25/03/2024: Well-kept environment, for 7 people they gave us a table in a private room. Exceptional service, the waiter served us impeccably and we were amazed by the iron memory with which he presented the dishes of the day and took orders. Equally good appetizers, the fried croutons with pumpkin and prawn tartare were a real pleasure. The fried foods were also excellent. As a main course I had the risotto with cuttlefish ink and raw prawns. The tartare was of superb quality, unfortunately I found the rice slightly too salty. Of course, that didn't stop me from thoroughly cleaning the plate, which was still more than enjoyable. The other diners, however, had very positive words about the Mondello spaghetti with bottarga. And on potato and truffle ravioli. The dessert was also decent, but I found it a little too fatty. Fortunately we decided to divide two portions among the guests, frankly I wouldn't have been able to appreciate it entirely. The suggestion on the choice of wine was also spot on. Booked with The Fork, we received a 30% discount (the price indicated in the review is already considered discounted). We ate and drank well, paying little overall. I would definitely come back.

23/03/2024: Excellent environment and particular decoration. Good food and the freshness was noticeable, but without excelling. Very attentive and professional service from everyone. It should be underlined that they accommodated 13 of us at short notice with great kindness.

02/04/2024: We ordered pizza, but being super picky on pizzas made us conclude that the pizza was okay but nothing special.

25/03/2024: I will never go back there again. After waiting 20 minutes outside, I was seated at a table right next to and next to another couple who were waiting with us. Moral of the story: we order together but our pizza arrives an hour later. Nobody apologizes, nobody brings something after the pizza to apologize, nobody cares. Pizza is good but without education and management skills everything good you build decays. Goodbye!

04/04/2024: One of the best experiences of a weekend in Palermo! Evocative places on the seafront accompany a royal lunch, with a fixed menu that takes nothing away from the quality of the products and above all the fish which seemed to have just been caught. One of the best pastas and mind-boggling appetizers. But what really makes the difference is the hospitality, professionalism and care of the Delfino staff and its owners, guys in love with this restaurant who make the entire experience of a simple lunch a moment of true sharing.

30/03/2024: Very bad experience, it should be noted that I waited 20 minutes to sit down, plus an hour and ten just for an appetizer, seeing other tables with more people being served, incompetent staff!

07/04/2024: I don't know what happened if he had never eaten pizza from you I would have said I would never come back Last night I took my family to eat pizza at your place and we had sfincione and parmesan cheese. After dinner we spent the whole evening drinking water due to the acidity and thirst which made us feel something indescribable and it happened to everyone and Three of us ate that pizza, something definitely didn't go right with the preparation. please a little attention thanks.

06/04/2024: We ate Caponata, Ravioli with ricotta, Cream of shelled broad fava beans from Modica and Cassata siciliana. The food was commendable. The service is fast and friendly. We will stop by again.

01/04/2024: We love our traditional cuisine and L'Osteria dei Sapori Perduti represents it with such skill and quality in the dishes. The ricotta ravioli are excellent, and the chickpea soup is superlative which I recommend... very nice place, simple but rich in history, the story of our grandparents. It takes you back in time. I congratulate the owners and the staff, who are very kind.

03/04/2024: Pizzeria and trattoria cheerfully furnished with bright colors and objects typical of Sicilian culture. Really very good bruschettas and excellent pizzas with a high Neapolitan crust. First and second courses are also available which we will definitely try later. Friendly staff who are good at advising customers.
