I have a copy of a report from my hospital, and when my employer paid me the money and the remaining quarter he told me to go to the tax office yourself and collect it yourself. 21/03/2024: The pizza is excellent but the service is slow, you can't wait 2 hours and 30 minutes to have dinner here, we were booked. they lack staff and therefore do what they can.

21/02/2024: They recommended this restaurant to us to enjoy typical Modican cuisine. We were convinced we were eating well given the influx of customers. But we have rarely encountered such poor cuisine. In particular, the rib was tough and inedible, the home-made potatoes were raw and pre-cooked and the boiled meat was a piece of fatty meat cooked in water without any taste, just water, which was also not edible. I took it away for my cat but he rejected it. The presentation of the dishes was done without any care. We waited a long time for the food to arrive and we had to ask. Naturally we immediately reported the problems to the manager but the response was "impossible" all the customers are happy with it (I wouldn't say it from the reviews). However, we were not charged for the rib but despite this we paid too much, €40, as we managed to eat an appetizer and a first course which were also not very pleasant. Inedible meat and side dish. Drank water.

22/03/2024: A place that deserves to be known! We dined at Single as a couple and were amazed by their cuisine! Friendly, professional and attentive waiter to customer needs, he was able to recommend some amazing dishes, also pairing an excellent wine with dinner. The venue has an intimate, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Behind the dishes you can perceive the uniqueness, commitment and originality of the idea! Prices are appropriate to the type of cuisine. We will definitely be back, it's not easy to find places of this level in the area.

24/04/2024: Abbiamo trovato questo ristorante mentre facevamo un giretto a marina di modica. Ristorante con una buona scelta di piatti sia di mare che di carne, con una lunga lista di pizze anche. Noi abbiamo optato per una tartare di manzo (molto buona!) e di primo abbiamo scelto i gnocchetti speck e pesto di pistacchio, che devo dire erano fantastici! Le verdure grigliate non pienamente soddisfacenti.. ma per il resto, conto e servizio ottimi.

21/04/2024: Prima Comunione di mio figlio al Boca Marina! Banchetto a base di pesce, cucinato e servito con assoluta eccellenza! Non finite mai di stupirci, non solo 🔝 nel fare le PIZZE, ma "maestri" anche nel gestire banchetti. Grazie per la vostra professionalità e gentilezza.

27/04/2024: Had a lovely evening meal - probably the best one on our stay in Modica. All of the food -starters, mains and desserts - were freshly cooked, very hot (when necessary) and tasty. The waiting staff managed our English choices well and were friendly. Just wished I could have had tea to finish - only seemed to offer expresso. Glad we went here having seen it recommended in The Daily Telegraph

24/02/2024: Siamo stati una domenica a pranzo in questa rinomata trattoria. Il locale è una grande casa, accogliente e pulita. Il cibo è squisito: antipasto con tomasini, scacce, arancine, formaggi, pagnottine con dell’ottimo olio di casa. Menzione speciale per la ricotta, sapore fenomenale e consistenza delicata. I primi erano ravioli e cavatelli al sugo con carne al sugo. Per secondo sono state servite cotolette ripiene, pancetta e salsiccia e coniglio alla stimpirata. Ho ritrovato i sapori di una volta, una cucina saporita e molto genuina. Per dolce abbiamo mangiato un ottimo budino di ricotta. Vi consiglio di prendere il menù completo (28€) per assaggiare ogni piatto, ne vale la pena, infatti ritorneremo sicuramente!

06/05/2024: A wonderful find, hidden at the end of a small alley on the first floor. As surprising as the entrance was, the reception was as friendly and the food was as stunning. The interpretation and reinvention of the dishes and the attention with which we were treated were incomparable. We left very happy and would come back at any time.
