26/09/2025: The charcuterie and cheese platter for two was very good, varied, and filling. The only small flaw was that everything was a bit too salty for our tastes, but nothing serious, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The same goes for the torta al testo with mortadella, pecorino, and truffle cream. The service was perhaps a little slow to bring the platter (we waited half an hour and there was no one else eating), but the staff was super friendly and helpful, no complaints. The atmosphere is very relaxed, friendly, and not at all chaotic (at least on a Monday night), with the option of even watching a league match. The prices are absolutely fair, perhaps even affordable, for the quality and quantity they offer. We will definitely be back.

01/11/2025: A wonderful stay in the heart of Assisi – perfect for groups! We stayed at the Hotel San Pietro with a group and felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is simply unbeatable – directly opposite the Church of San Pietro, just a short walk from the Basilica of San Francesco, and in close proximity to all the major sights. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. We received a warm welcome upon check-in, and all of our group's requests were met with a smile. The quiet, family-like atmosphere was particularly pleasant – you can tell that the staff here puts their heart into their work. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and offered everything you need for a great start to the day – fresh pastries, fruit, cheese, cold cuts, and excellent coffee. The communal breakfast room is ideal for groups to begin the day in a relaxed atmosphere. Everything was also perfectly organized: Communication beforehand was straightforward, bus arrival was easy, and our group size was perfectly accommodated. 19/09/2025: We celebrated our wedding at Il Pescheto on September 9th, and I want to thank the owner, Marco, and his entire staff for making our day even more special. We and all our guests were pampered throughout the reception. The food was delicious, and our relatives were more than satisfied. The helpfulness and kindness of the staff added to the beauty of the property, which, with its swimming pool and lawn, surrounded by a vineyard, provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding. 06/09/2025: We had dinner with a gourmet pizza round for €18 per person, a first for us. The pizzas were truly delicious, and the service from the young man who brought them was very courteous and professional. The welcome entree, mentioned on their Facebook page, consisted of two small glasses of finger food with caponata, beetroot cream, and a slice of pane cunzato... decidedly different from what was mentioned on Facebook and very disappointing. The pizzas didn't arrive to our stop as indicated on Facebook, but at a certain point they cleared our plates without even asking if we wanted a second pizza. We would have happily eaten another one, however. We asked for the bill but weren't asked if we wanted dessert, liqueur, or coffee first. Finally, paying €18 for children to eat a slice of pizza is certainly excessive. It's a shame, because I repeat, the pizzas are delicious, but the service and clarity need improvement.

22/11/2025: We had dinner here one evening in November. We were passing through this relatively unknown and unattractive location, but it was dinnertime, and on the recommendation of our B&B owner, we stopped for dinner at this restaurant. The food was good, but paying €25 for a risotto and €20 for spaghetti with mussels seemed excessive, considering the extremely small portion and the lackluster decor.

02/11/2025: The food was fresh and good. The outdoor view was also lovely. However, considering the high price, I would have preferred the pasta to be a little more generous.

01/12/2025: What can I say, a negative experience. We ordered 2 fried calamari and we asked the waiter for calamari, not squid, and he replied that they are calamari. Instead, the squid arrived, a joke. We ate them anyway without making any arguments, but the fact remains that we paid for calamari. Then we made up for it with a delicious pizza, it's a shame, it's a nice restaurant.
