06/12/2025: My go-to person when I need to order dinner. Punctual, and most importantly, the lady is always very kind and patient, both on the phone and in person, even when there's a line and everyone asks for something at the same time.
26/11/2025: The chicken was delicious, there were tons of baked and fried potatoes, and they arrived hot. The bites were excellent. Delivery was super punctual. I highly recommend it.

08/11/2025: The place right next to the hotel is a disaster, a horror. The room lighting is a disaster, dim, and very poor. They play live music at an unbearable volume. The staff who served me were fantastic. Its proximity to the historic center is the only good thing. Room 205 is extremely far away; it's very, very difficult to get to.
30/10/2025: Spent a week here. The service from the staff was fantastic, food was excellent and drinks excellent. In a very good location, close to many restaurants, capo market and ballaro market. Staff organised transport for us to travel to another local town also.

28/10/2025: Beautiful to look at from the outside. Depending on the table, the seating in the covered part of the restaurant is a little strange. I had two starters, which were good, but very minimalist. Not much atmosphere inside; it's definitely better outside. High prices. But no cloth napkins!!!
The best thing was the bread!
Staff: Very quick, very polite. Not at all warm.
Would I like to come back here again?
Undecided. Because the experience was lacking.

03/08/2025: Abbiamo trascorso una bella serata in questa trattoria. Proprietari molto simpatici che si sono intrattenuti con noi al tavolo. Buoni sia i primi che i secondi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci tornerò se mi trovo a Palermo sicuramente.
03/07/2025: Excelente custo benefício! Atendimento ótimo e comida deliciosa com peixes frescos . Pedimos o menu turístico. Recomendo.

28/05/2025: Siamo stati guidati dal prezioso Paolo per questa buonissima cena di stasera. La caponata deliziosa è imperdibile, un gusto unico con prodotti locali freschi e ricchi di sapore.
Che dire delle tagliatelle all'ancora, pesce fresco condito con pomodorino.
Ci torneremo presto.
22/05/2025: Bella scoperta vicino al resort domina Zagarella, per alternare ai ristoranti dell’hotel.
Ottimo tartare di tonno, in particolare ma tutto buono.
Buon servizio veloce, gentili tutti.

02/10/2025: Sea food is so fresh! The best pasta I’ve ever had in Europe! All members of this restaurant are so lovely. Definitely recommend and we’ll come back every time when we are in Sicily.

21/10/2025: Terrible experience, zero organization, takeout pizzas given priority, customers seated in the dining room (tables very close to each other) left to fend for themselves. Pizzas were charged based on the toppings (a pizza costs €16.50), more expensive than gourmet pizzas. The only positive thing was the pizza dough was good.
19/10/2025: I ate very well and the kindness of the waitress Marta is indescribable, very good I recommend it to everyone!!

07/12/2025: I went to dinner with friends tonight. At the end of dinner, the waiter came to take away our table lamps, explaining that it was going to be a mess and that a lot of them had been stolen from the place. So he took it away from us so we wouldn't risk it being stolen. 😳🤦♀️🙅♀️

13/12/2025: My experience at Trattoria da Piero was unfortunately very negative. From the moment we arrived, we had the impression that the place was neglected: it seemed decidedly dirty, with an atmosphere that conveyed neither care nor attention to detail.
The staff, from what I could tell from my visit, also seemed rude and unhelpful, which further impacted the overall quality of the experience.
As for the dishes, we were not entirely impressed with the quality of the food: disappointing flavors and poorly presented, far from what we had expected after the recommendation we received from the hotel where we stayed for three days.
Based on our personal experience, we cannot recommend this place.
09/12/2025: The food is excellent and the service is friendly. Of course, when it's busy, you might have to wait a bit, but it's worth it. Fresh fish and seafood. We recommend the house specialty, hmm... And so, the mussels. We recommend it.

07/12/2025: "A truly charming find! The kitchen excels, as evidenced by the wonderfully fresh ravioli in a delicate butter sauce. The lamb shank with Marsala sauce, which my husband thoroughly enjoyed, was nothing short of amazing. Beyond the delicious food and appropriate portion sizes, the service—especially from Antonio—was impeccable, making our visit feel genuinely special."
Complements to the chef...
18/11/2025: This establishment is known for utilizing tourist pricing. They don’t post prices so they are able to overcharge tourists and locals pay a much more favorable rate. The pizza was undercooked and they charged me 5€ for a mediocre sandwich of mozzarella and tomato I received as a replacement. In comparison, sandwiches in Cefalù (even with deli meat) are generally 2€ to 3,50€.
Obviously, the location is great right in the center, but what’s it worth? I have been there twice and have been mistaken for a tourist both times, I was therefore overcharged compared to my friends and family who are recognized as locals by the staff. I will not be going back and highly suggest skipping this bar on your trip to Cefalù. There are plenty of others who are more reputable.
