30/06/2025: Just, to die for. What a meal! The Tagliolini with Local Truffle? OMG! Aurora’s service was warm, crisp & perfection. My daughter eats vegan & said it was outstanding! Well done!

29/06/2025: After being greeted by three different waitstaff and hosts, who were increasingly friendly and engaged, we settled in for a spectacular lunch. I had the carbonara from the traditional menu and it was, the greatest pasta dish I have ever had. Cooked perfectly with more than expected punch from the egg. My associate opted for the Penne all’ Amatriciana and considered it the best dish, thusfar, on our sojourn thru Tuscany. I cannot recommend this stop enough, bravo Essenza.

16/06/2025: We had a truly wonderful meal here, the food was sublime, high end cooking, packed full of flavour and innovative in its combinations, I had the tongue starter and guinea fowl Secondi and would highly recommend both. Service was impeccable on what was a busy weekend evening, charming, helpful and knowledgeable when answering our various questions, especially as to wine choices. A not so hidden gem which I shall be recommending to anyone that will listen. A great night out.

26/05/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and left happy. From the service to the food, even the glass of wine, was excellent. We went there a second time. The manager is always friendly and helpful, even when there were some language barriers, and the chef once again prepared delicious dishes. If it weren't so far from Germany, we would come more often.

23/05/2025: Very good food, nice service. A real hit in our group of friends was the tagliolini with truffles 😋, local red wine and delicious bread with olive oil (served while waiting for the food). Normal prices. 👍

31/05/2025: YUM! super friendly staff (directed us to a worker who spoke fluent english lol :) and yummy sandwiches! got one with meat and veg, another with just cheese (they were confused but allowed it, i needed a swap for a sonic grilled cheese). small local spot with great vibes and so many options. huge menu of sandwiches or u can build ur own. also selling totes, pasta, and other little goodies. just a great spot in arezzo, in a palazzo where you can sit and observe the scenery / people watch. kind staff and great prices!

09/05/2025: I haven't eaten such tasty porchetta in a long time. An eight Tuscan bread accompanied by an excellent house wine. But when I saw a sandwich made with raw sausage I couldn't resist. Superlative sandwich. Congratulations to the managers.

03/07/2025: We ate in the outdoor area and not in the restaurant.... sliced ​​sirloin with truffle and sliced ​​sirloin with rocket and parmesan, a side dish of grilled vegetables and a chocolate cheesecake. All accompanied by a glass of red sidus and a sparkling white col del sole. We paid 75 euros. Average amount... Highly recommended place for the food and service, very friendly and non-invasive staff but always available.....
