18/09/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, and immediately found the atmosphere very welcoming. Quality homemade food, excellent value. For lovers of thin pizza, this is the place to be. Impeccable service. Clean.

04/09/2025: My wife and I stumbled upon this restaurant on a Google recommendation. It's not a large but well-maintained restaurant, with outdoor seating in the center of town. For starters, we had ricotta and spinach ravioli with butter and sage, and a cream of truffle and porcini mushrooms, both delicious. For main course, grilled chicken breast for two, with a side of lemon spinach and French fries. For dessert, we had tiramisu (homemade) and caramel panna cotta, water, and a Coke. Everything was truly well-cooked, combined with friendly and professional service, so there were no long waits despite the crowded restaurant. The bill, €50, proved to be a truly excellent value. Highly recommended!

29/03/2026: We had a number of outstanding meals during our week in Cortona, and this restaurant experience stood out among them. Food was top notch (local classics well executed) and service was excellent throughout. Our visit was during the off season, so we did not need a reservation and sat in a room with a large party (and an even larger celebration was happening in an adjacent room--yet our small party enjoyed a quiet meal)...we went for dinner and it was dark, so we didn't get to enjoy the views but their location is perfect for taking in beautiful views of the valley below Cortona. Starting with the "mixed fried foods" (delightful mix of fried veggies, polenta, cheese) with prosecco, then pici with fumo sauce and secondi with chianina beef (tried both the filet with wine sauce and slices with truffle butter)--we had a wonderful meal. A nicely breaded chicken filet with fries was offered to our young son, who enjoyed his meal as well (children's menus are not typical in the region). Dessert (chocolate cake with mascarpone and berries, along with amaro and cappuccinos) and local wine (Cortona syrah) were perfect additions. We highly recommend Ristorante Tonino!

08/11/2025: ✍️ 🆕️ GOOD FOOD AND A BREATHTAKING VIEW ✅️💥 🍖🍝🥂For lunch, we chose this restaurant for its slightly secluded location compared to the others along the main street and for the option of eating outside on its terrace, accompanied by an exceptional view. The food particularly amazed us: from the lightness of the asparagus flan as an appetizer, to the delicacy of the risotto with zucchini flowers and pine nuts, to the bold flavor of the blueberry pappardelle with white Chianina ragù. 11/03/2026: A lovely little place, intimate and tidy. The service was kind and courteous, the food was good, varied, and well-cooked. The house wine, a good red reminiscent of Chianti, was also served. The price was more than fair. We tried the appetizer and two different first courses, both very tasty.

29/03/2026: Perbacco is located in Pieve a Presciano and boasts a beautiful view. The atmosphere is immediately captivating, but the real highlight is the hosts. Giada welcomed us with a smile and rare professionalism, making us feel immediately at home, taking care of every detail of the service. In the kitchen, chef Marco is a true master. Each dish showcases the region with excellent ingredients, always adding a touch of creativity. From appetizers to desserts, you can sense the care and love he puts into every preparation. The wine list is carefully curated, and the atmosphere is intimate and quiet, perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a relaxing moment just twenty minutes from Arezzo.

02/04/2026: A welcoming and beautifully decorated restaurant in the cellars of an ancient building. Outdoor seating is available for warmer weather. A cocktail bar is located at the entrance. The menu, surprisingly, is primarily seafood-based, despite being located in the hills between Chianti and Valdarno. The ingredients are extremely fresh and of excellent quality. Dishes are well prepared and presented. The service is very professional and courteous. The wine list is comprehensive and varied. Prices are moderately high.

17/04/2026: The restaurant at Hotel Minerva was a nice surprise. We enjoyed a bottle of local wine and Tuscan specialties, all very delicious, local, and homemade. The service was excellent.

30/03/2026: The only real hotel in Arezzo, along with the Continentale. I remember the days of manager Emilio. Excellent restaurant. Impeccable service. The building is over a decade old, but still intact and welcoming. A cult property in Arezzo.

15/04/2026: We spent three magical nights at I Tre Baroni, taking advantage of the three-night package that included a room with a spa, a private massage, a private excursion, and a tasting dinner at the Mater restaurant (a truly special place!). What can I say? From the very beginning, Gessica was incredibly kind and available to answer all our questions and clarify any doubts, even before our stay, personalizing our experience. When we arrived, we immediately felt welcomed. The room was gorgeous, very spacious, with a spectacular view of the Casentinesi Forests National Park. The room was spotless, with a hot tub and sauna. The private excursion with Stefano was a wonderful experience: his guide was invaluable in helping us fully appreciate the wonders of the park! The dinners at the restaurant were also highly recommended: the atmosphere is meticulously maintained and welcoming, the service impeccable, and you have the opportunity to sample the local flavors, expertly cooked and served. 13/04/2026: An unacceptable experience. I was looking for the silence of Casentino, but I found chaos. It all started with a lack of transparency: I booked a suite with a sauna, but upon check-in, they gave me a different room without telling me, hoping I wouldn't notice. Only after I protested was I granted a change; there's no point in calling it an upgrade, since the room offered lacked the booked amenities and was aesthetically inferior. The rest was a crescendo of poor service: - Technical: The suite shower was unusable due to lack of pressure. - Acoustic: A sleepless night due to the roar of the whirlpool tubs below (until midnight). I didn't call again just to avoid waking my partner, who, after various mix-ups, had only managed to sleep thanks to earplugs. - Construction site: Awake at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, hammering on the roof and weaving between construction trucks to get to breakfast. Work was kept quiet until arrival despite a recent reservation (24 hours in advance). The 50% discount was obtained only after a firm discussion. The initial disrespect and the construction-like environment are incompatible with a high-end hotel. Not recommended.

16/12/2025: A "rustic" place, with truly attentive and friendly service. I really liked the menu, written on several sheets of paper taped to a structure at the entrance. The pici all'aglione were delicious, and the meat was good quality. I can't comment on the price because I was offered the meal.

06/12/2025: The food was excellent. I had a very generous and delicious traditional appetizer, including a divine fillet with mushrooms and lard. I'll definitely be back. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
