 pizzas, which never arrived!!! When I asked after 1 hour whether the pizza had been forgotten, it was The bald waiter was still aggressive and arrogant and the absolute highlight when he said that we were in the wrong and that it was normal that the pizzas took so long because we ordered an antipasti plate. (2 slices of salami and a tomato) I won't put up with something like that, especially not from a second-rate would-be manager. In the end we had to pay for the pizzas that never arrived! If I could give zero stars I would! Never again! Disastro assoluto! The tempismo era pessimo, abbiamo dovuto aspettare 1.5 ore per 2 pizzas, but not sooner or later!!! When the pizza arrived, The camerière calvo is aggressive and arrogant and incoronation assoluta when pensava che avessimo sbagliato ed era normal che the pizza avessero bisogno di so tanto tempo perché abbiamo ordinato un piatto di antipasti. (2 fats of salame and a pomodoro) Not my picture is a cosa of the genere and certamente non da un 2. I classici vorrebbero manager. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto pagare per le pizze che non siamo may arrive! Se potessi dare zero stelle lo farei! Mai più!

18/06/2024: The service was good and friendly, the waitress spoke English very well. We had pizza and salad, both were good. However, the ambience is not special, as the restaurant is right on the street and near the train station in the middle of town, we sat outside.

11/08/2024: Well done Ada!!! One of the very rare places in Valdarno, where the chef experiments, proposes himself, and gives something of himself to others, expressing himself with a dish. The tasting menu naturally offers a much broader range of flavors than the courses. Certainly more challenging for those who cook, but also decidedly more satisfying for those who taste. Furthermore, Ada is an exquisite person, available to talk about herself and explain her creations. A more than advisable restaurant, for its environment, service (delicate, very kind, prepared and present) and atmosphere. See you soon 🥰
