19/11/2025: Everything was delicious. The fossa cheese with elderberry jelly was excellent. Like everything else. All the products are from the farm, which is why they have a fixed menu. You can eat whatever's in season. Open only on weekends.

10/04/2026: The seating area in the main restaurant area is small but the menu is excellent and service has always been great. It is almost underground in a vaulted space beneath the loggia above. Regional specialties are the way to go. They make the best tortellini en brodo that I have ever had, although that's usually a special and not guaranteed to be on the menu. One of the better restaurants in Castiglion Fiorentino in my opinion.

Breakfast was a true treat: plentiful, authentic, and full of truly delicious local produce. We can only say thank you for this wonderful weekend spent in such a special place.
