06/04/2024: We ate Caponata, Ravioli with ricotta, Cream of shelled broad fava beans from Modica and Cassata siciliana. The food was commendable. The service is fast and friendly. We will stop by again.
01/04/2024: We love our traditional cuisine and L'Osteria dei Sapori Perduti represents it with such skill and quality in the dishes. The ricotta ravioli are excellent, and the chickpea soup is superlative which I recommend... very nice place, simple but rich in history, the story of our grandparents. It takes you back in time. I congratulate the owners and the staff, who are very kind.

13/02/2024: Gran bel locale sito nel centro di Modica.
I piatti lasciano a desiderare a contrario del servizio super cordiale e invitante, purtroppo pecca molto nel conto finale in quanto i prezzi, a mio parere, sono un po’ altini per quello che viene offerto dalla cucina. Tutto sommato ci siamo divertiti.
06/01/2024: Castigo non perché sono cattivo ma perché non tollero dare soldi buoni e ricevere cibo e servizio “non buoni”
Il nome mantiene le aspettative. Una cucina familiare tradizionale con sapori antichi.
Ottime le zuppe ma anche il resto.
Un ottimo posto per pranzare/cenare e per far conoscere a degli ospiti stranieri le nostre tradizioni culinarie.

02/04/2024: Hi, I would like to ask about the service. I was working in the Modica restaurant and my hands were cut open with a knife while I was working. I have a copy of a report from my hospital, and when my employer paid me the money and the remaining quarter he told me to go to the tax office yourself and collect it yourself. I am Arab and I don't know the Italian language. Please help me. Thank you.
28/03/2024: Very bad. Poor fish, and then we all felt bad, my husband took the pasta with wild boar and brought them the pasta with sauce bought from the supermarket. The bathroom was indescribably dirty. Never again. I advise against it

Price too high for the plate served.
Lack of quantity, fortunately there was bread.
A starter, a main course, a glass of wine, 84 euros for 2 adults.
To avoid
16/03/2024: While the service was good, there was no atmosphere being cold & like an echo chamber.
The food serves were small, especially the sardine pasta - 3 minute sardines!! The swordfish was just ok.
The food was over salted & when we asked for pepper, we were told the food didn't need it!
I think they are trying to be a Michelin restaurant, but are far from it.
There are much better restaurants in Modica.

04/04/2024: The dishes were good but the waiter gave us poor information on the composition of the dishes. It was expensive compared to the dishes. I asked for descriptions of three dishes and didn't feel like anyone was trying to help me. The answers were wrong.

17/02/2024: Finalemente siamo riusciti ad andare da Accursio, cucina eccellente se devo trovare un piatto preferito tra le eccellenze gasttonomiche che abbiamo assaggiato, menziono la arancina cl nero di seppia. Superb! Mi e’ piaciuta molto anche la varieta’ di oli extravergini da degustare insieme al pane tipico. Stella meritata.
02/02/2024: Great experience for the second time. We took the 4-course tasting menu and it was a "best deal". If you go to Modica it is a "must" stop.

21/02/2024: They recommended this restaurant to us to enjoy typical Modican cuisine. We were convinced we were eating well given the influx of customers. But we have rarely encountered such poor cuisine. In particular, the rib was tough and inedible, the home-made potatoes were raw and pre-cooked and the boiled meat was a piece of fatty meat cooked in water without any taste, just water, which was also not edible. I took it away for my cat but he rejected it. The presentation of the dishes was done without any care. We waited a long time for the food to arrive and we had to ask. Naturally we immediately reported the problems to the manager but the response was "impossible" all the customers are happy with it (I wouldn't say it from the reviews). However, we were not charged for the rib but despite this we paid too much, €40, as we managed to eat an appetizer and a first course which were also not very pleasant. Inedible meat and side dish. Drank water.
