09/05/2025: Very welcoming restaurant and impeccable service. We tried the raw ones and they were excellent. The clam and pistachio paccheri are also recommended!

08/05/2025: Extremely good service, even showed us the fishes of the day (all fresh and even a great variety) with recommendations. Same goes for wine from the bottle. Cute place!

13/05/2025: Arrived unexpectedly with 10 people at 1 p.m. We were greeted with a smile. I recommend it 100%. As a Sicilian, I discovered delicious and hearty dishes, but my Belgian friends loved it. Don't hesitate to go and eat there, you won't be disappointed.

We had dinner in three, choosing a series of tastings starting from the appetizer to the meat… What to say… Everything exclusively excellent…

08/05/2025: I have rarely been more disappointed in the 40 years that I have been a frequent visitor in Italy. My food looked beautiful in presentation but ot was heavy, tasteless and seriously overcooked. Even though it wasn't much I could not finish it because it was basically disgusting. I may have had bad luck, but all I want to say now is: guys, stop being pretentious and learn how to prepare food! (And if a customer sends back half of a very small plate, you have to ask if anything was wrong!)

25/04/2025: Stradina tranquilla, locale grazioso… ma qui nulla è ordinario. Chef e cucina davvero superlativi, senza contare la qualità delle materie prime. Cantina e sommelier straordinari. Ospiti che si alzano dal tavolo soddisfatti e sorridenti. È vero, a volte c’è un’attesa di qualche minuto in più, ma ne vale sicuramente la pena e, se apprezzate il buon vino o siete in ottima compagnia, non la noterete. Complimenti ragazzi, alla prossima con il 2004.

30/05/2025: Every time we come to the Ragusa area and its surroundings, we plan to have lunch here and we always leave satisfied. Welcoming place. Clean with friendly staff. The place is what it says it is... a trattoria, with simple but well-made dishes. They do not imitate refined restaurants with elaborate plating. If you come here, you come to eat traditional dishes. And the bill does not disappoint either... perfect like everything else.

25/04/2025: We are local, so I can’t say anything about the hotel/rooms, since we had a family lunch in the restaurant. The food is delicious, especially the meat! But I didn't like the pasta. There were few waiters, all the tables were occupied, so we had to wait a long time. A little cramped, we sat back to back((which is probably why it was very noisy! The place is very beautiful, the restaurant is located on the hills, everything is green around! I think you can take a walk there after a hearty lunch.

02/05/2025: Eating at Osteria Tre Colli is like doing it at home, or rather, in a typical Ragusa house. We ate excellent tagliolini with sausage ragù, ricotta ravioli with pork ragù and a sublime pasta at the Palermo location. Apart from a small hiccup during service (we had ordered short pasta instead of tagliolini but it went well anyway!), the experience was excellent. Then if you have lunch on the terrace overlooking the main church (a baroque marvel), overlooking the square, well, the flavor of those dishes increases! I highly recommend it

25/04/2025: We had reserved the table that same morning for lunch. The wait was a little too long especially for the first course, the starters. The fried ricotta and radiccio with ragusan provola are very good, must try! Among the first courses chosen, in order of preference: cavati alla norma, truly exceptional, excellent sauce and ingredients; lollini with pistachio pesto, also in this case really tasty as the flavor of the pistachio was strong; finally for the seafood linguine, I think we could do better. The location as well as the welcome is very familiar and rustic. The lady is really nice!
